    1. Creepy Soldier Dream

by , 09-17-2012 at 02:06 PM (Magic Box)
I think I was a soldier. We were on the rooftop of a small building, helping some sort of refugees cross to the next building via ziplining. It was quite far to the next building, about 100 meters or so. The refugees were all in dark cloaks that covered most of their bodies, with only their faces visible. A few of them were already on the other side, and I was hooking up another refugee to the zipline harness. I pushed him, and he went zooming into the air. Halfway through, the harness got stuck, and he remained dangling 2 storeys in the air. He started to panic, but then a small military jeep with no roof drove under him and stopped. There were 5 soldiers on it, and they were yelling for him to just jump, and that they would catch him.

The refugee looked relieved, got a knife from somewhere in his cloak, and proceeded to cut himself loose. Within a few seconds, he fell down. Luckily, the soldiers on the jeep caught him just as they said.

I looked down at them. The refugee was smiling, hugging the soldiers, thanking them for saving his life. He sat down in the front area of the jeep. Then, one of the soldiers who was standing behind the refugee looked up at me, smiled creepily, and took a knife from his belt. He then removed the refugee's hood, revealing his head and neck. He grabbed the refugee's hair, and in a slow and deliberate motion, the soldier dragged the knife across the refugee's neck.

I saw the blood oozing from the refugee's neck. The soldier released his grip on the man's head, after which the man dropped forward on the jeep's floor.

      It was horrible.

My perspective suddenly shifted, and I became one of the soldiers on the jeep – the driver, I think. The mutilated body of the refugee was to my right. For some reason, I went over him, swiped my thumb across the pool of blood on the floor, and drew a cross on the man's forehead.

I went back to the driver's seat and drove away.

I mean wtf is up with this dream. Why would I even... 0______0

    2. Ghost

by , 07-23-2012 at 02:29 PM (Magic Box)
I walked out of a door. I apparently just left my classroom. Someone was also with me, I don't know how, but I just knew she was a close friend. I couldn't remember her face though.

I slammed the classroom door shut behind us. I had the feeling that we were the last ones in the building. We started walking toward the stairs, but suddenly the door I just closed started to open by itself. I remember hearing the slow creaking sound too. "What's happening?", my friend asked. "I don't know, I closed it I swear!!", I replied. Wide-eyed, we looked at each other for a second, then dashed for the stairs. I shoved her aside so I could go down first (move b*tch! lol).

I'm pretty sure we were on the 4th floor. So I thought "Man, 3 more floors to go!". My friend had caught up with me by that time, so we went down together. We were still panicking because of the ghost opening the door upstairs.

We reached the first floor finally, and on our way out, I could see some of our other classmates waiting for us in the distance. My friend went ahead and ran to them. I was going to, but I noticed a little boy standing just outside the door. I went to him and told him to get out of there, because there was a ghost. He said it wasn't true, and that ghosts weren't real. I was flailing my arms at him, trying to get him to come with me. He wouldn't listen though, so I just left him and ran to my classmates.

When I arrived, they asked, "Who were you talking to?".

I said, "The boy won't listen to me! I told him to get away from there!".

Then they said the creepiest thing.

"What boy? There was nobody there. You were talking to yourself."

    3. Non-lucid Dragon Dream

by , 07-11-2012 at 02:59 PM (Magic Box)
I woke up to the sound of screaming people outside my house. I got up and rushed out the door to see what the commotion was all about. There were many people on the streets, all of them riding blue Vespa-looking motorcycles. They all seemed to be running away from something. I looked up, and immediately saw a large purple dragon with very very small wings circling overhead. I thought, "Oh cool, a dragon. Why does it have such small wings?"

I'm not quite sure what happened, or how it happened, but apparently, I became the dragon. My body felt very heavy, and my arms (or wings) felt painful. I looked down and saw all the people in the blue motorcycles running away from me.

I didn't know exactly how to fly, so I started plummeting towards the people down below. I tried to tell them that it's me and I won't hurt them, but nothing came out of my mouth, except a misty and warm fog (and yes I really felt the warmth!)

Not sure what happened afterwards. I don't remember ever hitting the ground.

    4. Catching Apples Like A Boss

by , 05-29-2012 at 12:51 PM (Magic Box)
I am riding a bike down the road. It is starting to get dark, and I remember feeling very cold. I'm also starting to get tired from pedalling, so I slow down and eventually stop the bike. I get down, and drag it to the side of the road, where I gently lay it on the ground (there was no bike stand). I sit down on the ground beside it.

