Thanks Paysch and El…I only know what I know about supplements from Yuschak's book and my minimal personal experience with them though, mainly the galantamine + choline combo. It is nice to hear that you are able to counteract some of your pain med's side effects.

Paysch - your description is kinda poetic!

If you mean my opinion on supplements, I think that they are best used after having a solid lucid dreaming practice like it sounds like you have. Galantamine seems to be very good at bridging our waking memory to our dreams and those bridges tend to have some staying power helping us to have more and stronger lucid experiences without the supplements. This could be through strengthening neural pathways, neuroplasticity, though I am not well versed on that particular subject.
Yes about the supplements. Thanks. It's nice to have another's opinion, I appreciate it. I'm noticing it helping w/ daytime as well. For many yrs I have had to take pain meds for a spinal injury that has left me w/ permanent pain & I can tell it affects me. This seems to help w/ some of the side effects of my meds. It's comforting to have another person's opinion such as yourself. You seem to me to be rather knowledgeable in such things.

      Nice one Fogelbise

Thanks for explaining your process ~ it reminds me I wanna keep on track with Sivasons instructions

I read the bit on the poet John Clare and found it intriguing that he was in an asylum and thought of as completely mad for most of his life yet his poetry was seen as among the very best ...interesting how in the dream world and especially when we are aware of it, we are many times ina world of poetry ...sometimes insanely perfect in its gifts to us ( from us by us to us etc ) Magic!

Very nice in depth descriptions. It seems a whole lot of us have those water dreams.
Yes! And some of my favorite lucid dreams were born in large bodies of calm water coming from another lucid that had faded to the void with me seeding the water.

Impressive. Hey, I just got some Huperzine A for cognitive support. I have trouble w/ visualizing colors w/ my chakra's. I noticed you had used a similar thing but I couldn't afford that one right now w/ the holidays coming up. I wondered what your opinion of this is. I really would value your opinion.

I am getting very good at bringing back the same building or a building that looks a lot like the building that just faded away. I'm thinking about this while I do it and I am amazed at how well it is working and how clear my thinking is. Perhaps this is one benefit to late morning when you are closer to getting up for the day your head is more clear but the dreams tend to be more wispy so we need to incubate them and to feed them and keep them going with seeds of thoughts like "oh that didn't fade I see a tree emerging I see it for me…here!" and "that pattern over there even if that pattern is not there yet I create it and it grows." Before long my scene is stabilized. I am floating down a residential street with large 2 and 3 story properties and I see an old guy walking and I have a slight thought regarding messing around with him in some way but I decided instead to talk to him and see if he seems like an intelligent DC.

Thank you for the John Clare link. I don't think I have come across him before.

Cool, thanks for the update, fogelbise! Very interesting that you are incorporating sivason's thought suppression techniques and that they are working well for you. Something interesting, as well: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Clare

Thanks Jade. The second futuristic building I think I searched for "tall futuristic building" and clicked on a picture that was closer to what I was looking for and in google images it gives "view more" (like this) option and I believe that is how I found this one. It actually had some sky at the top of the image so I cropped the top of the image since I never reached a top to this structure in my LD. Sorry the dream that you were particularly curious about at the end didn't have a lot more meat to it. I remember the boy toy for my wife was slender in slacks, shirt and narrow tie. I realized I had no clothes on after leaving a fairly mundane classroom scene and knew I was dreaming. Looking at my notes I also laughed when sending the boy toy my wife's way. The lady with the net top had a small child with her when I first saw her but the child disappeared. There was some scene fading while kissing her but staying patient the visuals came back.

Where did you find the picture of the tall future building, the square one. I really like it. Also, very curious to hear the full story of these dreams. Particularly the end...

Ah, nice! Thanks for sharing the Google image tips. That sounds like a trick I've been missing out on.

I'm inspired by this set of adventures and I'm hoping to generate a set of my own very soon!

Great job and keep it up, fogelbise!

Thank you CL! The pictures quickly bring me back to that particular set of adventures! One helper for image search sometimes, after carefully choosing search terms, is to click on a picture that looks similar to what you are looking for and often it will show additional pictures similar to the one you just clicked on along with the option to "view more" (like that picture). This sometimes produces a better match for what you are looking for. If not, I change up the search terms a little.

Congratulations on the lucids, fogelbise, very nice! I'm pretty stunned by what a great job you do with choosing your photos! I think you may know your way around google images a bit better than I do.

Thanks ThreeCat! It is really awesome!! The only thing I am wondering is what would have been the ideal time to start experimenting with it. I originally thought I would never try it and started considering it more when my LD count was probably around the mid-200's and I decided to get to LD #300 before trying it. I think it would have been equally beneficial earlier but I also think it wouldn't have been as consistently impressive at the very beginning. The choline is bitartrate from a common brand, Nature's Way. The G is reasonably priced, not mixed with any other active ingredients and the company provides independent testing certification and you can buy it from their website or Amazon.

Cool series of dreams--glad I'm getting to catch up with you! The "all night" adventures really are special. So the G + C stack has been working well for you? What type of choline are you using, if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you Nyx! It is amazing at times! Last night, though non-lucid, I was on some kind of quest through a wonderful Willy Wonka-esque factory of banana splits. It was so amazingly colorful. It was possibly inspired by this colorful birthday cake ice cream I saw that day.

Congrats on the long ld and totm, fogelbise! I especially loved the part with the mansion exploration and the morphing statuettes!

It's absolutely amazing what one can stumble upon in dreams!
