He says when flying with ki, you don't focus on the act of flying itself, just your intention and your heading.
: D Thats a good way to get to the place you want to go quicker. Almost sounds like teleportaton in a way but its just flying really fast with a destination in mind.
I stopped walking because I heard "Fly Me to the Moon" playing from up above, and then I saw Frank Sinatra fade in before my eyes and walk up to me. But when I saw him, I knew. It was my dream guide, and he was Frank Sinatra for some weird reason. I asked him and he gave me that little knowing smile of his, the one he has on his original form. I knew it was because of the significance of that song from real life.
Wow, he definitely entered your dream in style.
I was all "Hey, you're just sending me around randomly!" and he was just like "I 'guided' you, didn't I?" What a dick. But I did get to fly around a bunch, and I wasn't stuck in the house, so maybe it was a good thing? He was helping me with my flying, too... so okay maybe he wasn't being a dick. It still felt like he was messing with my head though.
haha yeah, at least you got to explore and had some flying practice. ^ w ^

Itís out of my understanding that why people do drunk driving first of all. Everyone knows how serious consequences it can have and still it doesnít refrain them from doing so. My cousin works with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer and often tells me how a single DUI charge can have life altering consequences.

Yeah, he's a dragonball character. I've been trying to get him to 'dream guide' status since he's the only one lately to be able to do things in my lucid dreams that I can't do myself, like get me out of locked rooms and such. So I'm always trying to hunt him down so I can get out of that house. But that's kind of neat that it might already be a dream guide though. I guess maybe my goal was realized

I've thought about getting a dreamcatcher, there's a great little local shoppe here that has many of them, so I might have to go up there later!

I'm not really sure what the locked houses represent, but yeah life has been a bit stressful lately since we just moved cross-country. I'm guessing that's the reason for all the moving dreams I also have. I wish I could figure out why I'm always locked in a house, then maybe I could push through it on my own without any guide's help.

I made it a little secondary priority to find Seru, because I've been wanting to make him my dream guide, figuring he could help me achieve my solar kamehameha quicker.
So who is Seru? A dragonball character?

"You know, this is a long ass lucid dream, and I'm not going to waste it hiding from scary shit. I'm looking for Seru and I'm exploring this house that may or may not represent my subconscious, so FUCK THIS GUY." and I immediately landed on the floor, marched up to the creepy thing, and said "FUCK YOU BITCH. Now you will tell me where Seru is or so help me I will kick your ass so hard!"
Sounds like you took some pages from my attitude towards negative elements in a lucid dream... Being a badass can definitely be of benefit to you when you encounter these sort of things. Though when encountering a nightmare, I there is a simple principle of Nightmare Hunting that I follow:

See if you can Identify what the nightmare represents. If it represents something, you acknowledge or accept what the nightmare represents, it will turn good, disappear, or become weakened. If the nightmare does not represent everything it looses its footing and then can be easily defeated with whatever dream control you deem worthy.

You may also consider using a dreamcatcher. Even if you don't have a dreamcatcher will help you in the waking world, try manifesting one in the dream world and holding it up right in the face of whatever nightmare you are experiencing. I did this a couple of times; GREAT results.
He was absolutely no help whatsoever. Figured. I continued on, trying to control things, trying to summon things, but nothing worked. Nothing's worked at ALL lately. So I just gave up. I slid to the floor and just cried and cried, thinking what the fuck is the point of lucid dreams if I'm always trapped in some house every single time? I felt so friggin hopeless. While I was down there crying, suddenly someone came up from behind and wrapped their arms around me, and I was all "Great, now more scary shit's come to mess with me." But nope, I turned around and it was Seru, yay! Immediate tears-b-gone! He flew me through the house at super speeds and I tried to take in all the things around me, and then we both flew straight through the house and out into the open blue sky. I felt so happy to finally break free of the lucid dream houses. I know the whole being locked in the house thing symbolizes something, maybe one day I'll figure out what it is.
So it sounds like you were freed by what could be a dream guide. I too wonder what being trapped in the house represents. You stated that you have found yourself in this situation before; that being locked in a house. This nightmare is representative of feeling trapped. Trapped by what, I could not say. That is for you to figure out.

I also pick up a lot of negative emotions in these dreams. Anger, Frustration, Sadness. Is this reflective of your waking life or in contrast to it?

Strawbery banana breadsticks?!?!! What a weird combination! (Even my dreams have these crazy combo type elements sometime...like I remember one time I dreamed I was flying in what looked like half of an egg and there were all these controls in a chair I was sitting in, which was in the egg thing--then I crash-landed.

That's too bad about the phone, but I have to say, that asteroid mocking you is hilarious! It's too bad you weren't lucid in that dream, you could've jumped out the hole and explored the universe
