I'm in some sort of dark facility trying to get out alive (it appears to me that I'm in a game like Stealth Bastard), I'm being stealthy hiding behind some brown wooden crates, there are 3 enemies in the room that I can see, I can see their cones of vision.

The hallway is outside and inside at the same time. At some angles it looks like a sidewalk and at other angles it looks like a classroom. I'm on an old orange and off-white tram, it stops and we wait for more people to get on. I'm sitting alone, the seat is only wide enough for two people.
An extremely pretty woman sits down next to me. At first she doesn't look in my direction. She's holding a bouquet of yellow flowers in her lap, she has waist-length brown wavy hair, a heart shaped face, a perfect doll's mouth, and her eyes are slightly rounded on top so that even when she isn't smiling she appears to do so with her eyes. She exudes quiet joy and goodwill. When the tram starts moving, she begins to hum. Her voice is lovely. She turns slightly to look at me, catching my eyes. She begins to sing. While she is singing, I know the song lyrics. I smile cautiously. Her expression brightens, making her even more lovely.
We sit facing each other with our legs crossed. I join her in song, perfectly taking the high harmony. She sings that I am beautiful and even though a part of me knows that she chooses a person to sing to every day, I believe her. She sings it, and it is so.
She still has the yellow flowers in her left hand, her elbow resting on the back of the seat. I have a bouquet of fake white flowers tied to green wire stems in my right hand. I sweep the flowers up from my side and offer them to her. The fake flowers separate from the wire and tumble away.
I'm embarrassed. She smiles to soothe me and continues to sing. On the last note of 'beautiful' we bend our heads together in perfect sync with one another, our foreheads touching. We draw away from each other and smile. She offers me her flowers and I take them. She rises from her seat as others arrive and leaves, waving to me. I return her wave.

Then I am Ephram from Everwood (WOW, I haven't thought about that in a long time). I return to the town and find Amy at a college that has sprung up in the area. The university is dark inside, it has dark blue carpet and blue walls. Amy is surprised to see me, her hair is chin length and wet, fitting since we just came in from the rain.
"What are you doing here? Sean will kill you if he sees you." She hisses.
"I just needed to see how you are." I say.
We walk past a classroom and I get a glimpse of 'Sean' who is around my height with blonde hair and a sharp face. He glares at me. Obviously he hasn't forgotten what I did to him. ((I have no idea what that is, by the way))
He starts to give chase and I run. I'm wearing rollerblades, and the hallways are carpeted. The wheels don't push off smoothly, it's more like I'm running, with a more resistant stride. It doesn't bother me, it's kind of fun....

I don't remember the rest. I'm with Amy in a deserted classroom, we're looking for something.

I was near this small town somewhere near the Sheffield region in the UK. I entered this cave with several others and at first it appeared to be a candy palace. Then these invaders took us hostage and one by one we had to hand over a missile each under our hand recognition on a control panel. I was last and I felt my alter ego kick in. I for some reason scrambled a code on my control realigning my co-ordinates and homing in on the cave. Then I pressed the button and the launch sequence activated overriding and shutting down the console in the process.
The Invaders left in panic and the missile took a Priority 2 measure sending all missiles to destroy their fleet in space.
Next something takes place in the town and it turns out their are people who I must catch. Amongst the people that were with me for some strange reason was Sid James from the Carry On Films!

Had some dream about Michelle at work. She was talking to some dude who I thought she dated once. I wondered how they could be acting like nothing happened since they had sex.

Another very vivid dream... There was a guy in a store sitting on the floor next to a magazine rack looking at some magazine. She was saying things like, "Oh you like that? "You want it? Yeah, that's right." I though we was getting off looking at a porno mag but it turned out he was just talking on the phone. I couldn't see the phone because he had long curly hair and was holding the phone with his shoulder on the opposite side.

Then suddenly a woman appears. She is extremely attractive but I could tell she was an older woman probably in her mid 40's. I noted crows feet and laugh lines but they were subtle and actually made her look more beautiful and refined. Then I noticed the rest of her... She was completely topless wearing nothing but light blue panties and black stilettos. She walks right up to the magazine guy and stands in front of him in a Wonder Woman pose smiling.

I notice her perfect breast and admire her beauty for a moment. When I do the view zooms in too close and I am now on my knees right in front of her. I feel her soft belly press against my left ear.

I walk away feeling embarrassed now and laugh at the guy on the phone instead of paying attention to the woman. Then I realize I am opening a new store and begin setting up the rest of my goods. There is a spinning rack with cheap children's toys on it and fiddle with that as a distraction.