I notice that on the other side of the road is a riverbank, and I can hear the faint sound of running water. For a moment, I think about going over there and maybe try some waterbending, but I feel too lazy to get up. I look down and notice that my right shoe is untied, so I reach over to fix it. When I look back up, the riverbank is gone. Instead, I now see a massive church structure. It has a magnificent black facade, with dozens of colorful stained-glass windows. I also notice that it is now completely dark outside, the only illumination being the light coming from the church's windows.

I get up. Weird, I think. My bike's gone as well. I shrug it off and start walking towards the church.

The massive doors are closed, albeit unlocked. They are also quite grimy, mostly from being so old. I easily push them open and step inside.

Woah, this place is huge!, I notice. The inside of the church looks very old and unkempt. There is an altar at the far end of the hall, and where the pews should be, there's just a massive space. There are also a lot of green and orange leaves on the floor.

Out of nowhere, I start to smell apples. At first the scent is really faint like the leftover odor of dilute perfume, but a few seconds later, it starts to smell really strong, and my nose starts to itch.

I look down at my hands and notice that they're very dirty -- probably from pushing the doors which were covered in age-old dust. I clap my hands twice to get the dust off of them. *clapclap*

THOK! I hear something drop on the floor in front of me. I bend down too see it clearer. It's an apple!

I look up to the ceiling and see that it is fully covered with branches and leaves, and there are many apples hanging from them. I instantly get the urge to grab some, but they are far too high, there's no way I can reach them. Unless...

I clap my hands twice again. *clapclap*

THOK! An apple drops and hits me on the head, before falling on the ground. Oww, WTF!, I curse. It hurts a lot. I pick up the apple, and I think about taking it home with me. Eughh this one has a huge dent, probably from the impact when it fell.

Okay, you can do this, I mumble to myself. I look up and focus on one perfectly plump and red apple directly above me.

*clapclap*. Immediately, the apple falls. But this time I'm ready, I take a step back and put both my hands in front of me. PLOP. Perfect catch. I put it gently on the floor, while I try to catch more apples.

I walk around, looking up, trying to decide which apples look best so I can bring them home.

      Ahhh that one's nice! *clapclap*.
PLOP. Another perfect catch. Pffft, so easy.

I do this a few more times, inspecting each apple for dents or other imperfections, and throwing out any apples that don't meet my standards.

      *clapclap*. PLOP.
      *clapclap*. PLOP.
      *clapclap*. PLOP.

Soon enough, I have a bunch of perfectly plump and red apples stacked up on the floor. I look at them in delight and eagerness.

Okay, just a few more and I'll be on my way.

      *clapclap*... Huh?
      *clapclap*...

      Wait, why isn't it falling?
      *clapclap*... Still not falling...
      *CLAP-fvcking-CLAP*!!!
      Still nothing...

At this point I'm quite furious. I start clapping like crazy.

      *clapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclap
      clapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclapclap*

I don't know how exactly, but at some point in my clapping madness, the dream shifts. I'm still clapping though, apparently for some Asian boy band on a stage. But I can't quite remember what happens after this.

    5. The Beautiful Winged Man

by , 05-14-2012 at 12:34 PM (Magic Box)
      "Saab! Saab!"

I yell this over and over at the top of my lungs. I have no idea what it means.

Somehow, I feel very anxious about something. I look around me and see that I am at a wooden dock at the edge of a lake. I look at the water. It looks black and stagnant. It smells putrid too.

There is noone else in the area, and I can't see anything in the distance besides trees and shrubs in weird hypnotic colors. I try to look at them for a few seconds, but it hurts my eyes and it makes me feel dizzy so I look away, back at the lake.

      "Saab!", I yell again.

I hear the flapping of what seems to be a very large bird a few feet behind me. I turn around and see a man flying down towards the dock. Yes. He is flying. Or falling, descending, whichever.

The first thing that I notice are his wings. They are so huge and spread out to about four times the man's size. They are also silver in color, and somewhat shiny and glittery. I stand there, dumbfounded. He was beautiful.

As he lands on the wooden deck, it creaks beneath his weight. Then he gently folds his wings at his sides. He takes two steps forward.

