It has been a special ability of mines for a very long time now. Yes im sure you will find that it is a very handy skill to have up your sleeve. If you ever need any tips just let me know.

Haha, yea thats gonna be my next move one of these days. Wow a life guide? Thats a interesting one. Does that mean he could be like your guardian angel or something like that? And Liza sounds like your spirit guide to me. I have met a few myself. (Including that Natalia woman) A HUGE seven foot Native american Chief, Krishna the hindu God, (I have him as my pic icon) a woman named Rose, in a long flowing white dress with vibrant light illuminating around her body, and a half hawk half woman name Tuku who i have not seen in ages.

Nope, never even heard of her or seen her before. Makes me wonder if she was just a projection of someone i created, or a dream guide.

Strange, I've always thought those "mushy mushy" are a bit slimy and the second one sounds pretty normal and stable. I like such a la James Bond scenarios , lol!

I like the recorder at the bedside table. Far easier than writing down s/t in the dark... Although my talking might wake my husband. Hmm. Darn.

Lol i know exactly what you mean, have you tried using a hand held devices such as a celphone to punch in a quick note or two? i find this to be of great help especially for those of us (I am one of them lol) who do not like getting up and writing s**t down! Lol i mean c'mon who wants to crawl out of bed, (or even move at all) grab a notepad and ink pen and start writing away!? Tsk..i know i don't! lol awww perhaps you can go to the bathroom and turn on the water faucet, then start talking away into your recorder? and Viola..problem solved! lol

I have tried to have OBEs intentionally but have not been able to. The closest I got was when my heart center was pounding like a son-of-a-gun and it really freaked me out and stopped the progression. I recently reread Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics chapter on Chakras and the heart center and was reminded that it only 'feels' like your heart is pounding out of control right before you go astral. *sigh* I do recall stopping to check my pulse at the time b/c I was so concerned. Pulse was fine and steady. I am revving up my meditation again too - And I'm not sure if I went OBE or not - my Golden Dream would be the "one" if I did go OB.

Thank you for your comment Goldenlight. Yes i do astral travel, although my OBEs happen spontaneously...i do have them more frequently during the early morning hours. Oh and days that i meditate too which is every other day when i can for a good 15 or 20 mins.

Yeah, this dream was beautiful. I haven't even thought that crows could have so much romance and mystery about them. Your dream made me see them in an absolutely new light, man. How did it occur to you to transform into a crow? Thank you so much for your lovely comment sinoblak. crows are often viewed as bad omens, or a bird of terror. (by the wrong people) but to me, i see them as diamonds in the rough you kno? i guess i can see a little bit of myself in them at times...mysterious,curious,silly,unpredictible, and just love to socialize like them. crows and ravens are social birds, and i consider myself a very social guy. i also have been drawn to them and hawks too! i guess my curiousity made me wonder what life would be like as those mysterious little guys, and seeing what life would be like thru their eyes.
