Tried 400mg L-theanine and 1g L-tryptophan at bedtime. Was in bed from around 22:30 to 07:50, a record for recent months, almost 9 hours! I usually estimate about 30 minutes of time awake in the night, meaning about 8.3 hours sleeping.
