I used zzzquil because i had to get to sleep, Its gonna be unhealthy if i keep using it.

First dream was at mcdonalds, and it was very crowded, people were going to stay there the whole day for some reason, others were popping by like it was one big party or reunion or something. I met Jennifer, an old asian friend I had calculus 1 with back in college, I met Priscilla who I knew for a long time when I was a waiter, gave her a big hug and lifted her off the ground. I think she was single so she was acting a little flirty. Among many other people there and I was drunk at mcdonalds too. I tried to go outside and drive but I was too drunk so i decided to eat somewhere else. Nearby was a few restaurants that looked combined together like they would be in a city, although the mcdonalds was a standalone restaurant in my suburban hometown. I go and eat at a place that sells Shrimp and Boudin balls and other really tasty things. We eat get desert which was really a pan, with aluminum foil on top, and happy birthday was written in chocolate icing with star sprinkles on it and we just ate the icing but somehow it was still really good. After that me and my family got in a car and started driving, I was still drunk but was watching the car move and wondering how many times i would have fucked up along this drive if i was the one driving instead. Soon enough everyone in my family gets in a different car and I have to drive even though I'm drunk. I can't even figure out which pedal is the gas or breaks, and I have trouble working the gears because its manual for some reason, and its like I'm in some racing game in an old european city. Theres brick streets, old buildings and the sun is shining. I go up a hill under a building that arches over the street as a bridge, so im shadowed under it, I try shifting gears at the top of a hill and go real slow, I end up getting 5th in the race just trying to figure everything out while drunk and my family abandoning me. I see people waiting in a little area next to the finish line as everyone finishes and goes to join them. Dream ends around there.

Second dream was the shortest one, I was in some apartment and there was a few people in there. This girl walks up to me like I have finally arrived and tells me to take off my clothes and there is a platinum condom waiting for me. Theres supposed to be a muslim girl thats supposed to walk in and I have no idea whats going on. I take off my clothes and get in the bed and theres a platinum condom under the pillow. I get kind of excited im about to have sex. thats where it ends.

Third dream, there was a big house party in some sort of four level house, this was a long dream. Long dreams like this i forget the chronological order so I try to guess. There was a part where most people were in the pool area, some people were in a room outside my room to sleep in and get changed. I talked with Russel and we had some kind of RC device we were playing with. I was nude and went into a small pool next to some stairs on a multilevel porch system. I realized there were kids nearby so I took a towel and wrapped myself up under the water before I came out, somehow the towel was not soaking wet. I went upstairs to change and for some reason I was going to go with two guys on an errand. We end up stopping by somewhere and they beat up and shoot a black man with stubs for legs. They shoot him in the abdomen and hes squirming on the ground, they take his wallet and phone and everything and leave him lying there. We drive back to the house and I decide not to go with them on their "next errand". They give me a clicker that has something to do with their errand, I go up to my room and take a nap. I wake up and the rc car is doing something against the door, I open it and there is a wasp doing something, I tell the cleaning lady but she doesnt care. I go downstairs and everyone has left, few people left say I took a long nap. Im in the kitchen eating with people from the party, the clicker starts clicking rapidly going higher and higher but I have no idea what it means. Dream ends.

Two dream fragments that may be a part of one large dream.

First part is all the people from my old job are in my neighbors basement, my old manager somehow lives there lol. I bring in food from another place and come meet and talk with them down there, it appears to have some weird setup, architecture in my dreams is always weird. It seems like a large room with the kitchen and living room and a lot of other things combined into one room, overall color scheme appears to be brown or murky white.

Second part is I am late to a class and I sit down near the back. The teacher passes out something how we need to fill in 6 lines for each lap we did at one point. Then he says something about running laps outside if we haven't completed it. So I start to walk outside and apparently its my house, I get to my basement and its a huge mess. So I start cleaning up so it looks less messy when other people inevitably come down to see it. I remember folding some blankets and putting some clothes away before I wake up.

