Yeah, after a saturday day in bed, i went to slep surprisingly in good shape without imsonia, and yes i had many nonlucids
But i am not actively recording non lucids now, as i am trying to take every natural awakening to DEILD/WILD.

No lucid success (unless i count persistence)
Story of my life... Weird days/schedules can do that to you.

      Any non-lucid dreams to report?

I have learned something from this dream. The question « what am i doing here ? » seems interesting from both the point of view of lucid dreaming and lucid living.

Ok great, I've been toying with the idea of using an alarm for DEILD purposes. Was the Autosnooze an App for your phone, or do you have an awesome alarm clock?

      Hi !

Thank you. 2 seconds is enough for me. And it is a bit loud, but its fine.

It´s funny and weird sometimes because it seems like the timer is not working, but its only my distorted perception of time.

      Great chain!

I'm curious.. how long does your alarm go off before it does the ole' Auto Snooze?

I gotta start opening the eyes more times around the DJ section if they contain poems like this one ^^

I had a recall hit and recovering and only remember bits and pieces but before that happened I noticed I was getting a lot more "lucid moments" I get lucid but only for brief moments. So I know that this technique is working and if I keep at it I will be able to maintain it longer. Next time, I am going to try and use the counting method while in the dream state. If it helps one stay in the moment in waking life then it should help in a dream.

hi, how are you doing ? have you been sucessful with your ADA+ critical questioning ?

thank you. i will explore this concept ! it seems interesting. i usually don't have insomnia, just sometimes when i try to WILD during the night and then i cant get back to sleep, and when i finally get sleepy its time to wake up

so now i just prefer weekends , the normal days i focus more on "daytime practices"

Hey you say you have insomnia? Well as a suggestion you can try looking up ASMR videos. At first glance they may appear strange or weird but they are very relaxing. ASMR is this tingling sensation that occurs in your scalp and it is a pleasant feeling. I know it sounds weird but it can help those that have insomnia and need to get to sleep.

I sometimes think the same abut my grandmother. I would like to meet her while lucid. :)

I use to talk a lot about dreams with her since my interest began 4 months ago, but she never tried any technique, so it must be my influence. The same happened with my brother too.

My deceased grandmother sometimes talked about her vivid dreams and sleep halucinations. I never cared about it, even believed she could have some problem. Now i would be more open. I really hope she is in heaven

At some point I mentioned LD to my girlfriend quite often , and right about the same time she had 2-3 lucid dreams . She was generally excited , but kind of frightened too , because in the end she always wanted to end them but couldn't , and I guess it messed with her. In the same time I was getting the same if not worse results while trying everything on the forum

That's really amazing that she had such a dream and it made her feel good. Perhaps she'd be willing to try some of the techniques.

Are you influencing your family members? :)

He might be implying, "You would have know this is a joke if you're lucid!"

If you felt like your body was moving and ended up in a dream, and if you knew you were dreaming, that sure sounds like WILD! You don't always have good control in a LD.
