      Thanks guys! i really felt awesome and powerful again
      to bad i couldnt repeat it because the last two nights i slept with someone else in one bed. i am still not in my old condition where i can remember more than one or two dreams if i dont journal at night and no lucids...
      but tonight i sleep alone and can sleep in YAY

      for me its way better to incubate me like two or three goals. for example imagine how i get lucid and first i do my three step tasks (vague idea how to) and then think of one personal goal or maybe go thru the totms.
      like this the chances to get lucid are higher and the quality is better because i know what to do. inbetween i randomly think of things that make points and push them inbetween. sometimes when i havent incubated anything and get lucid i to pretty random stuff. but here i often dont remember my goals at all or very restricted. after waking i often feel like a wasted lucid because while lucid it feels like i do crazy and cool stuff but after waking it seems meaningless and premature.
      on the other hand when i just get lucid and dont to too much crazy stuff and walk around and do this and that it (at least it feels) like i have a very long long lucid where it is difficult to remember the whole story and have here and there some gaps or confusion.

      thank you. i think i am pretty good at remembering atleast 2 or 3 goals when i incubate them for 10min before the night or before falling asleep in the morning. then i am pretty straight forward and do the things i want to do without too much disruption.

      Do you usually just run around doing stuff on your free will ( for points too) or do you have specific goals too (atm)? Gz on the lucid, 200 points almost already!

      Thank you :-) but Like I said. It feels more like I made it kind of. It was not the typical candyland one would expect or see in the totm picture but I founded some candy on the ground.
      It would be way cooler to teleport in some way to get directly the new scene candyland. But I am still happy.
      You write you can't get there... Did you had some attempts? Links? :-) do you know what your problem is?

      actually i was hungry the night before and this night i ate before bed^^
      why typical guy?
      i summoned FM and sensei several times now every time they look different and act like they act but in the end its what you expect right?
      so far i had no dream where someone told me he dreamed the same or something similar or dreamed of me too... but maybe its a question of recall and not of possibility?

      I tried the thing with feeling the heat in my hands and actually could chuck a fireball at a bird that was in fire and flow away thanks for the tip

      Stacking cars and turning them into a tower is a cool idea, will have to remember that one.

      For fireballs - have you tried focusing on the feeling of heat? Like, thinking wow my hands are really hot - woah they're on fire... and then chuck a fireball? Sometimes works for me.

      Lol, I have similar problems with my sleeping mask and/or covers in low-control LDs.

      hey there, for some weeks now i started to experiment with WILD and tactile senses (i think like you too) a little. just at the beginning i had two successes within two nights. since than i have more problems because i start to overthink it again...^^ nevertheless.
      since the beginning of this year my meditation practice got pretty non existent and i notice a lack of concentration and awareness during the day and during WBTBs. therefore i switched to SSILD again because even when i feel restless in my head and my mind is jumping around, when i do ssild cycles eventually i clam down and it brings me in the right mindset. so after some progressive relaxation i start with ssild and when i feel like getting calmer and maybe more tired and feel deeply relaxed i sometimes start with tactile movements (here i am still experimenting whats working good. i had some success with imagining throwing a ball from one hand to another, last night i tried to alternating moving my arms up and down etc. - with this i sometimes even feel my chestmuscles like they would working... dont know if this is a good sign or a bad sign that i indeed tense to much?!)
      sometimes i feel like i am too "awake" or in the wrong mindset for this and dont feel the tactile movements right. then i turn on my side and try falling asleep doing some more SSILD cycles in a more relaxed manner (sometimes i just stare at my closed eyes till falling asleep). but sometimes i feel like the feeling of tactile movements gets stronger and i start to see things and then i stay on my back try to relax and try to WILD... unfortunately i dont have so much success with it so far but i think i move in the right direction and learn more about my body and sleep.

      so in short: i use SSILD as a precursor to get in the right mindset and sometimes i stop there fall asleep and have a dild and sometimes i try to wild from there.

      i posted it in the TOTM thread. i think when they accept it it would also count for the competition. and there where other TOTMS where it was similar. it was important to ask the question but when it was denied it still counted... ^^ we will see. worst case i take back the 15 points and approach it again

      Six fingers, wrongly oriented fingers and knobby fingers almost always cause me to go lucid. Something "concerning" about my own self-appearance always triggers confirmation of lucidity. Man, you are really stoking the points for Team Valor! Keep up the great "work."
