Katsuno introduced me day LDing technique on August 4th.
Since then, I succeeded LD 5 times out of 6 attempts. (oooh!)

All 5 LDs are dreamed in the morning. (about between 7-9 am)

No LD was succeeded in the early morning. (btween 3-6 am)

I need to work on WBTB during the early morning. Though I'm having many LDs
I NEED TO WAKE UP AND GET OUT OF BED DURING WBTB TO WAKE UP FULLY
