    2. 3 Powerful Lucid Dreaming Techniques

      Below are three powerful techniques I have personally used to induce lucid dreams:

      1) TAPE PLAYER METHOD

      Use a tape player or MP3 player with your voice recorded on it that tells you to check to see if you are dreaming, or that reminds you to realize you are having a dream. Turn on the player when you go to bed or even better turn in on when you awaken in middle of the night or when you wake up from just having a dream. When you go back to bed after awakening you are more than likely to have a dream. I usually record the affirmations about one minute apart so when I go into REM sleep the tape recorder reminds me to check if I am dreaming. At first you may have difficulty falling asleep since every minute or so you will hear the affirmations, but soon you will become accustom to the sound of your voice and fall asleep. Your voice on the tape recorder will remind you check to see of you are dreaming while you are having the dream and will help you become lucid.

      2) REALITY CHECKS

      Check to see if you are dreaming during the day while awake, especially if you find yourself in an odd or unusual situation. Checking to see if you are dreaming while awake will translate into doing a reality check while you are dreaming. Don't pinch yourself to see if you are dreaming, or jump in the air to see if you can fly: All that may happen if you do this type of reality check in a dream is you may feel a slight pain from the pinch, or if you jump in the air and try flying you may end up just coming back down from the jump. The best way to do a reality check is to ask the question:

      "How did I get here?"

      Since the dream environment is constantly changing and evolving, if you are dreaming you will suddenly find yourself in a dream but will not be able to logically retrace the steps you took to get there. If you can retrace your steps you are more than likely not dreaming. However if you cannot retrace your steps you are having a dream.

      3) LUCID DREAM AFFIRMATIONS

      Repeat the following affirmations before bed or when you wake up from just having a dream, but plan on going back to sleep right away:

      » I awaken within my dreams
      » My waking consciousness goes with me into my dreams
      » I am consciously aware of my dreams
      » Lucid dreaming is easy for me
      » When I dream, I am aware I am dreaming
      » I remember my lucid dreams
      » I have the power to control my dreams
      » I do reality checks while dreaming
      » I notice the dream signs that help me become lucid
      » I become consciously aware of odd occurrences in dreams
      » I am determined but detached while dreaming
      » My dream intention is strong
      » I visualize becoming lucid in my dreams
      » Tonight I will recognize that I am dreaming
      » Tonight I will have a lucid dream
      » I have a greater awareness of reality
      » I recognize I am dreaming while dreaming
      » I remain emotionally calm when dreaming
      » I check to see if I am really awake often
      » I know the difference between reality and dreaming
      » I do reality checks often
      » I have the ability to lucid dream at will
      » I am the master of my dreams
      » I am a master at the art of lucid dreams

    3. How does Meditation help?

      Don't quote me on it, but I think the goal of meditation is that you feel that lucidity constantly. The idea is that the results are not supposed to be temporary, but trained so that they are permanent.

      Meditation, for that reason, is also a good trainer for discipline.

      It also helps with increased focus, better self esteem, ect. It's more than just sitting there and doing nothing.

      Mind you, you can meditate for like 10 minutes and still feel results. Long-term is generally for trances and OBE stuff, or at least for me it is anyways.

    5. Extremely fast and easy DEILD variation Technique

      Hey everyone, I discovered a technique that is a variation of DEILD that I read about in the book "the Guidebook for Astral Travel" It's used for inducing LD's and the first time I tried it I got 3 ld's. I then showed it to my friend and the first time he tried it he got two. So I think it's very effective. What you do is when you wake up from a dream, you keep your eyes closed, and passively observe the images that come into your head. As they start to come they will eventually form into a dream scene. When that happens you have to passively help shape the dream scene, and then try to thrust yourself into this dream scene. I do this by trying to walk in the dream scene as its forming. This should happen within 20 or so seconds. I suggest everyone try it, it worked amazingly for me. And please don't post "this is just DEILD" I know it is, it's just a little different.

