I have a friend. I have known her for almost a decade now. She is this absolutely stunning redhead with green eyes. Model worthy. She is not only beautiful, but extremely talented, intelligent, loving, gentle, and kind. Her name is Molly.

Molly is an extremely selfless person. The kind of girl who would give you the shirt off her back and her last five dollars to keep you from going without. Never asking or expecting anything in return. She was even a nurse at a hospital near by.

Molly was always there for me, through everything. She helped me through some of my darkest hours, but she sometimes tried to help the wrong people and got herself in a few particularly bad relationships and friendships with some less than desirable people.

Three cheating abusive alcoholic assholes and one stalker later, Molly was a proud mother of a little girl. A redhead like her.

Four years ago, in November, Molly wouldn't answer her phone. Concerned, I went to her house. I found her lying on the floor in her hallway half naked, covered in blood and bruises, holding her four month older daughter who was dead. Molly had been raped, her baby suffocated, by someone who stalked her frequently.

I have never before or since seen anything more horrific than what I saw that night.

Molly moved away after that. We maintained our close friendship long distance.

About two weeks ago Molly moved back to town. Now, I am having these horrible flashback night terrors of how I found her coupled with my own conflicting situational emotions.

Is there anyone who can help me figure this out?

I don't like waking up in the middle of the night with those images in my head.