Ok so I tried sleeping 8 hours without WBTB messing me up, and also a colder room and it had positive results. My dream recall did improve a bit.

I had a few other dream fragments which I forgot but I did remember some others.

1st dream:

I was just looking at some website on a computer, browsing down a webpage. It looked like a silver laptop from the outline and the web page was just links with a pretty simple set up.

2nd dream:

There was some sort of party going on and my friend Todd (clothed) was dancing with a kind of curvy nude woman on a dance floor in a crowd of other people. His parents were watching from around 20 feet away and I was thinking "how embarrassing". So I somehow photoshopped a muscular clothed man on top of the woman and that was somehow less embarrassing. This next fragment I feel was from the same dream. There were two people on what seemed like hospital beds but with sheets on them? So they were comfy hospital beds. There appeared to be a nude boy and girl. They boy asked the girl something sexually which she replied positively, I forget what they actually said. So then the guy gets on top of her, and I can see hes wearing a man thong lmao. The girl starts screaming and it turns out hes just reaching for his cell phone. At this point the girl realizes she was screaming and she didn't really want to reject him I guess so she starts saying nooooo. Then the guy reaches over again and hes on top of the girl and she starts screaming again and he just turns off the light then gets back in his bed and go to sleep. The girl starts saying nooo again and from the point of view I'm looking I can only see one boob from a weird angle.... heh

yea then I woke up.

I had one dream fragment where me and a group of people were complaining about something in a classroom, it was really hazy but that is all I remember. We seemed to be in some sort of trailer classroom and the desks were rearranged in a circle.

The second dream I was in some odd house but in the dream I knew it was my house. There was a big staircase leading up to an outside porch except with a screen for a wall like a screen. My neighbors wife was asking me to show her a bunch of stuff including my laptop and I said it was kind of private, then for some reason she kept persisting and she was in my basement, on the way to my laptop all the way in the corner in a separate room, I saw a weird rubiks cube with strange lines going through it, as though it was a harder version than just a normal rubiks cube. I thought nah, I should just try to solve the normal version first before I try to solve this harder one. She tries to look at my laptop and thats when the dream is over.

I'm finally beginning to stabilize my sleeping patterns again and go to bed on time, dream recall is returning. Went to bed around 2 am.

I do not remember the first part of the dream. What I do remember is that there were a group of friends, some of them I know from very far back at camp, one girl that went to my high school. Another one was a recent co worker, the group of friends were more popular than I was in high school, so I don't know I guess I was afraid to approach them. Afraid to be rejected I guess sums up what my high school experience was like. I had come back to an old job to eat some free food (I couldn't get it there now for free if I wanted) except each piece of food I had there was something horribly wrong with it. The room was a lot bigger and had a lot more tables, I was sitting near the entrance and talking to a girl, whom I do not remember her details. Then another girl sat down next to her and tried to start talking to us as if she was desperate, the first girl left, and I didn't really care so I just continued talking to the desperate girl. I noticed a big clump of hair in my fries so I just threw it out. I went back into the kitchen to talk to everyone and the manager said no more free food. We told a few jokes and I left out the front door, there was a decently sized crowd out there for some reason. I saw the group of friends and I decided to just walk to the parking lot before they noticed me. They had confused me for my friend Tommy and I was a decently far amount away and they yelled Tommy! two times before giving up, I had just decided to keep walking. When I got into the parking lot I ran into a few people I knew getting into their cars. I had gotten to my car and my mom was waiting for me, she was in a cast and had apparently broken her knee and ankle, and her wrist on the other side. I asked what happened and she was explaining it to me then I woke up.

After I did wake up I had learned that one of my mothers friends had died of a heart attack, maybe it was some sort of message.

