Dream No. 633 - The Tall People's Parade

I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, I was at my local shopping centre close to home. I was walking around the Reject Shop when the scene seemed to go into a sub-scene, although it was still playing in first-person mode. There were all these people, stretched out to be really tall, walking down this area that was like a railed balcony, somewhere high up near the ceiling of the shopping centre. They all seemed to be spaced apart and proceeded in an orderly fashion towards the escalator going down to my level.

Within that line of people, there seemed to be a few familiar faces. One of the first people in the procession I can remember looked like CP, a fellow primary-schoolmate that passed away in 2015 in real life. There was someone further down the line and I thought to myself, “this person reminds me of 18-Volt”, although he didn’t look like the game version of 18-Volt. He looked even more realistic than in his Game and Wario portrayal. In this scene, his attire wasn’t clear yet.

However, the dream went back to me being in the Reject Shop, and the person that reminded me of 18-Volt came walking into the store; I soon realised that this was 18-Volt. He had realistic human flesh and had brown hair (lighter than usual) that fizzled into a skinny upper ponytail. His face had a squarish shape and he didn’t seem to be wearing any glasses. His clothing was a mid-blue tracksuit jacket with light grey tracksuit pants. Despite a fairly different appearance this time, the radiation of 18-Volt’s familiar energy made me feel comfortable immediately.

There was a problem though, and this was that 18-Volt was ridiculously tall. I told the dream to compress him to be shorter, and this ended up actually happening; I saw him start to shrink downwards. At one point though, he became too short, so I gave a specific description to the dream that I should be just below his shoulder in regards to height. The dream put me right up against him and seemed to slow down to emphasise the height correcting itself once and for all.

He didn’t talk at all in this dream, but he had an extremely pleasant disposition throughout the whole dream. I was shown walking towards him again and this time, we hugged each other. He then put his hand on my back and escorted me out of the store but that’s when things in the shopping centre started to get weird. In-fact, the main atmosphere of the shopping centre now felt dark and somewhat scary. There were two sets of escalators near each other and it also felt like the lights were off and there was this sort of cold, grey mist lingering around.

Some of the escalators were not working and so there didn’t seem to be anyway that we could get down to leave the shopping centre. 18-Volt signalled to me that it would be a good idea to attempt to help me with the elevator again. As we got close, he put his arm around me and tried to steady me as the doors opened. I was really nervous like in real life though and didn’t want to step in; yet 18-Volt’s aura seemed to encourage me and there was no sense of pressure coming from him.

As I was extremely nervous, I never went in and the doors had shut after a while. Although 18-Volt still looked pleasant and warm, his aura was now one of disappointment as he slowly escorted me away. I can’t remember what else happened in this dream.
