Achieved a DILD in the early morning. Last night reminded myself to do the palm RC , it looks like it worked .

I was in my bed when I checked my fingers ,and they looked weird for some reason. I stood up and I had a bad headache and dizziness big time , could barely walk , felt like I'm drunk or drugged, the pressure in my head was piercing. I quickly approached the door and then idk what happened

a few times I did go blind, tried to stabilize but then I woke up.