The man doesn't seem to be wearing anything but a blue cloth around his waist. He isn't fat nor thin. He looks quite fit actually, and yes, hooray! He has abs.

It doesn't even register to me that he is another kind of being. At that moment, it feels perfectly normal to me.

What catches my attention is the fact that I can't see his face. There seems to be some bright white light emanating from it. I try to look, but it is too radiant. I put my hands over my eyes and whisper, "Saab?".

      "Mmhmm", he replies.

For some weird reason, I feel like I've known him for a long time. His voice is very deep, and it sounds very familiar and reassuring.

      "How've you been, Paigey?"

I don't know what to say to this strange man. I fall silent, hands in my face. I am slightly hypnotized by his tone, and I rack my brain, trying to think about where I've heard him before.

He then starts talking really fast in a different language. I don't know what language it is, but it doesn't seem to be something I know or something I've heard before.

"Adsujaybiowakaduwifudjyadhwier". Or something like that. (Close enough.)

Whatever he was saying, it sounded beautiful for some reason.

      "Whaaa?!," I say, frustrated.

I forget that I'm still covering my eyes. He grabs my wrists, and starts pulling them away from my face.

      "I said...", he whispers.

      "...look at me."

He lets go of my hands, and I contemplate in silence whether I should open my eyes or not.

      Then I decide to.

My eyes flutter open, but the beautiful winged man is no longer in sight. I look around, but he is nowhere to be found. I am alone once again.

I look back at the lake, and notice that the water is now crystal clear with some kind of bluish glow to it. I also notice that the place smells like apples.

The wooden dock suddenly starts trembling like crazy. I wobble, trying to keep my balance.

"Saab! Saab!," I find myself yelling over and over, before I finally wake up to my sister shaking the life out of me, trying to wake me up for school.

      --------------------------------------

The thing is, I don't know who the man was, nor do I know what he was. To others, he may be called an angel. I don't know. I am uncertain about their existence, but I'd like to keep an open mind. There are just some things I'd rather not question -- things that are too complicated for my little brain to comprehend. I don't know what the dream meant, but I'd like to hope that somewhere, somehow, there is a beautiful winged man watching over and protecting me. (And making sure I don't get my ass in trouble!)

      *Wow. So deep. LOL.*

    6. Torturous Nightmare

by , 04-29-2012 at 11:11 AM (Magic Box)
My body hurts, and I feel a bit suffocated.

I look down at myself and see thick rusty chains gripping my arms and upper body. I realize that I'm chained to a wall. A brick wall, to be exact. My feet are suspended about 2 feet from the ground. Strangely though, the hanging bit doesn't really hurt, only the tight pressure from the chains. There is a flickering light bulb hanging above me. I cannot see anything farther than 5 feet or so. There's just darkness. I try to squirm, in hopes of loosening the chains that are constricting me. It doesn't budge, so I give up and just go limp.

A few seconds later, I hear footsteps. Then I see a man coming up to me. It's Dean Winchester from that show "Supernatural". He is wearing boots, jeans and a plaid shirt with a jacket over it. I notice a knife in his left hand -- it's one of those huge carving knives that I see on cooking shows. It looks brand new too. I feel very scared, because I know he's gonna torture me, but I don't utter a word. He is just staring blankly at my face, in a zombie-ish way.

He comes closer and tugs the chains down. Instantly, they fall to the ground. However, even though I'm free from the chains, I'm still stuck against the wall, hanging and unable to move. It even feels like the chains are still there.

Dean suddenly grabs my left arm and slices it with the knife. The cut is about 3 inches long, and it looks very deep. It starts bleeding profusely. The bleeding itself doesn't hurt or anything, but the slicing part does. It's like that disturbing feeling you get when you hear the sound of a metallic object being rubbed against glass. Or that spine-tingling feeling you get from nails scratching a chalkboard. The cutting part truly feels painful.

I close my eyes and start crying. As I'm sobbing silently, Dean slices me again -- this time on my right arm. I jerk at sting of the knife penetrating my skin. I don't dare to open my eyes. SSSSSSK. Another slice on my left arm. SSSSSSSK. On my clavicle. SSSSSSSK SSSSSSK. Two more slices. I can't even remember where he cut me anymore. All I know is that I'm probably gonna bleed to death, and that I'll die hanging on this brick wall.

I keep closing my eyes, whimpering at every cut he makes. I'm not sure for how long it went on.

