Dream Fragment: I'm on a train, sitting in a booth next to The Doctor. He's holding my hand. "We're almost there", he says. I feel nervous and very excited.

I'm lying on a huge bed, in the center, with someone on top of me. The person's form is fuzzy and faceless. I get the feeling it's a male. He is nuzzling his face into my stomach. He places both of his hands on me. One is on the side of my stomach and the other is placed directly under my chest. He nuzzles a bit more and then suddenly jumps up and off the bed. He's at the foot of the bed jumping up and down repeatedly, pointing at my stomach. I cannot tell if he is excited or frightened. I sit up slightly, leaning on one of my elbows. My other hand immediately goes to my stomach. I begin to panic. I can hear my heartbeat, like thunder roaring in my ears. Then I realize there is a second heartbeat in my ears and I can feel it underneath my hand. My eyes widen and my breath catches in my throat.