    6. Perception of Time experiments.

      Time is subjective even in physical life. If you ran a little social experiment where a group of people go inside of a amusement park for day and u timed the duration of the stay with a stop watch to say 5 hrs. I guarantee you'll get different answers about how long there stay was in the park some answers will be way off because their letting there feeling dictate how long the time was that passed. Some peoples day go by fast others peoples day go by slow fast years slow years it's all subjective. We just happen to have a universal clock system that everyone agrees on that doesn't mean the time that goes by isnt subjective for the one experiencing time it's self. With in the dream scape will power goes a long way and u have displayed that u could also verbalize your intentions with commands like "increase perception of time" IMHO ofcourse

    7. Perception of Time experiments.

      Last night I had a very interesting experience with this. My alarm goes off every 10 minutes when I hit snooze, and it went off at 11:41 AM (Was sleeping in). I distinctly noticed what time it was, hit the snooze, and went back to sleep nearly instantly. I had an INCREDIBLY detailed and seemingly lengthy dream that felt as if it occurred over a period of about an hour or two. My alarm went off again, it said 11:51, even though I could have sworn it was at least an hour long. Since the brain can create more rather than simply take in information, supposedly time can seem longer. It doesn't matter how long time actually IS, it matters how your brain perceives it.

    8. Where Is Your Time Window For Lucidity

      Please explain your time window for lucidity mapping out your sleep schedule from the onset of sleep until the momment you wake up to begin your day.

      My Avg Sleep Schedule & Avg Time Window In Which I Go Lucid-

      -In Bed at 12 am

      -12-2am non rem sleep no dreams (on avg.) If i do dream during this time they are very short and hard to remember.

      - 2am-3:30am ( wake up from alarm clock) Im performing wake back to bed, searching the internet, watching tv, playing video games etc.


      -3:30am to 5:30am This is the time i have my most vivid dreams my recall is better and is the avg time i go lucid





      5:30am I wake up from a vivid dream or a lucid dream, recall is gd for journaling 90% of the time at this point.

      5:40am -7:45am Some dreams but not as vivid recall not as sharpe as before. I do feel rested and energized ready to go about my day.

    9. Dream plane existance

      Well when ever you decide to practice dream plane exploration let me know. Im assuming you havn't even tried if you have where is your personal experience. No body is asking you to believe what me or anybody else is saying, im asking you to seek it out through lucid dreaming and report back with your findings, you havn't even tried and already making assumptions about the non extistence of planes. Back up what you say with your own experience not with what someone else says.

    10. I need some help

      Your body has a natural clock in which it gradually wakes you up every day. Go to bed during this gradual period of wakening. If you dont have a natural time in which you wake up wbtb will give you one because your waking up around the same time every morning. The general idea is to skip the deep sleep phase in which the logic side of u shuts off and only fall asleep during the hours of awakening before you physically wake up. namaste.

    11. Shared Dreaming - How to find other people when lucid!

      The Essence technique

      The main way to find real people when you are lucid involves changing dreams at will. Different people have different methods for this. Naiya uses a TARDIS, Raven Knight opens portals with music, and I voice my intent to change dreams.

      I once found a white Owl while Lucid. I had a feeling it had to do with someone i knew. I voiced my intent to follow it and It led me to one of the most vivid lucid dreams I have ever had.

      If both people are intending to dream together they might wind up in the same dream spontaneously!

      Once you are lucid: Use your feeling of the person. Everyone in dreaming has a unique energy signature you can recognise them by. It is a subtle feeling of simply knowing THAT person IS that PERSON, no matter how they may appear to you.

      Once you have this feeling of the person. Focus that feeling to change dreams and the dream you wind up in will be that persons.

      ex from me and Raven knight.

      My dream: Dream 4: I was playing a Sonic the Hedgehog video game. And i discovered a glitch. I thought it was cool so i ran out of the house and found Mark75 to tell him about it.

      for some reason I got mark to follow me to show him the glitch. But when we arrived Raven Knight had taken his place. She followed me into my house and we were talking a little bit. Her face was hidden behind some sort of white hood. she stopped me and said that i should look at her. She pulled the hood away and revealed her face. I was staring at a child like face that seemed young. but all her hair was white or grey. It was kind of strange. She asked what i had thought... I just said it was nice to finally get to see her.


