June 28, 2022
1. Car Toss (LD)
I’m coming to the front of the main house in The Meadow and suddenly realize I’m dreaming. I don’t want the dream to fade, so I glide to the front of the house toward the road and see a car approaching. I’m in a playful mood, and realizing it’s a dream character I open the door, grab him, throw him out of the car and continue driving down the road. I feel a tinge of guilt realizing that the character is still an aspect of my unconscious, and I don’t feel like doing it again. I drive down the road a bit further, yet my lucidity drops.

I regain lucidity soon after driving down the road a bit, yet the piece fell from memory

July 14th, 2022
1. One Eye Open (LD) My body feels locked up, and I don’t at first realize I began dreaming. I try standing up, and realize I’m dreaming. My left dream eye is closed, yet my right eye is open and I see that I’m in a kitchen area that’s constructed out of wood. I continue walking toward the window, which has blinds in front of it and the scene is quite vivid. I push my way through many layers of blinds andI jump out of the window and begin flying. The vividness of the dream increases and I begin flying toward a field. I’m amazed at how vivid the scene is. There are many people around the area, and I continue to fly around the scene.
2. Dream Spin (LD)
I realize I’m dreaming while at urinal, and begin dream spinning, seeing if it will impact clarity. I continue exploring for several minutes, yet many parts fall from memory.

July 15th, 2022
1. The Yellow Tower (LD)
I’m in bed and realize I’m dreaming. I stand up and begin walking, yet the dream gets hazy for a moment, yet the vividness begins to increase. I reach a window and jump out. The brightness increases and I begin flying. There is a very tall yellow structure that rises into the air ahead. I fly to the top portion of the tower and gaze around the surroundings, deciding where I want to go next.
2. Three People (LD)
I realize I’m dreaming while near three dream characters. I want to start engaging in a conversation with them. The dream begins to fade.

August 24th, 2022
1. The Orange Suset Cove
I’m staring at a large tree, and it suddenly dawns on me that I’m dreaming. I see a large black tree in the distance and begin flying to it, my lucidity rising even more. I feel that I want to keep the dream going for a while. I gaze into the distance at where the sun has just set. The deep orange hue envelopes the sky, casting a glow over a lagoon in the distance. The scene is beautiful. The are many Nordic type ships, which resemble pirate vessels docked within the lagoon, with engravings etched into the hulls. The ships are situated on each side of me as I fly into the lagoon. I then fly toward a building to my left, toward one of the upper terraces. I decide to start searching for a treasure chest which I feel will be on one of the upper tiers. My lucidity begins to drop and I enter a non-lucid.

September 30th, 2022
1. Mirror Gaze (LD)
I’m looking into a mirror and I suddenly realize I’m dreaming. The dream begins to fade

2. Hallway and Blackness
I’m in a hallway and realize I’m dreaming. The dream goes into a black void for a moment, and I really want to hold onto it. I fly into a street area andI go in and out of lucidity near this area, and feel excitement as I enter back into a lucid state.

October 11th
I realize I’m dreaming as I approach a hill in the twilight. I see an very interesting, large gnarled tree in the center of the hill area. The scene has a beautiful, ethereal fantasy feel to it. I get inspired to ask the dream what would make me most happy in life. I continue to appreciate the scene, yet the dream doesn’t respond. My lucidity fades.

October 16th, 2022
Money (LD)
I’m in an area where people are handing out money. I suddenly realize I’m dreaming and that I don’t need the money. I turn around and see tables with cake, and think that I can simply eat whatever I want! There’s a dark brown cake I’m interested in, so I pick it up. It appears to be cinnamon-nut flavored, and it’s pretty good. I turn and have another one after. I begin to fly toward a window.
*False Awakening
Many Rooms (LD)
I’m in a series of rooms and realize I’m dreaming. I begin making my way through all of the rooms which have beds in them. yet the scene continues to darken. I try to find my way down paths which I feel will contain a bit of light. The dream fades and I wake up.

November 5th, 2022
Terrace Overlooking The Harbor (LD)
I realize I’m dreaming and begin floating up along the edge of a massive building which overlooks a harbor. I raise toward the twentieth, thirtieth, then fortieth story. I’m overlooking a harbor with many ships in the bay and the scene is beautiful. I fly toward a nearby terrace and consider going inside the building. I decide to stay out on the terrace and notice some people lounging nearby. I continue to fly up and see another dream character in the distance. The dream fades.

November 7th, 2022

Winter Drive (LD)
I’m driving a car down a road in the winter time. I get the sense that I’m in a dream and I put my hand in front of me, seeing five fingers. I make a right and realize that I’m in a dream. I get out of the car in a parking lot and fly toward the nearest car, trying to figure out who’s inside. I look inside and see two people. The dream fades.

