Ramin

My dream recall has always been poor, so I have decided to start with improving recall before even attempting lucid dreaming. I made my first entry into a dream journal, but had very little to write down. I could only remember several details about the latest section of the dream i had. It had something to do with a malignant cult and the compound in which they were housed. I knew its exactly layout, perhaps because i had created it. I have the distinct impression that something had happened before this section involving people familiar to me. I just cannot for the life of me remember. Any tips on ho to improve recall would be appreciated.