I wake up at this point and use MILD to remember the scene and imagine myself becoming lucid. I get very strong imagery and physical sensations right away but it quickly becomes sexual as I remember the MILF. I get pretty far into the dream state and I would have had a full lucid success but I woke myself to avoid having another lucid sex dream.

Geez you'd think I was sucking down menthol every night!

I got about an hour of insomnia after that so I tired WILD with the twin bodies technique but only got some random NLD that I don't remember now.

Some good recall today.

Dream 1:

I was doing some stuff at home, was going into bathroom but was constantly interrupted, then i was going to some kind store with some people, i didn't know way so was just following. Eventually we found it and it was kinda arabian store, we were searching for a specific movie but haven"t found it. We went through some city places and soon reached another store, which looked exactly the same. Vendor had that movie and he really liked it so he joined us in watching it.
That movie was not a normal movie, but some kind of combination between movie and anime. It was about a group of badass dudes who were traveling through wasteland mountainy areas on the pickup truck and were fighting mutants and talking inbetween the fights. At one point the strongest looking dude got some kind of 'overcharge' power and started destroying lots of enemies, then there was one sniper dude with an irokez who had electrical powers that he should not be using, but then he got 'overcharge' as well, gaining yellow lightning around himself and his sniper rifle turned into laser rifle with red laser. It was quite awesome.

Dream 2:

I was playing some video game that looked like Spore creature stage, except there were some kind of tree mazes and platformer elements all over the place and it was more like usual 3D platformer/adventure game, also there was huge city in background, i had trouble finding the right path around the level. At one point i kinda found the way 'into' background and there were weird statues around.
Then after that level it turned to be RTS and was looking more like Starcraft 2 graphically, i was controlling group of soldiers and was scouting in some jungle-like place. Then i found some kind of enemy base but it was guarded by some creatures that looked like dinosaurs but had insect-like eyes and metallic roar. There were like four big ones than were glowing red or blue when angered, depending on target, and that was switching them to really overpowered mode, plus there were alot of smaller ones. Eventually i figured out the way to get group through, but it there were simply not enough forces to deal with them all.

Dream 3(fragments):

I was playing some japanese shmup and i had weird problems setting resolution, the screen was glitching out while i was trying to fix it.

Dream 4:

I was playing some game and there was global world map, i was able to control nukes and bombers all over the place and i was targeting a few places while fighting off enemy bombers. Then it transitioned into some flat land forest and i apparently could summon trees and they kinda had low gravity, plus there was a level boundary, trees summoned into level boundary were launched at crazy force. I still had access to global map and nukes so i was kinda switching between both, at times global map looked similar to waking world, at other times it was different.

On the run:
The first dream i remembered last night, in this one, i was part of some terrorist organization. The police were chasing us and shooting at us in this construction site. I have a really big grenade launcher, it looked like the one from serious sam 3. I was at the top level of the construction site. I killed some police and was about to die, luckily, my comrades got my back as i jumped down some scaffolds.

Zombie Escape engineer:
I was spectating a round of zombie escape, like the game mode from cs:s. The map was a dark abandoned city. The people playing however, weren't character models from cs:s, rather, they were Tf2 characters. I looked around as the team entered an underground parking lot. I somehow got control of an engineer and started to build turrets as our team held up here.

Golf truck driving:
I'm driving a truck around on a golf course, for some reason i'm really afraid. I'm listening to music as i drive. I eventually stop and take my headphones off, i then plug my ipod into the car stereo. As i'm doing this, i'm literally freaking out. i hurry and eventually get the ipod hooked up and start driving again.

Rain storm:
In this dream, i'm standing outside by a baseball field and a local fitness center. The sky is dark and it's raining. I wake up from this soon after and find there's a thunderstorm going on in real life, pretty cool.

Time: The previous four dreams were logged about 5 hours after falling asleep.

Baseball and cook out:
I remember i joined a baseball team for the sole reason of being able to eat the food at a cookout the team had after a game. As the cook out started, i ate lots of food, i was then asked to attend a lecture about baseball for the team and i said no.

Lonely Mansion:
I left some place and drove home, my home in this dream was a mansion. I walked in and tried to turn on the lights but the electric was out. I looked around and found that no one was there, but me. How lonely. I then left and met up with my family.

Jedi Battle:
I'm in some underground water base, i'm there with a partner, then two sith show up. They're there to kill us, but they're in the other room, so my comrade quickly goes to the control panel and shuts the door leading to our room and starts to flood their room. The sith eventually lift a wheel or something and blast the door open.