      Her dream:
      I focused on using Through the Never to open a portal to find R. A portal opened. Nomad and I went through the portal. On the other side we were in a neighborhood. We were just outside a house. There was a man there. He went over to Nomad. He told Nomad that there was something he needed to show him. I wondered if that was R and he was already lucid. Nomad and I both followed R into the house. He went over to his computer, which was doing something strange. R turned towards me now and looked a bit surprised.

      "Raven?" he asked, "I thought you were Mark."

      "Who?" I asked. Had he thought Nomad was someone named Mark? Apparently he recognized me, though.

      "Can I see your face?" R asked. I realized I was dressed as an Assassin from Assassin's Creed. I pulled my hood away from my face so he could see it more clearly. He stared at me for a bit. I asked him what he saw. I wondered if he saw me the way I picture myself or if he had a different image. He stared a bit more and then disappeared. I pulled a Homer "D'Oh!" at the fact he had disappeared. I turned towards Nomad. He was also gone. I pulled a double Homer. ("D'Oh, D'Oh!") Now I felt like I was about to wake up. I barely got off my triple Homer ("D'Oh, D'Oh, D'Oh!") before I woke up.


      You can also use a variation on the meeting place. Once you are lucid. Change dreams and go to the meeting place.

      Another VERY Important thing: Guides!


      Extra dimensional Entities, spirits of the deceased, Totem animals, and Higher (lighter) Density beings... Some are good, some are Evil. So pick your guides wisely. Some have been with your entire life and are simply waiting for you to acknowledge that they are there. Some you can find using the Above Essence technique. getting a few of them is handy, each one has something unique to offer. They serve as a voice in dreams and also a voice in your thoughts in waking life.

      Sometimes All i need to do before bed is to pick a person or a subject to dream about. I do this by briefly thinking it, or writing it down. Then the next night or in a few days I WILL have a dream about that person or subject which I selected. often when this happens, in my dream, my guide will be right beside me. This works lucid or not!

    12. My Subconscious Speaks Fluent spanish? lol

      I've had some dreams where DCs would speak languages I've heard a lot but don't actually know, like Japanese or Korean.

      I recently had a dream that I was talking to a Korean singer that I really like. He was speaking Korean and I was speaking English. At one point I stopped and asked him how he communicated with his English-speaking fans, since he doesn't speak English, and then I said, "wait a second... how are WE communicating with each other?" Everyone laughed as if I had told a joke, and continued the conversation without answering the question.

      Sometimes I'll actually see subtitles at the bottom of my field of vision... or just automatically know what they're saying, even though they're speaking a different language. I don't think I've ever seen someone speak Japanese or Korean in person, only on TV shows... so that would explain why I see subtitles, because it's what I'm used to seeing every time I watch someone speak those languages.

      It would be some awesome if your subconscious could speak a language that you couldn't.

      I was reading this dream i recorded in my i-phone about a month ago and it made me think? In the dream i was in a spanish class listening to my instructor. The Teacher posed a question in spanish to one of the students. Then the student replied back a very long detailed answer in spanish. They were going back and forth carrying on a conversation for minutes. I remember thinking i wish i was as good as the spanish student behind me was. Now I have been around spanish my whole life, i know some words but i dont speak it fluently. Apparently my subconscious does though, wondering how this is possible? Has this ever happen to anyone where dream characters are speaking a language u dont know but can indentify. More Interestingly has any one come across a language in the dream that is spoken here but you have never had any contact with? namaste

    14. 20 Primary Universal Laws

      20 Primary Universal Laws

      "The Universe is perfectly balanced by natural and moral laws with regulatory vibrations to maintain order, when you work within the laws you can be assured of an eventual positive outcome. When the laws are transgressed you can be assured of suffering; the only purpose of this is to teach you a better way." -Dick Sutphen's book Lighting the Light Within.

