21:30 put on my new blue-blocking UVEX safety glasses, wear all the way to bed time. People with chronic bed-time insomnia report these help better than sleeping pills. I don't have bed-time insomnia but figure every minute of getting to sleep faster is more dreaming during the night and better rest. I also wear them for WBTB where I need to turn on some lights.

23:00 100mg 5-HTP hoping for REM rebound and deep restful sleep for first half of night + bedtime

    Prepared 2x4mg Galantamind, 1x300 choline bitartrate, 2x300mg Alpha-GPC
No REMee tonight, in anticipation of long BTB after taking the G.

03:47 alarm, took G mixture and banana (to ensure pills actually hit stomach, and get some additional energy to brain for epic long dreaming)

04:45 wide awake, take 0.3mg melatonin to help with getting back to sleep

05:44 not sleeping yet, feeling a bit hungry, eat 3 small corn tortillas with about 1/3 of an avacado and small glass of milk, to prevent staying awake from empty stomach rumblings and to provide fuel for anticipated epic long LDs.

Lots of HH: mostly faint dark blobs flashing in front of my eyes. A few HI: 1) a box of breakfast cereal on a shelf, 2) a newspaper with a headline, and 3) beautiful blonde shepherdesses with some goats in a pasture.

07:45 somewhere around here finally fall asleep. Indulging in stimulating daydreaming too much. Finally stop that and put full sleep relaxation kung-fu into place. Try hard to enjoy where I am, "not trying" to sleep but just float in relaxation. Somewhere in there my thoughts finally subside and I sleep.

+ watching TV and I knew the time on the TV was wrong, it showed 03:00 but I knew I had been up for hours so it should be more like 07:00

+ TV show: (scene from the Sopranos?) Two guys in some sort of tropical hut open to the outside, one guy is saying "we're done for, they're going to find us", the second guy (in Hawaiian shrit?) is important (Tony Soprano?) I'm pretty sure they won't wack hiim, another guy walks in from the left, I focus on him, a somewhat hazy gun is in his left hand he's holding it up pointing it into the room, then somebody off-screen to the left shoots him (the one with the gun), he has no shirt on, I see the bullet shoot through his body, entering around his right side mid-ribcage and exiting from the middle of his chest, bright red blood starts gushing in a stream from the entrance wound, his face goes slack, his hand starts moving slowly to cover the entrance wound, I think that won't help at all because if he covers it up it will just start gushing from the exit wound.

+ wife tells me something and I respond like it doesn't matter (because I'm dreaming?)

+ I'm in a cluttered room in a random house. I'm reaching for a large round cookie tin at the top of a tall cabinet (raided my folk's extra freezer for a tin of frozen brownies yesterday IWL...mmmmm, frozen brownies!), I grab it and am bringing it down to me, and my mantra hits for no apparent reason, "I'm dreaming..."...HEY! I AM dreaming!". Quick nose pinch confirms it, I can breathe! I try to put the cookie tin down on the ironing board to my left but I miss and it falls to the floor, for a brief instant I consider picking it up but I laugh at myself and realize I shouldn't give a sh*t cuz this is an LD and just turn away from it heading to the right. Feel unstable, vision is fading to white, I instantly rub hands. I rub them and feel for them and look for them, this always works wonders for me but not today, I feel them but can't see them. I try my full-body pat-down but only get a few pats in before stopping, I see my dream body a bit but I'm still in vague whiteness. I "bring out the nukes" and spin around counter clockwise for a while [I haven't done this since LD #1!] still in whiteness, I wonder if I'll end up somewhere different, I stop and I'm back in the room. I continue forwards out of the room, there's a small hallway there with a darkened room to the left. What should I do? TOTM! AH! Shots with Angelina Jolie! What is the other task??.....ah ok, the force, I think I'll start there it's easier, just TK something as there's nobody around, I look around and see some notebooks lying on the ground at my feet. I take a few steps backwards into the room I started in with my eyes on the notebooks, hold out my left hand and will one of the notebooks to come to my hand, AND IT DOES! Woohoo, first mindful TK. "That's awesome" I say and toss the notebook back down where it started. OK, SHOTS TIME! I start thinking about Angelina and begin working up a summon for her, but I wake up.

Congrats FM! And congrats on the TK! And you still have the body shots with AJ up your sleeve! We both did the spin last night, though mine put me into the void which I guess is a success in that the dream didn't end and no tricky FA.

Haha I wasn't even thinking body shots, just getting blasted with her and letting nature run its course. But I like body shots better to get things rolling .

Maybe ask for their best tequila..."only the best for me and Jolie" and then "no, an even better one" and see if it gets more realistic and/or tasty...hmm that task is sounding more and more fun to me.

Congrats on the ld and Totm!

I'm starting to sense a connection between lucidity and midnight tortillas, must try that too!