Meditation:
I'm walking down a long pathway, at the bottom is an ocean. I get to the bottom, there's a statue submerged a little in the water, there's also some other people standing beside me. We're all standing in the water somehow. They tell me the statue is a test of trust, you have to jump toward the statue. it's a test of trust because there were hands under the water that would have held you up if you jumped.

Next thing i know, there's a dojo next to us. We walk in, my soke is there leading a class on meditation ( soke means head of the family or headmaster ). I join in and sit down on one of those spinning chairs and accidentally knock into other people because the chair kept moving.

Then, after the meditation. I find like a puzzle box, but there is a button on it that reveals the secret of the puzzle. My soke takes it and tries to stop the button and fix it. He makes a machine dolphin out of it. He then tells me to take it out to the ocean and ride it. But it breaks, so my soke fixes it and goes out to ride it himself, he tells me to meet him out there.

I start to go, but the surroundings change from ocean to my farm, the dojo is still there though. As i'm going, this army of people invade and hold me down, i tell them to stop over and over again, i suppose it worked because they eventually let go. There's then this guy standing in front of me, i guess he's the leader of the army, he says he wants to meditate with us. And Monkey D luffy tells him "Sure you can join us!". Oh and monkey d luffy was a member of the dojo, in my dream at least.

Either way, i try with all my might to change the surrounds back to the ocean, and as i do, the grass starts to flow like a river and then everything is changing into to water, it's happening in chunks but it's happening at least. I then walk up the stairs to call luffy an idiot for letting that man stay with us, as i do, i start to think this might be a dream, but it's weird because i'm like struggling to do a reality check, i think my dream is about to end.

Lucid #8:
I'm at my desk in my house, it's night time. I then suspect this to be a dream, so i look at my hand and i had like 10 fingers of varying sizes. As i'm lucid, i laugh a little and think "Well...that's definitely not normal xD".
As i turn around, i see a demon lady, i instantly get up and fly toward her with my fist out and hit her so hard she like vanishes. I then realize what i've done, the dream becomes unstable and i go into my kitchen, fall on my knees and repeat "I'm sorry" over and over as i try feel my body and root myself in the dream but it's not use, i wake up. and forget to try a deild.

Time: Previous 5 dreams were logged 7 hours after falling asleep.

Race time:
I was in a big race, i was, however, on roller skates, as i cross the finish line, one skate pops off. This guy picks it up nicely and hands it to me, also, it's very dim outside and there's no crowd at all. We then walk to the inside of the track ring and go into a building, there, i sit down and have a chat with some kids and adults as i wait for something.

Secret facility:
I'm in some sort of underground science facility. The dream starts off with me exploring the random weird rooms around the place. I then get assigned to one room. Our team is doing research on a machine that will put us into the matrix. I'm in charge, i get notified that some people had made a homemade machine with materials from walmart but it was missing other pieces. I then secretly planned to ditch this team and help the other people out because they were the good guys. After a while , the whole team gets called to a room to play music.

Time: last two were logged 10 hours after falling asleep, final awakening.

I went to town, where I remember visiting one of my fav stores there; (Waterstones..!), it was a little different to usual though, not much. But I do remember there being Animé figures being sold there right next to the manga section! I didn't buy any because I didn't have enough money, but I did buy two manga (Bunny Drop - Volume 1 and 2), which is a series that is coming in the post from Waterstones (Well volume 1 is anyway!)!
I remember buying these, and then walking out of the shop when I saw smoke in the distance, dream characters were running around, saying there was a fire!
(Because I'm sane I went to investigate xD;; )

Tonight I had a couple vague memories.

I'll share this one, because it was respectively vivid.

I was in a 3rd person view of a fire, with me and a girl standing around it. She looked like she was 14 or 15 years old. Her hair was brown and straight. She sat hunched down looking at the fire. She wore a black T-shirt and jeans. She looked pretty beautiful (if I do say so myself ). I was staring at her and she looked at me, she smiled, and then looked back at the fire, her hair draped across her cheeks. I looked away, embarrassed, then...

I woke up.

I was in a Russian military boot camp. Everyone had semi automatic rifles, but was firing at an fully automatic style. I used all of my grenades and went to resupply, The dream turned into a nightmare and when i left the resupply room the entire camp was destroyed like a tornado hit. I turned around and saw the supply room become a monster's face. It flew out and the body was in the shape of a pillow. Me and another man ran out to the street and asked for help, "What are we doing?" I asked, "I'll tell you, you're breaking rule 12" a man said. "You can't do anything because I'm IN A NIGHTMARE!" I shouted. I became lucid and lifted the man up with the force and threw him into a house. i then woke up.