      1.
      The Law of Harmony. This law supersedes even the fundamental law of Karma, for harmony is the supreme potential of balance. The purpose of Karma is to attain harmony. If you through a rock into a pond you disturb the harmony of the pond, you are the cause, the effect is the splash and the ripples that flows out and back until harmony is restored. Similarly, your disharmonious actions flow out into the Universe and back upon you, lifetime after life time, until eventually your own harmony is restored.


      2.
      The Law of Reincarnation and Karma. Until you have resolved your Karma and fulfilled your Dharma, which are the deeds you must do, you will continue to reincarnate into sequential lifetime upon the earth. Neither God nor the Lords of Karma bestow suffering upon you during these lives, you and you alone decide what you most need to learn and in your earthly sojourns, and for each life experience you seek out other souls, often with shared histories, and always with Karmic configurations matching your needs. Whenever you act with intention you create Karma. Actions are considered to be thoughts, emotions, words and deeds, and the motive, desire and intent behind each. Disharmonious acts must be balanced in the future in this life or in a future lifetime, to have Soul growth.


      3.
      The Law of Wisdom, wisdom erases Karma. If you have the wisdom to learn your lessons through love and wisdom you can mitigate your suffering. Sadly, we seem to learn the fastest through pain, through directly experiencing the consequences of our actions. As an example, you greedily take from others, and instead of learning through wisdom and love that this is wrong, you have to experience from others someone greedily taking from you, whether later in this life or in a future lifetime.



      Example 1: In your last life you were married to a Soul who is your mate today, and whom you cruelly left far another in that previous lifetime. Before you were born into your current life, you agreed to be left by your mate, under similar circumstances—this will allow you to balance your Karma—and directly experience the pain of abandonment. If through the wisdom of Master-Life-Awareness it is easier to detach consciously from the relationship with love, you will ease the pain of parting while also passing your own test, and thus absolving Karma and evolving from within.



      Example 2. Assume that you have Astrologically destined a severe relationship test for May of your 35th year. If you have learned through past life awareness, as well as present life learning, to be positive, non-judgmental and without expectations in your relationship you may only experience an argument with your mate on that fateful day in May, but if you haven't learned your past lessons, and have intensified your disharmony during your relationship you might experience a divorce in may of your 35th year.


      4.
      The Law of Grace. Karma can be experienced to the letter of the law or in mercy and grace. In other words if you give love, mercy and grace to others, you will receive the same in return.


      5.
      The Law of Soul Evolution. Everyone on Earth shares the goal of Soul evolution whether they realize it or not. We have reincarnated because we desire to evolve spiritually. By rising above all of our fear based emotions and in so doing learning how to express unconditional love we raise our vibrational rate, and move closer to a state of harmony. Even where it appears that we are not evolving we are in reality making progress. We learn through the pain of our disharmonious acts, which can be viewed as our mistakes or failures. This is the law of Soul evolution.


      6.
      The Law of Bodhisattva. Bodhisattva is a Sanskrit term commonly accepted by most Metaphysical adepts today. It means one who has transcended the need of Earthly incarnations but who has chosen to return to the earth to support others in achieving enlightenment. A Bodhisattva knows he will never really be free until all souls are free. Most serious students of metaphysics have entered the Bodhisattva Development Stage of their evolution.


      7.
      The Law of Vibrational Attainment. The entire Universe operates on the same principle of vibrational energy. When Einstein discovered that "matter is energy." he opened the door to merging science and metaphysics. The scientists have proved that energy cannot die, it can only transform (reincarnate), and, by its very nature, energy must go forward or backwards, it cannot stand still, for to do so is stagnation, resulting in transformation. You are energy. Your skin, which appears solid, is actually trillions of swiftly moving molecules orbiting each other at a specific vibrational rate; a physical life rate you have earned in the past as a result of how harmoniously—or disharmoniously you have lived your past lives and your current life up until this moment in time. When you are harmonious for a lifetime, you will have attained the highest vibrational rate—the God level.


