Heh, yup, feels good man. Probably worth mention that the dry spell wasn't anywhere near as bad as I made it out to be. Also, congrats on your recall coming back. As for Marloss Berries, that's a reference to Cataclysm, a post-apocalyptic horror survival game I used to play. Marloss Berries are an trans-dimensional food, described as tasting like (and inciting) pure bliss. Dream guides are a trickier and a rather subjective matter. To some, they're simply a very distinguished recurring character. To others, a sort of personal counselor and teacher to aid in exploring dreams. And others still see them as spiritual, if not divine, entities. I myself see my guide as falling somewhere between the first two categories. Besides that, I can't really point at a a more definitive authority on the matter past what one could probably find in Wikipedia or a Google search.
There you go, after your last DJ you should feel good about this one. What's special about a marloss berry (what is it)? I too also had longer dreams with my latest DJ vs the one before. One quick question though, I've seen other people mention "dream guides" before, what's that about, exactly? If there's a specific thread you could link me to, that's fine. I just wondered if there was a specific definition to the term that I haven't seen mentioned.
Meh, more fragments. Must be having a dry spell... Hey, it happens, I've been getting that too. But I still like reading your fragments.
I can see it's not the result you wanted. But you still got a WILD though. Next time will be better.

Oh it's on now!
It was a spur-of-the-moment thing on my end. Controlling such a large object isn't usually something I could do in my LDs. So, have you ever played D&D or any of its derivatives (ie Pathfinder.)?
that crazy I've yelled that in my dream a couple time before yet when I do it I never get results like I'm just staring in still infamy trying to morph a weapon but I'm just looking at my hands
WOW that sounds like such a cool dream. I don't know if I've ever had anything quite like it! Of that magnitude. It makes me want to keep practicing
Heh, thanks. Yep, that's an apt description of this experience, with some added thrills of course! Been so long since I had such an enthralling non-LD (or it at least feels that way). It's as if I'm starting over with dream journaling again, back to a time when everything about the subject seemed so novel, mysterious, and intense... Ah, I'm letting nostalgic feelings get the better of me!
What an epic trial~ The characters all sound very cool too. I like the dragon part especially. It must have been mind boggling to be sliding down the aqueduct that many times. Just like a high water ride.
Nice spell deflecting! I wanted to ask you a Q on a previous dream. About using aura to stabilize. (Something you mentioned) How does that work? I want to try it Well, to start, I regularly focus on my kinesthetic senses (ie muscle movement and position) while awake. When I do the same during LDs, I then try to visually manifest the sensation in the form of an aura. So far, this has really helped to keep both focus and excitement in the LD.

Heh, I basically winged that, as is about a fourth of the tricks I do. Actually, reactive improvisation was key to my attempts at dream control when I first started LDing. If you find it too difficult to do a more methodical approach, a little spontaneity isn't a bad thing to fall back on when starting off. Yeah... That brings me back to one of the dreams I had this year, actually. I was flying, and while I felt it was a bit sluggish for a while, just going with the ropes helped me do some seemingly impossible things at the time. I'll take that into consideration.

I like the idea of 'eating color'. I should probably get to doing that sometime, maybe with red or orange (Maybe black?...). Though with my utterly lackluster dream control, I'm gonna have to try a little harder than I'm used to.

Usually I picture epic fights and hobos being up on a train roof but dancing sounds just as exciting. Except I might fall off Instantly the first time I try It. Lol
I take a second to sorta "scan" my body's tactile presence. The aura then just blooms out with but a thought.