Dream 1

There was an argument between some of my family members at 3 o clock in the morning. My mum rings someone up and she starts threatening her, my mum says tells her to come to our house now! We all start getting ready for her appearance, my brother even text his friends telling them that our mum was gonna get in a fight. We all stood on my driveway in dressing gowns, this lady drives up with the window of her car rolled down and starts insulting us...the dream ends.

Dream 2

My mums aunties husband asked me to solve a case for him that would involve lots of money. What I had to do was to find an alien. However the only way of finding this alien would be to find him in a lucid dream and this is when I would ask him a set of questions.

Dream 3

I was in an elevator, this person was standing next to me. I knew that they had information what I needed to find out about the assassination of Kanye West. I turn round grab their neck and push them against the wall. I fiercely tell them to give me information. I can't remember what the person looked like or what they then said but I found out it was just about to take place. The lift opened into a busy crowded shopping centre, I ran as fast as I could. I spotted him on an escalator, I was slowed down to a fast walk as so many people were in my way. I pushed people slowly out they way fixated on getting Kanye West. I was gaining on him and then my alarm went off!

Dream 1

3 people who go to my school had a fight. At first they started scratching each other then had a fight

Dream 2

I was at a petrol station I had just been to V Festival and someone had been setting up some tents for me

No recall for tonight, no attempt at recall, and no excuse.

So I'd been thinking lately, and LinkZelda and I discussed this last night, that it would be cool to change genders in a lucid dream. And not the thing I usually do where I grow boy parts and just stick it in whatever walks by me first. I wanted to actually turn into a guy, and ask a nice girl out on a date, maybe make out a little bit. The point was to have the experience, and not be a mindless dickhead out for sex, like I usually am in my gender bender lucids.

Anyway, so after working 6 days in a row, and thinking about this goal alot, I finally have 3 mornings in a row that I can sleep in. So last night I looked at pictures of pretty women, not overly PlayBoy-ish, just.. nice ones. And I settled on one and kept her in my mind.

Then this morning I tried for WILD. Woke up at 5am, then 7am, had a non lucid about zombies and grizzly bears (may post later), then kids woke me up a bunch of times. I was getting frustrated, but I kept my goals, and lucidity right at the top. I got up at about 9am, went pee and had some water, then lay back down. That did the trick, and pretty soon I drifted off, then rolled over and felt the vibrations.

I saw a bedroom form as my eyelids became transparent. Not my room at all. I slowly got out of the bed as usual and the sheets were stuck around my ankles a little. They vanished as soon as I walked towards the 4 doors in the room, looking for the one that led out. The first door had a dead bolt on it, so I turned it and opened the door, expecting it to be the way out, but it was a closet. I tried the next door and it led to a hallway.

I walked down the hall which opened into a livingroom, and there were a group of people sitting and watching TV. I looked for the lady that I wanted, but she wasn't there. A few older people were on the couch, and a really pretty young lady on the chair. Before I could think if I would ask her out instead, everyone in the room said "Hey Lisa." Crap, I'm still female! I asked them if any hot chicks came around looking for me, and they said no, without looking away from the TV. I went to the front door of the house and opened it, hoping to see a beauty on the other side. No one. So I decided to settle on the lady in the chair. I went to the large mirror behind the folks on the couch, and my reflection was basically me, with a long ponytail. So I looked at my reflection in the eyes and said "I am a really hot guy, named Michael." My hair cut short, and a ball cap appeared on my head. Despite some red-neckish looking clothes, I looked pretty good. Dark hair, blue eyes and chiseled facial features. Like what I ordinarily go for myself haha.