      8.
      The Law of Free Will. The law of free will operates in three ways.


      1.
      Although many of the major events in your life are Astrologically predestined, you always have free will to mitigate the impact of the event, or to transcend it entirely. This will result from how you live your life up to the situation you have destined for yourself to experience. If you give grace and mercy to others, are positive, loving, compassionate, and demonstrate by your action that you have learned past lessons, you can minimize disharmonious experiences!


      2.
      As you obtain Master of life awareness and develop conscious detachment, you will be far less affected by worldly events than in the past. A Master of Life enjoys all the warmth and joy that life has to offer, but detaches from the negativity by allowing it to flow through him without affecting him.


      3.
      You always have free will in how you respond to any situation. If you respond with positive emotions, compassion and integrity, you have probably learned your karmic lessons and will not have to experience a similar situation in the future.


      9.
      The Law of One. Every Soul, living and discarnate, is connected at the level of the collective unconscious, deep within the Higher-Self. We are all part of a great energy gestalt called God, and because we are part of God, we are God. It is the goal of the gestalt to move the energy forward, creating more energy. So, in living harmoniously, we each increase our vibrational rate and intensify the vibration of the entire gestalt. When we are disharmonious, we decrease the vibration of the entire gestalt, because we are one, everything you think, say and do, affects every other Soul.


      10.
      The Law of Manifestation. Everything manifest begins as a thought, an idea. Ideas and experiences create beliefs which in turn, create your reality. If you are unhappy with your current reality, you must change your beliefs and your behavior. Beliefs can be changed when you recognize those that are not working for you, and begin programming what will create success and harmony in your life. The unlimited creative power of your mind, through dedication, awareness and training, can be the wisdom to rise above your Karma. Within physical and spiritual laws, you can manifest any reality you desire to experience. In regard to changing your behavior, you must decide which disharmonious behavior you want to eliminate. Then be aware that you don't have to change how you feel about something to affect it, if you are willing to change what you are doing.


      11.
      The Law of Conscious Detachment. Buddha's earthly teachings are best summarized with one of his statements, "It is your resistance to what is that causes your suffering." and by suffering, he meant everything that doesn't work in your life; relationship problems, loss of loved ones, loneliness, sickness, accidents, guilt, monetary hardship, unfulfilled desires, and so on. When you accept what is, you accept the unalterable realities in your life without resisting them. Some things are facts. They exist, and no matter how much you resist them, there is nothing you are going to be able to do about them. Change what you can change, but have the wisdom to accept unalterable situations as they are, without wasting mental or physical energy attempting to change what you cannot change. Out of acceptance comes involved detachment. The ability to enjoy all the positive aspects of life, but to allow the negative to flow through you with out resistance and without affecting you.


      12.
      The Law of Gratitude. From the perspective of Karma and the Law of One, the more you give, the more you will receive. The more you assist others, the more you will assist yourself. The power of this Law also works in your day-to-day life.


      13.
      The Law of Fellowship. When two or more people of similar vibration are gathered for a shared purpose, their combined energy directed to the attainment of that purpose is doubled, tripled, quadrupled or more. This esoteric awareness has been used by covens, esoteric religions, healing groups, and recently, worldwide meditations for world peace.


      14.
      The Law of Resistance. That which you resist you draw to you, and you will perpetuate its influence upon your life. Resistance is fear, so it is something you need to Karmically resolve. The Law of Resistance assures that you let go of the fear by encountering it until you are forced to deal with it by learning conscious detachment.

      Example: You may have a strong resistance toward people of the Asian race; Black race, Jewish race, your mother-in-law. Your resistance is fear. The quickest way to overcome that which you fear is through direct experience, thus you will reincarnate as an Asian, Black, Jew, or mother in-law in a future lifetime. When you attain Master of Life awareness and stop resisting [your fear] by consciously detaching from the negativity, the problem will be resolved. Most disharmonious situations are solved through a change in your viewpoint. By changing your perspective, you can usually eliminate the effects of a problem, and if you are no longer affected by a problem, you no longer have a problem, although nothing about the problem situation may have changed. Another aspect of the Law of resistance states, that which you resists, you become, if not in this lifetime, in a future incarnation.