Euphoria In The Meadow (LD)
I get the sense that I’m partially asleep, so I relax my body, slide my dream body out of bed and stand up, lucid. I ramp up my awareness. I walk toward the banister of the second story of the main house in the Meadow. I continue heading downstairs and I head outside into the road in the night. My awareness raises to a high level and I continue down the road. A euphoria comes over me as I reflect on being within an altered reality. I start walking farther down, approaching a lady on the road who is heading toward me. I don’t speak to her, yet continue appreciating all of the lights and shapes all around me, in pristine vividness. I walk farther and see all of the homes on either side of the road lit up in the night time. I consider going inside one, yet decide not to. I begin flying around, yet notice that the dream feels as though it fades as I fly higher. I decide to land and continue to simply walk. I shout out to the dream, asking the main source of my happiness. The dream responds with a low rumble. I then ask the dream to help me to become more lucid in the future. I’m deciding on a house to enter, and it seems that the houses morph into enlarged versions of cupboards. I continue to the left, looking at each of the houses. I notice that in this area, the houses resemble a shop type of area. There are sections in the back with many workers, most of which are older females. I continue to explore area in the back section. The dream begins to fade and I wake up.
Snowy Mountains (LDs)
I realize I’m dreaming. I’m at the top of a mountain, staring out of a glass window, and see snow drifting toward me. I fly through the window and see the snow continuing to fall. A slope heads downward, and trees meandering down the slope. I imagine I’m riding a snowboard, and continue drifting down the slope. I feel a rush of excitement and continue to snowboard down the mountain, carving through paths in the trees. My awareness is quite high. I continue for a minute or so, and make my way into a mountain area.
*This is the third part of a lucid trio, in which I lose and regain lucidity.. The first two of which faded from memory.

November 13th, 2022
Following The Car (LD)
I become aware I’m dreaming in the front yard of the main house in The Meadow. I take a low altitude flight and head toward the mailbox, yet overshoot and end up on the road. I ramp up my focus and the dream scene becomes very vivid. I see a car coming with two women inside, and the visuals become even sharper. I head down toward the corner of the street, following the car. They head toward the first house around the corner and I decide rather than fly higher and risk having the dream fade, I head inside the house. Once inside, the dream begins to fade.


November 22nd, 2022
I’m standing in twilight and notice that something about my surroundings is strange. I suddenly realize I’m in a dream. I look around for something to do. I see a structure nearby and debate going inside. I head toward it, yet have a false awakening.

December 9th, 2022
I’m standing in the moments before sunrise. It appears to be autumn in a northern location. I suddenly realize I’m dreaming, and state out loud, “I’m in a dream”. I gaze out at the scene in front of me, taking in the beautiful autumn scene with hues of orange and pink, appreciating the lucid feel. There are many trees around and quite a few pumpkins on the ground. I try to hold onto the dream a bit longer, but I wake up

December 11th, 2022
Egyptian Goddess (LD)
I’m aware that I’m in sleep paralysis and begin to relax. I slowly sink down into the bed and simply slide out. I fight to stand up for a moment, then suddenly stand. I see a dark figure, and think oh it’s just one of those things, the figure not even phasing me. I climb toward it and stand on top of the bed. There is quite a bit of resistance, as if I’m moving through goo. I eventually make my way to the door and wonder what will be beyond – I wonder if it will it be a replica of the apartment. Once in the main area, I see that it’s essentially the same as the apartment I’m in. I look out the window and notice that all the windows in the building across are lit up in beautiful warm colors in the nighttime scene. I notice that the top window colors are exceptionally colorful. I notice an Egyptian style design on the fourth floor and want to I fly toward it. I’m not making progress quick enough, so I think of other flying techniques. I imagine jetpacks on my back, and quickly blast forward, my progress being made in intervals of massive speed. I make my way into the main room of the fourth floor. I make my way to the back and turn to see a large Egyptian Goddess of some sort wearing gold adornments consisting of a mask and massive wings. She is sitting on a golden throne, and there appears to be an assistant to her left. I begin to approach and the Goddess begins to take her mask off and the dream begins to fade. I then have a false awakening.

December 26th, 2022
Choco Bar (LD)
I realize I’m dreaming and stick my hand in front of me saying “I’m lucid dreaming”. I walk up and take a close look at the dream character in front of me. The dream persists a bit longer. I have a large chocolate bar, yet the taste isn’t very strong. I try to intensify it, but it doesn’t change much. I walk around the scene a bit longer and the dream fades.

January 10th, 2022
Lucid Hand (LD)
I realize I’m dreaming and decide to look at my hand, stabilizing the dream. I dream soon fades

Exploring The House In The Meadow (LD)
I’m lucid in the main house in the meadow and decide to simply explore rather than pursue goals. I make my way down the stairs slowly. I strive to remain present and enter the first floor area, into the kitchen. I then make my way into the living room where the Christmas was during the season. I feel that the dream is fading so I begin spinning and rubbing my hands. The dream begins to fade and I wake up.

April 25th , 2022
Orange Sunrise In The Meadow (LD)
I’m walking with dad down the driveway in The Meadow and my awareness begins to rise. I’m lucid and I’m mention to my dad that I’m dreaming while looking at my hand as I raise it out in front of me. There’s beautiful orange glow at sunrise as I walk down the driveway alongside my dad. The dream fades.

November 15th, 2021
Floating In Autumn (LD)
I relax my body, staying aware as a dream scene slowly starts to form. I find myself within my home, and float out through the front doors. I take in an autumn scene of the front yard and float up about twenty feet and continue floating down the street with my arms stretched out. Visually, the scene is amazing, with bright autumn colors displaying in full vividness through the leaves. I look left and right at all the intricately designed brick houses as I float down the street, remembering back to the street layout in past lucid dreams, and considering if I should enter one of the approaching houses. Each design is very different with some more mystical yet others more macabre. I decide not to enter yet, and drift further down the road. The road becomes a bit more dim and I notice a Buddhist theme front yard on my left, and more of an abandoned look to the houses on the right. I decide to enter one of the upcoming houses, and drift yet a bit farther, yet the dream quickly fades and I wake up.
