    NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

    No dream recall. DAMN IT.

    And I took 15 tablets of 3mg of Melatonin too.

    Man......LOL, probably screwed my dream recall.

    I'm still feeling a little sleepy, so I tried a WBTB+WILD attempt, and you know what? FORGET IT....ugh...

    I swear, just WILDing alone makes me imagine that I have to balance a 2 ton weight that's heated at 600 degrees Celsius on my head, and still find a way to drift into sleep and still maintain a small awareness.

    Just.... SCFNMgkjhnbjgnbfjn GHODgosdfhikgjgf

    Sigh...


    I'm literally going crazy and having spasms on how piss poor I am in inducing lucid dreams. I could make fun of the major techniques like WILD, DILD, MILD, WBTB, DEILD, etc....but that's only going to make me even more depressed because I'll just be hiding my own incompetence for not even being able to do them right.

    Ugh.

      There's really no need to keep taking that much, a regular dose works just fine. X3

      However, a WBTB would probably be more effective with that dose....