Anyway, feeling quite confident, I went up to the girl in the chair. She looked alot like this one actress, I'll see if I can find her pic and post it. I just took her hands in mine and said, "Hey, do you want to be my girlfriend?" She beamed and said "Ok!" First mistake: I didn't even ask her name. I led her into the hallway, and I suppose fearing for dream time, I just pushed her against the wall with my body. I took her face in my hands, and planted a kiss right on her lips. Then I used tongue. The whole time I kept my eyes open, just in case of accidental loss of lucidity (gotta work on that schema). The moment was so vivid. I kept feeling the skin on her neck and face, her hair, and all up and down her arms and body. A couple times I stopped to kiss her neck, and all along her jawline, loving all the chirpy little sounds that it elicited from her. [I gotta stop right here just to say this to the men in the audience: Bravo for every time you were ever in this situation and resisted the urge to just nail the girl. Because in the similar situation, I FAILED.] Her skin was so soft and satiny, and it would get flushed and burning hot to the touch wherever I kissed it, especially her neck. That neck, mmmmmmm mmm mmm! I ran my hand down the front of her shirt, stopping momentarily to cup a breast. I truly felt like I was going to explode on myself right then. I was really aroused, and my goals all went right out the window. Didn't ask her name, ask her out on a date, have ANY conversations of any kind. I just started ripping her clothes off right there in the hall. One goal. Solo. Uno. Everything else in the world was just gone. And I was punished for it. Right when I was about to give my first thrust, I woke up.

So...

I guess I can say that I'm happy that I got the opportunity that i wanted. I just need to play my cards better next time, and not be so greedy. I ended up DEILDing back into that same bedroom, but I woke up halfway down the hall

Edit: Oh it looks like I inadvertently completed the basic mirror task. 3 cheers for lucid mirrors!!

Edit again: The girl on the left is the one I wanted, the one on the right is the one I got (but with shorter hair and tanner skin). I can't complain.

I was on a game show but it wasn't like in a typical game show setting, it was more like a limited open field. I remember there may have been a pregnant lady, no, there was definitely a pregnant lady. And about eight or ten other people, I only even talked to one guy and that wasn't even in my body. Other than that I only remember the pregnant lady winning some money and she get really excited and starts shaking. Then I make some chocolate milk, and while I'm stirring the syrup in the milk I wake up.

The reason I count it as a fail is because I went to sleep at 2am and only got 7 hours of sleep and for the challenge I have to get at least eight hours of sleep, SO this is not one of the days in the 30 day challenge and I guess it can technically start tonight.

I did some meditation and self-hypnosis before bed but it wasn't enough to make a significance difference in my consciousness.

So I've decided to do a 30-day challenge of using the SSILD technique. I have experimented with the technique before with somewhat mixed success. So this time I'm going to use nothing but SSILD for the next 30 days and record how many LD's and FA's I get. So here we go:

Day 5

My timing tonight was absolutely horrible. I went to bed at 12:30 and set my alarm for 5:45 (I seem to have best results if I wake up after 5 hours of sleep). However, I naturally awoke from dream 1 below at about 4:00. I figured, what the heck, so I did the cycles then instead, but left my alarm on just in case. However, I then naturally woke up after dream 2 at 7:30ish for some reason - meaning I completely slept through my alarm (which automatically turns itself off after 15 seconds). Somewhat disappointed, I tried the cycles again before I went to sleep. I don't remember any dreams from then until I woke up again about 5 minutes before my final alarm went off at 10:30. As a result, I only had 2 somewhat-disappointing non-lucid dreams.

1. I was back at the grocery store (dream sign, anyone?), but instead of being a normal grocery store, it was the set for a kid's game show. The set looked like that old show "Legends of the Hidden Temple", but had the premise of "Supermarket Sweep" (2 big reasons why the 90's were the best). Kids would run down the aisles retrieving specific products and bringing them back to the front of the store.

2. I went back in time to when I was in 8th grade (I remember thinking "8th grade is fine. I'm sick and tired of all this college stuff.") One of my coworkers (yes, from the grocery store...) was our substitute history teacher. She was writing our assignments on the board, which included "Frog Dissection Part 2" (kind of a weird thing to do in history class), and two long papers. I remember thinking how interesting her handwriting looked, almost like it looked like in real life (yes, I'm an idiot. I was so close, but hey, it's progress, I suppose...).

Day 5: LD - 0, FA - 0
Total: LD - 4, FA - 1

I had three dreams for today. I don't remember much of them because I was trying to go back to sleep and have more. I know the first one took place at school (not really my school; whenever I dream about school, it usually takes place in a past school or a new school my mind creates). I saw my crush again briefly.

I'm unsure about the order of the next two or what happened in which, but I don't remember enough about them for it to really matter. One of them took place at my grandmother's house and the street it's on. It also involved a woman I don't think I've ever met in person, but she was apparently my father's sister (ie. my aunt). We were running up and down the street for some reason (we may have been chasing my sister, but I'm not sure). Some other things I remember are me being outside of a store in my dad's car (we did the one-liner things from CSI ) and me being with my grandma.