Went to bed around 12:30

I only remember one dream. In this dream I was in the kitchen of a restaurant I used to work at. I was in the kitchen and I had to find one more menu before I could go home. So I started to look around the restaurant for the menu, and I was looking for a large square green menu, but I could only seem to find these blue rectangular menus. I walked to the front of the restaurant and there were two asian men I used to know, but they did not know each other in real life. One of them was laughing with a weird hair cut while walking out of the restaurant at the other as if they were both good friends. There were two guys playing around with each other one of them trying to hold on to the other ones hand as if they were playing around, this girl named Jessica I used to know was laughing while watching them, and it appeared to me in the dream she was trying to position herself to get my attention. I was keeping my head down, I didn't want to bring attention to the fact that I worked there, but I just kept walking. Jessica walked up further to another spot and continued to laugh at the two other guys while I kept walking, as if she kept on trying to get my attention. I just ignored her and kept walking, at that point I woke up.

Haven't posted in a while but I guess I will be getting back into lucid dreaming

I had one dream where me, my brother, and my mom were in an old house in basically the middle of nowhere. Me and my brother were sleeping in the same room and in the middle of the night my brother starts heading over to some abandoned house about 150 yards away from our house. After a while I decide to go over there myself and I start to get ready and put on my under armor sweatshirt, put on some utility gloves and get a flashlight, for some reason I had to eat dinner with my mother after that. I got a text from my brother before I left saying some incomprehensible gibberish and that he killed a man. I started to say the next line of bohemian rhapsody but then I woke up. to someone texting me, which probably accounts for the text in the dream.

This dream I barely went lucid at the very end, but it still counts i guess. I was in this guys house and he was setting up this fall out shelter in his basement that he was preparing for the apocalypse or something like that. So these people start coming in the front door and he says oh shit its immigration or something lol, nothing about the dream told me we were illegal immigrants but i think thats what he said. So we start running downstairs to the shelter and they start chasing us and we keep going down for about 5 floors through all these different rooms. Then once we finally get the shelters we put these big crates of food in the shelter and he puts in the code and closes the door. And I say hey whats the code because he locked me out but he doesnt respond. So I go out this sliding glass door to the outside when i get this hint that I'm in a dream, so I make this katana appear in my hand and thats when I'm near this bush thats under a porch. The main person chasing me is this boss, its this lady thats fit like a gymnast and she jumps down off the porch and i slice her head off with the katana, but the only thing thats left is her hair which looks like brown clay with little pieces of hair stuck to it.

I also had another dream where me and my brother were in someone elses house and there was cleaning maids there. Then we took off our shoes and walked down the hall and there was a bearded dragon that was much bigger than mine (i have one as a pet) and i was thinking why mine isn't as big as this. Thats all I remember before waking up.

Then I had a third dream, and I had just seen the movie sinister the night before. And all through the movie when i was watching it i was thinking id be carrying around a shotgun the whole movie. So Im in this hallway that looks like a room from Resident Evil 1 and I see one of my friends across the hallway so I walk towards them but there are a set of stairs in the middle and this small person with the mask of Mr. Boogie comes up the stairs and I blow it to the ground with a double barrel shotgun. Why am I using so many weapons in my dreams? pic related, its the guy I shot in my last dream with the shotgun

I put an alarm 4 hours i went to bed to do a WILD technique, I have just started attempting to have a normal sleep schedule again so all my dreams are hazy and only seem only a few seconds long. I have one dream where i just see a text of my friend caitlyn that i haven't talked to in years and she just texted hey, whatsup? I was kind of dissapointed to wake up and check my phone that I had no such text message lol. I had a few other dreams where I was with my cousins in this weird building with bright colors and the walls inside the building were made of glass and we were playing some sort of bowling game on the first floor. I also had another dream where My family and I were staying in this very large haunted house with old furniture. The rooms were very big. I should take notice as a recurring element in all my dreams is the weird architecture.