      15.
      The Law of Attraction. "Where your attention goes, your energy flows." You attract what you are and that which you concentrate upon. If you are negative, you draw in and experience negativity. If you are loving, you draw in and experience love. You can attract to you only those qualities you possess. So, if you want peace and harmony in your life, you must become peaceful and harmonious.


      16.
      The Law of Reflection. This Law says that the traits you respond to in others, you recognize in yourself, both positive and negative. It has four primary manifestations:


      1.
      That which you admire in others, you recognize as existing within yourself;


      2.
      That which you resist and react to strongly in others is sure to be found within yourself;


      3.
      That which you resist and react to in others is something which you are afraid exists within you; and,


      4.
      That which you resist in yourself, you will dislike in others.


      In other words, you have chosen to incarnate upon the manifest plane to learn to rise above the effect of fear. Those fears will always be reflected in your reactions to others, Thus your goals are very obvious once you recognize how to perceive them. As you let go of the fear, you automatically open to expressing more unconditional love.


      17.
      The Law of Unconditional Love. The expression of unconditional love will eventually result in harmony. Unconditional love is not romantic love. It is the acceptance of others as they are without judgment or expectations. It is total acceptance of others without attempting to change them, except by our own positive example. The law of unconditional love says, "If you go out of your way to express unconditional love, you automatically rise above fear, and, as you transcend your fears, you automatically open to the expression of unconditional love.


      18.
      The Law of Magnetic Affinities. By Astrologically choosing the time and place of your birth, you determine the nature or the effects you will experience in your life. On the other side, before we are born, we make decisions about the lifetime we will be entering into. You chose your parents, other souls to interact with you, and the Astrological configurations of your birth which determine your character, personality, abilities, restrictions, and timing for strengths and weaknesses. If all of this seems too complicated to be real, be aware that you are only using five to ten percent of the capacity of your brain. And the brain-mind researchers say the human brain has 200,000 times the capacity of the greatest computer ever built. Such calculations as I've just described would be no problem for such a computer.


      19.
      The Law of Abundance. You have within yourself everything required to make your earthly incarnation a paradise if you choose to accept that which is your divine birth-right. We live in a Universe of abundance, although the majority of those populating our planet appear to view it as a Universe of scarcity.


      20.
      The Law of Divine Order, If you seek to understand the Law of Divine Order, study the natural balance of nature, for it works very much the same way. Everything is as it should be, although mankind (our energy gestalt) is far from experiencing its potential of total harmony. There are no accidents. Your energy, translated into thoughts, words, emotions, and deeds, causes all your experiences. This assures that you always have the learning opportunities you require to resolve your Karma, and, as with you, the collective thoughts, words, emotions, and deeds of mankind create the environment for us all. If enough souls focus their energy upon peace, we will have peace. If the majority of souls are filled with anger, we may all have to experience war. We are all one, and like the many sub-personalities within you, the dominant traits of mankind (the entire gestalt) will emerge to resolve our group Karma.

      So to start I had this dream last night where my wife, Brother in Law and i were watching tv in the family room on a couch. A few momments later i could hear a tap at the window, my brother went to the window to see what it was. I then leaned over the couch a little to see what he was doing. He was scoring weed from some random weed man. It looked like he was exchanging money for two blunts. He then walked to the basement. I followed him dowstairs to convey to him to respect my house. When i got to the basement i could see the stair well door leading out to the backyard was cracked indicating he was probably outside smoking already. So i decided to look around the basement instead and found his friends in each one of the rooms setup like they live there. Thats when i realized i was dreaming. At that point i didn't care anything about the dream scene and wanted to experiment with something i read. I read that we have diffrent subtle bodies out side of our physical shell. So i wanted to experience one of them. I simply said " mental body now" at that point it seemed the dream caved in on its self and all of a sudden i was in a dark void flying. I had no legs, arms, or anything close to a body. I was just awareness pressing forward in a black void flying with some sensation of wind hitting me. I tried to pose a question to my higher self but since i had no body i could not speak the words i could only think them. Nothing happened after that, so i decided to wake back up. namaste.
