When you left your physical body, are you frightened or have frightening experiences? How do say to move beyond that? I like how you just practiced exploring a part of the house.

Hello! I use to be very afraid when I would 'leave my body' but now that I have found dreamviews, I understand that everything that is happening is not real...in other words, I have full control of what I see and how it effects me. So now that I am much more educated about lucid dreaming, I am not afraid. There is absolutely nothing to fear. If I ever do become afraid I will just say "Go away!" and it will go away.

Your second question was how do I move...

With lucid dreaming, you move by pure thought. If I want to go to another room, I will just say in my mind, "Take me to that room" and like magic , I will be in that particular room. My thoughts are used as my voice, so I don't say anything...I just think it. Whenever you can, you should always practice small things like stabilizing the dream, maintaining control, etc. If you go to the tutorial sections (Tutorials) you will find several tutorials that can answer several of your questions and give you some great advice on where to start. Happy dreaming to you!

Ha! That's pretty good. We all hate to miss a good dream sign, but this one is hilarious!

Happily, even if it's been a few days, you are still you. And it's you that made all of your other lucids happen before. You'll do it again!
That's all the motivation I need! You always say the right thing when I really need to hear it! Muah!

You'll get it! I always feel the same way when I'm dry for a while. I'll get busy with work or something, my sleep will get thrown off, and my dream life will seem to be circling the drain. But I think you'll find that once you have the time and energy to refocus on your dream life, get plenty of sleep, and not let other stuff intrude on your sleep that it'll all come back to you.

Happily, even if it's been a few days, you are still you. And it's you that made all of your other lucids happen before. You'll do it again!

      Thanks CL!

I've got to work on my awareness...I have been extremely distracted lately but I believe this will change now that I have more 'me' time. At least I'm hoping it will! I have gone so long now without being lucid, I'm trying not to get worried!

Ha! I love the idea of the Cosby Show dancing its way into my living room. Talk about reliving childhood!

Congratulations on all of the sweet, sweet sleep.

Aren't you going to do yours." I replied, "I already done it and I know that I am not dreaming!"
Ah, those false memories can be very convincing sometimes. I remember once a guy kissed me while lucid and I suddenly had this memory I was his wife, got so depressed that lost lucidity.

Apart from that dreams like these are really great. They show that you have been thinking about lucidity and that your subcon is actively looking for it. And once your subcon is out there looking, it is bound to find Lucy! Keep it up, bemistaken. Looking forward to reading about your awesome lds soon!

Really profound dream! I like it!

Lol, Angelpotter, I totally agree. Last night, a large raptor ate a family member and I thought we were in a simulation game.

However, I should have become lucid just from watching all of that.
Dreams and lucidity are weird... I see zombies and hurricanes, man, it's life, it happens. I see a guy riding a bike, OMG IT'S A DREAM!!!

It was scary at first, and usually I am easily frightened in my dreams, but in this one, I had the feeling that everything was going to work out...and it did! However, I should have become lucid just from watching all of that.

It started pretty dark (reminded me a little of that Nicole Kidman film - The Invasion - there's a scene where people jump from the top roof of a museum or something), but then everything worked out well! That was a relief!

I don't usually have dreams like this, so I was so glad to see a happy ending!