Hey, i haven't been on here in a while but i want to start trying to lucid dream again, here goes nothin



Dream 1: Im at a party in my front yard with many people, including my relatives, I walk inside and all I remember is a guy that attacks me with a knife but im trying to push away the knife with my hand but he gets it close enough to carve something on my neck and cheek. I manage to push the knife away and shove the knife in his side, then he pulls out another one and tries to stab me with that one. I grab his arm, flip him over so he lands on his side that had the knife in it. Then i walk around and my mom is talking to her friend and i ask if I'm bleeding or anything and they say yea oh youre bleeding bad then go back to talking to each other. I ask if they can take me to the hospital but they dont respond, I walk around but everyone is ignoring me so i try to dial the ambulance myself and thats when the dream is over.

I wake up and go back to sleep at this point.

Dream 2: I wake up in a field with my friend Mike and some other person, we put up these weird cans and kegs of this weird drink, not sure if its soda or tea or something i forgot what it was. Anyways they set all these cans/kegs in this big castle then the friend that i dont know tries to throw something at the top can and knocks it down, i touch a can or something and it knocks down but its shaped so weird that i can't put it back on top then i accidentally knock some more down and as im trying to put all of them back in their original place mike just jumps on top and knocks them all over the place so im like lol F** it.

Then later it fastforwards a couple hours and i see a bunch of people i used to know from high school and its dark and its some big party again. thats about all i remember.

Hopefully I get more detail and enter lucidity as i keep going

this dream might be because I was trying to lose weight...

I dreamt me and my family were watching a movie about swedish fish, and there were faucets on the sides pouring swedish fish into huge boxes on the side of the theatre. I started shoving them all into my mouth and they were delicious. Then after that it was jellybeans. I told my family about the free candy but they were too fat to get up so i rushed over to the jellybeans and they were all arranged in rows in rainbow order with the faucets spilling out jellybeans now. I started messing up the order because i was trying to grab them all shoving them all into my mouth and it tasted so good. Thats about it

Dream 1:

I was picking someone up at my old high school, its weird because that's what i was doing today, picking my sister up at my old high school. So anyways I look around and lunch is over so people are going back to class. There's a group of kids going back and i walk in the crowd, i feel like I'm in high school again, and it feels good. I walk out, its a sunny day, and i go into this one parking lot and i see my ex girlfriend in some kind of hooded purple sweatshirt and jacket, she just looks away and pretends to ignore me as i pass her. I see my coworker Priscilla go to her car but I don't say hi to her. Then I notice my other ex girlfriend is sitting in the trunk of my car, (its a Honda pilot so its not weird to sit off the end, bc its a flat surface) and some random new boyfriend she has. I notice a stick figure made out of ribs someone ate in the windshield wiper of my car. I asked my ex thats sitting in the car if she did it, her boyfriend says he did it, so i start to beat the crap out of him then the dream ends.

Dream 2:

I am at this weird party in the woods and it looks like a halloween - esque party because there's seats made out of straw and barrels everywhere. It looks like its about sundown and it seems as if the forest has walls like in some old video games, one of them is the goldeneye game where you are walking through the forest but there are walls of trees you can't walk past. People are drinking beer and there are different wooden ledges people are standing on, there's always incredibly weird architecture/furniture in my dreams. And when I'm walking around I see the back half of a spider past me on a stack of hey. So instead of hitting it i light a match to burn the spider. Then when i walk towards it it turns into a person and we start trying to put the fire out. Then I heard someone say that the cops were coming and I ran into this weird house with weird furniture. That's when the dream ended.

Dream 3:

Im not really sure whether to classify this as a dream or not but i was still in an area that looked like the party and i was basically awake and half dreaming, except the dream was very vague, almost day dreaming at this point. I was in a field of corn or straw, couldn't really tell. And I started to throw fire with my hands and a crowd of kids started to run away. Then I walked away to what seemed like one of the kids moms and i ordered her to start blowing me, It felt real but then as i was getting a boner in real life i started to wake up. Thats about the end of it