The next thing I know, I wake up in my bed, sweating like I just ran a marathon. But even then, I could still remember how every cut and slice felt -- torturous and agonizing.

This was a non-lucid dream I had the other night...

I am in a big room packed with people. It is like one of those spacious convention halls or something. The walls are a dark shade of blue, and the lighting is a bit dim and yellowish. I get the feeling that I'm in a mixer or social gathering or party or whatever. However, there aren't any food tables, waiters, or anything else for that matter. No music, no dancing, nothing. Just lots of people talking at the same time.

I just stand there, scanning people's faces, trying to think if I know any of them. I don't. I scan the room once again, and this time I notice something: everyone is cross-eyed. I don't know why I didn't notice this before, but as the realization dawns on me, I can't help but giggle at how silly everyone looks -- eyeballs pointing in different directions, and everyone's conversing with one another like nothing is wrong. I can't even tell what they are all talking about, there's too much murmuring.

Then a blonde woman from the corner of the room starts walking towards me. She pauses in front of me and whispers the word "Eyebrows." I don't know what in the world she means, but for some reason, I just nod approvingly, and then she walks away. Then a bald dude comes up to me, pauses, and whispers, "Toes." Once again I just nod approvingly and he walks away. Over the next few minutes, the pattern just keeps going. They all just whisper a body part, then walk away.

The dream starts to fade very slowly.

But then suddenly, out of nowhere, I see a cross-eyed Barney Stinson (wearing a suit, of course!) walking towards me. He stops in front of me, leans into my ear and whispers, "Earlobes."

I nod approvingly, like I did plenty of times before.

He stands back, smiles, and adjusts his tie.

Then I wake up from the dream.

      -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Until now, I laugh at how silly my dream was.

    8. Epiphany

by , 04-14-2012 at 10:23 AM (Magic Box)
      I open my eyes.

I am standing upright, and I feel a bit groggy from sleep. I look down at my body, and I see that I'm wearing a plain white t-shirt, denim jeans, and some generic black canvas shoes. I look to my left. Then to my right. I realize I'm standing in a small circular clearing. I see nothing but tall, yellowish grass all around me. I can smell the distinct fragrance of...wheat? I walk closer to the grass and I hold my hand out to touch it. Wheat indeed! I realize now that I am standing in the middle of a wheat field (Ya don't say!). The crops are up to my waist, and I am paranoid about snakes lurking beneath them. I decide to return to the middle of the clearing and lie down.

I fold my arms beneath my head and cross my ankles. I look up at the sky. Weird, I thought. It's so bright, yet my eyes don't hurt at all. I notice that there are no clouds -- just a clear, bright, blue sky. Suddenly, I hear a rustling sound in the distance. I lie there frozen, and I instantly close my eyes and pretend to be asleep. (Like it's gonna work )

I hear light footsteps coming closer towards me. Then a young girl's voice whispers into my ear, "Open your eyes. Talk to me." Her voice sounds vaguely familiar, I just can't put my finger on it.

At this point, I am not sure if she is indeed a nice girl who wants to talk, or if she's trolling me. Hell, she might even be just some super buff ginormous dude with a tiny girl's voice waiting to murder me!

I slowly open my eyes, and to my surprise, I see myself kneeling beside me! The little girl is me! At least the 10 year old version of me. And she is also wearing exactly the same clothes as I am. I cautiously sit up, and shift into a squatting position. She stands up, walks in front of me, and squats as well. "Ask me anything you wanna know," she says. "Anything?," I ask. "Anything. But only one," she replies.

I look down at the ground and think for a moment. Ffuuu, I have no idea what to ask. And this is a bit awkward..talking to myself and all. After a minute of awkward silence, I finally think of something. "Aha! I know what to ask you," I tell her. "What?," she replies. I take a second to gather my thoughts before finally asking, "What is the biggest realization I will have in my life?"

I look at her, and she immediately starts standing up. She slowly pats the back of her jeans, after which she turns her back and proceeds to walk away. "Wait!," I shout. "The answer...what is it?," I ask her.

She pauses, then turns to face me.

      "Jesus is Asian."

She turns her back again and slowly walks away into the wheat field.

I stand there, stunned. In epiphany. HOLY CRAPAMOLEY! Jesus IS Asian!!

      Everything fades to black.

I start to awaken from my dream.

      I open my eyes.
