Dream No. 412 - An Uneasy Object In The Sky

I don’t remember much about this dream. From what I can remember, I was in a completely unknown area, in-fact, it didn’t even look like anywhere on this Earth. It was actually up in a cloudy sky but it wasn’t a miserable grey; rather, it was in the colour scheme as if you were going up to Heaven, a pinkish gold tone (and no, I was not actually going to Heaven; it’s a description of what the sky was like).

I found myself to be enclosed in some giant green arms with a thin white stripe running along each sleeve, although I was facing forwards and looking outwards, I could tell this was 18-Volt. By just how large his arms were in comparison to me, he must have been twice his normal size if not more, like extremely massive. I had my back reclined and relaxing on his chest which felt like a giant soft cushion, although I could still easily move my head around and my arms were readily available so I could deal with what the dream was going to do.

A cross between strangely coloured objects and tessellations were appearing as a hologram in front of me. They would appear in a specific sequence which I was okay with at first because the sequence always repeated itself in the same order. This happened as I pointed in all directions, actually reciting and barking unconscious orders at the dream to keep these tessellations going in a specific way. At some stage during the tessellation sequence, the dream camera decided to zoom out and show 18-Volt from a side angle, so this confirmed that it was really him; it was also at an angle that the tiny me could be seen locked securely into him. 18-Volt didn’t move at all, he was static for the whole dream. After this, the camera mode went back to my vision.

It’s when an unusual, yellow tessellation appeared that my OCD started to kick in. Despite how cosy and at ease I felt by 18-Volt’s embrace, I just couldn’t stand the sight of that unusual yellow tessellation and so I started flailing my arms about in every single direction known to mankind. In fact, I was getting into more and more of a panic as the dream went on and now my whole body was on a rampage, physically stating my displeasure at the disorderly sight. Still, no matter how much I was fluttering about, 18-Volt didn’t react at all.

Eventually though, the tessellation went back to being a normal blue colour and pattern and then it didn’t even phase me anymore. I sunk back down into 18-Volt and the tessellations disappeared altogether. I now just leaned back in 18-Volt's arms, contemplating on life and after a few seconds, I woke up.
