Did I have a synch with you? This isn't from this morning, it was from an earlier night. I'll highlight in blue where I think we synched.
4/28/13
1. Someone jumps off of a cliff. They witness a sailing accident. It was for sport, and they survived because of their intent. I used to do something similar in previous dreams; I should have become lucid. A team is dispatched to get the jumper. Everyone still agrees that it wasn't for suicide, but I am uncertain. We fly in a helecopter over hills and mountains and bays and trees. The scenery was also another oblivious dreamsign. We land on a mountain. A boy (I think so, I am still uncertain of the gender of the characters) suddenly sprints off the cliff. An odd aura comes over me, and I feel as if the dream is taking place in the air and the land at the same time. In the air, I fall off the helicopter in a sudden jolt, but I am still clung to my reality watching this man jump to what should have been his death. I cannot explain it with words. I feel as if I fell of the helicopter for the intention of retrieving the (alive) boy. He was intending to rescue the other character, who I think has melted into a woman. I get both of them in the water. I am under pressure, and my head rings. I begin to get claustrophobic at the waves crashing and pulling the water and me. I get him, but we have to walk back to the rest of the group. The character that jumped spontaneously has disappeared from the dream. The woman who jumped and witnessed the accident has been kidnapped, although I was not aware of it. I am in a warehouse, and I remember the image of guns and the woman. I cannot remember what culminated following this. I remember walking out of the area, and becoming lucid on the street. I tell myself to stop denying it. I said that the entire scenario gave off the unrecognizable scent of dream. I remember my intent to find Tibb, the dream guide, but I fall backwards and characters spin around the dream, and I fade.
2. I am in a resort. There is a lake's beach. There are many platforms from which to fall. Many people jump (with harnesses). I get some food, and the fog comes in. It is not sunny and sweaty but cool with much plant life all around. The beach slowly changes into a cliff, and the platforms disappear. My school seems to merge with the scenery, and my classmates begin to spawn. People still jump with harnesses, except they jump diagonally in order to traverse the landscape via sky. You can fall for miles horizontally and stop suddenly and fall vertically. I cannot explain it, but the dream populous seems to be stricter about falling than the previous dream. Before, people were jumping everywhere off of hills with no fear of death. I attempt to jump with my friends, but the guard holds me back. He says that I need to have gloves or mittens because the forest is "very cold while in the sky." In order to jump, I need to have mittens to prevent frostbite, but I cannot find any. I begin to ask people for a pair. I get a jacket, but "that is not a mitten." I eventually start to loot people's backpacks. I still cannot find mittens. Now, the dream scenery is both indoors and outdoors because of the school. I am not allowed to jump, and my friends leave without me. I am very disappointed. I think that I have one more period after this (hence the invasion of the school-motif), meaning I can try again. By now, the dreamscape has completely changed from the beach to the cliff, hills, and forest to finally my schoolyard. I begin to ask for mittens again. I am met with glaring looks, but I go to a pile of socks. An idea strikes my mind, and I attempt to use the socks as gloves for next time.
