Yes it's a body builder mass building mix so it has "all the AAs the body needs" I posted the mix on the thread discussing the Yuschak paper. It doesn't have Theanine, through. But lots of glutamine and aspartic acid. Actually it's a pleasant (somewhat) vanilla flavor. I would hesitate to get the chocolate. It probably has way more than the dreaming needs but hey don't knock a successful experience! And it's easier than guessing with all the individual AAs. Might as well take 'em all!

With a name like "Up your MASS" it's gotta be tasty!
LOL. Is that really the name? (I'm guessing that's the glutamine?) I personally found the aspartic acid to be the grossest tasting bit, but all in all just not my favorite. But if it had worked, I wouldn't have hesitate to chug that stuff down for a good LD, unpleasant taste or no.

Whoa, the Yuschak Amino Acid Blend! Congratulations on the successful results. I'm jealous because I never got any positive dreaming effects of any kind from the AAB. Xanous has done well with it. I may just be one of those non-responders! I'm happy that it works for you, though!

Not the tastiest concoction, is it?

Good luck with it in the future!

Thanks! Yeah I think that matches my last comp (the 3 in 4). Time to break the record!

Thanks! Nothing "mini" about that dry-spell, about 3 weeks, which rivals my former longest dry spell in 2013, second only to the 1 month start-lucid-training-until-first-LD period. Yeah I thought that little side command to SB in between shouting at the burglars was classic and hilarious!

Congratulations on that lucid and breaking that mini-dryspell! First in the Comp!

I shout to them "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!" and "will" them to leave, and I gesture strongly with my whole right arm and index finger pointing at the open front door. I lean my head towards SB and say "S! Get naked!"

Thanks! Performing stabilization so far for me is directly related to my level of awareness and access to memory. In low level lucids I realize I'm dreaming but that's about it, it's like: "I'm lucid! Girls! Run! Girls! Fly! Girls!" (and maybe sometimes without the "Run!" and "Fly" parts! heh heh). The really awesome ones are where I'm "me" in the dream, like this last one. I think I lost this last dream by withdrawing my attention from the surroundings. Next time I get an aware one like that I want to try to hold it as long as I can and really focus on moving through the environment and setting mini goals to focus on. I want to maximize minutes spent lucid (while still doing fun stuff!) as I think that is also important for progress.

Congrats on that lucid, TOTM and DC interaction!
You know, English is my third language so when I first read "CDM" and "Caveman Dream Me" did not get it, then I re-read it and went

I identify myself a lot with that, sometimes I even got upset in the line of "Got distracted by a female DC and didn't accomplish my goal for that LD!" But now, especially after my dry spells, I try not to take LDs so seriously and just try to enjoy them... when I happen to have one
BTW good job stabilizing the dream, I always forget that part.

Thanks, it's really good to be back, I had a recall dry spell also along with my job change and travels/jet lag. I think my concentration on ADA/RC-location is really helping with recall as well. I'm happy that my recall is holding up this last week with only 1-2 wakings instead of 3-4. I may try for 3-4 again but without any physical recording. But I'm enjoying my sleep with 2 wakings.

I think I already said this at last competition but: Congrats on your recall, I'm really impressed with it!

Thanks! Just recently for some reason I'm able now to recall longer continuous sequences, mostly I have had lots of fragments, but now I seem to be filling in the blind spots and remembering the transitions so I get one long sequence instead of lots of disjoint fragments. Good for recall, bad for the competition where higher dream and fragment counts give higher scores . I'll take the better recall, though, for sure, since I think it leads to more lucidity.

It's been a great week dream-wise, lots of recall, 2 LDs, and several almost LDs.

Hey I hadn't noticed that! You're right! Lots of burning going on. Can't think of anything other than a quote I read that the Salt Lake City Olympic press hotel rooms were far inferior to those in Sochi (which actually 99.99% of the people that matter most, the athletes, are very happy with), that his Salt Lake City blanket was more burn marks than blanket, something like that. Weird. And why was I trying to find AG? He was a colleague but not a particularly close associate or friend or anything.

Hmmm... I wonder what's with all the burn marks in these dreams. You have really great recall!

Nice one, great lucid and that last dreams sounds awesome! I love how dreams can emulate some effects from movies and games so flawlessly.
