      Dream
I'm walking down the road from where my parents live and I'm near the roundabout that leads to the village. I think I'm pretty damn horny in this dream, and as a result I end up naked and wanting to get off.. But I realize I'm in public, and then that I'm NAKED in public. I feel super uncomfortable but realize it doesn't matter because it's got to be a dream.. There's a super hot chick that shows up and feels my crotch, I feel it's definitely a dream by this point. Me and the girl walk off back up the road away from the village, hoping to find more privacy. I take only 2-3 steps and the drunken-like horny stupor I'm in fades a bit as I don't want to waste my lucidity on dream-sex. I dash off ahead a few steps to get away from the horny gropy hot chick, I try stabilizing but I'm unsuccessful. I slip out of the dream but try to bring it back without success... I think it's partly because of having to wake up at 5:30, it stresses me out because I HAVE to otherwise I won't have time to get ready. Like the feeling of not having enough time, and then things like not wanting to disrupt my sleep cycle for lucid dreaming get pretty annoying too...

Also.. What's up with the naked in public thing? That's a first O_O
    2. #216 - Are you my dream guide?

      by , 03-24-2016 at 11:33 PM (The Oneironaut's Odyssey)
Another lucid there was more to the dream prior to getting lucid but there wasn't much. Last night I meditated for 10 minutes and had a more realization about how being too tired before going to sleep can reduce the chances of me getting lucid. So when I stay up for another 20 minutes and then feel really tired and 'ready' to sleep, I find it harder to dream journal or wake up during the night for LD practices. I decided that this probably affected how tired I am when I do my WBTB, and that I should extend my WBTB's. During my WBTB this morning I did the usual toilet run and mirror RC and then came back to bed and started reading my book. The following lucid was actually 1 of my best in terms of stability and control, while also being able to properly remember dream tasks.

      Dream
I'm walking home from the village, I've already passed the school and I'm pretty close. The road is the usual unlaned p.o.s. that it is, with the boughs of manuka trees arching overhead forming a sort of tree cathedral. It's quite a sunny day, there isn't much going on. I start realizing that this is a dream, I decide to stabilize myself and feel the sensation of touch. Being able to feel my dream body so clearly tethers me there and stabilizes, but I notice that the world around me darkens. Fuzz. I need it to be light! What makes things light? Fire!
I start focusing on creating fire with my mind, but it's weird.. This is one of those dreams where the world is down-to-earth and things like flying are difficult. I point the palms of my hands at each other and will there to be a spark of fire, but there's nothing..
A blanket of darkness covers everything now, but I spot a couple street lights in the background of the dream. I have a certain understanding that if I can position my hands looking up
at the light then I can trick the dream into thinking it's a fire spark. Doing this the palms of my hands suddenly have a ball of fire growing between them. I lift it up and throw it onto the tree above, it slowly spreads and the world around me begins to brighten with the flickering tongues of flame.
The dream stabilizes once more, I focus on my body now and maintain the sense in the back of my mind so I don't wake up. It's properly night time now and I decide on doing the TotM
"I'm ready for my dream guide!" I shout out to the world, I start heading back down the road towards the village.
"I'm ready for my dream guide!" I continue to hail, above the power lines crossing the street I spot a flying batlike demon. Blagh, no thanks. I keep moving on until I see the group of people that I had seen earlier on in the dream (before I got lucid I passed them on my way home). I spot a very pretty blonde, I approach her and say "are you my dream guide?"
"no" she says, "But would you like to come with me?" a coquettish smile on her face. For a moment I feel the full of caveman mode, but say "no thanks" and leave. About 20 metres later I've passed the school and reached the end of the road, leading to the roundabout by the village. I spot another cute blonde (what's with me and blondes lately?) and think that she probably isn't my dream guide. Butttt... She's cute. I decide to go after her and ask anyway

It was about here that I woke up.
    3. #97 - random WILD and finally progress with my dream goal

      by , 07-08-2015 at 09:34 AM (The Oneironaut's Odyssey)
      Black: non-dream
      Blue: non-lucid
      Red: lucid

      Dream
I remember just waking up and being like "nah too early" and deciding to go back to sleep, I started daydreaming like I always do and within a minute I was just lucid. The place I was in resembled my home town, I seemed to be walking past the arts building (which is 3-4 stories and an orange-pink colour). At first I was like "nah I'm still awake, this is just a super-vivid daydream or something..........?"
I tested the lucidity by calling for the girl I've been trying to meet in my dreams ,I said "hey *name*". Instantly she popped up from behind a chair or something and smiled, turned around and walked just ahead of me in my company.
I was a bit surprised at how easy it was to summon her... The dream was very responsive and it wasn't out of control with weird elements.
So.... I asked her the burning question I've had on my mind for ages and guess what? It wasn't even the right question... and she didn't respond either >_<. I think around this point I faded out and woke up again.

Despite how super vivid this dream was while being lucid too, I don't recall much of it as I'm writing it at the end of the day... Have been wanting to complete this dream goal for a while, I don't care a great deal about it anymore but I feel like it's still something I just NEED to do.
    4. #85 - Unexpected lucid

      by , 04-21-2015 at 11:20 PM (The Oneironaut's Odyssey)
      Black: Non-dream
      Blue: Non-lucid
      Red: Lucid

I think I'll just term these 'UL' for future reference so I don't write 'omg another unexpected lucid'... The reason these are unexpected is because I haven't done ANYTHING for lucid dreaming in quite a while and I've been really fatigued by lack of sleep because my sleeping patterns gone all weird lately too.

      Dream - UL
I'm running through the town I come from, it's night time and everything is pretty dark... I run past the bus stop and I jump around a bit in a sort of 'parkour' way. Something just clicks in my mind and I realize I'm dreaming, this time I immediately realize that I need to stabilize since these UL's tend to fade really quickly. I try a few things as I run forward a bit more towards a narrow pathway leading up into the bushes, this pathway is particularly dark. First I'm clapping my hands together, the impact causes the dream to sharpen a bit more, I'm shouting 'stabilize' over and over, I can hear my voice properly (usually if I'm about to wake up this isn't the case) but it's not working properly... After a total 10-15 seconds I fade out into wakefulness. I lie there still and feel the dream coming closer again in a WILD, but I can't quite grasp it.

Not too sure why I've had a sudden increase in spontaneous lucid dreams but I don't think it's a bad thing
