Yeah, I've noticed that happening actually. Probably didn't make much difference in this case, though - I did see that thread, but gods, crime/punishment, and separation are pretty much my most common dream themes anyway.
For the second fragment, had you seen this thread DV yesterday - http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-inte...n-revived.html - because if you did, that could explain this dream I find that at times I do have dreams that are clearly due to something I read on DV.
Haven't read it in ages. Dunno what inspired this. But now that I'm thinking about it, the other night I had a dream about a different fictional character searching for people - maybe that subconsciously reminded me of Leon.

She cuts her leg with a knife and lets the blood run down into the dirt, a ritual attempt to soothe the drought the land is going through with her own life; since she isn't yet royalty, this is all she can do. I really like this.
Oh, good at least it had a happy ending! interesting dream. I also had someone holding a knife in his hand in my dream this night.
