Cities in the Astral

12-13-13 I was involved with a nice fairly normal long LD when my latest dream guide showed up with a female entity I did not recognize. He wanted to show me off or something, because he started testing my skills and having her observe (maybe he is going to turn me over to her?) He asks me to come up with a fairly elaborate goal, and then talk my way through each step and explain my methods while achieving the goal. I suggested travelling to a very specific famous location and having an appropriate monument there. I suggested perhaps "The Eiffel Tower." He said that would be fine, and that they would go along and judge the quality of my work. I in no way felt that I had gone astral, so I assume they both had entered my own personal realm.

I told them I would travel to there and not just summon it, in order to create a better effect. I pointed to a door way. I said "through that door way is France, I suppose I had already arrived here and was in a hotel."

The woman asks what will make it France? I tell her "I KNOW it will be France." We step through the doorway and I create a beautiful field with rolling hills, flowers, butterflies, a stream, and trees. She asks how I can be sure this is France? "It is France, it looks just like France would look, and besides, The Eiffel Tower is near here, so clearly it is France."

OK, what next? "I know there is a small boat on this hilltop. We will row it to Parris." Sure enough there is a boat, but I think my DG was testing me. The boat was tiny, just big enough for one. I think he hoped I would change the boat. Instead I just said, "I will go in the boat alone and you can rejoin me in Parris." I rowed through a brief image of a nice stream, and then buildings were around, and I 'knew' it was Parris.

I had to stabilize and I think they were throwing challenges in my way. I went through 3 False Awakenings, but was not fooled by any of them. In each a sexy woman was with me (twice my wife, and 1 an ex). They would grab me and so on. I pulled out of the first two and stabilized. Each time they were there waiting for me and looking like they were evaluating my style. I did very well at stabilizing and detecting the FAs. However on the 3rd FA I kind of forgot they were watching and started making out a bit with my DC wife. "Ahhemm!" Oh, my bad. I think they decided to leave off as the weird cycle of instability and FAs/ temptations ended.

We were now all in a hotel room. I said "The Eiffel tower is just out side this window." I pulled back the blind and there it was. My DG asked if I was sure, and the tower was replaced by a colonial style building. I told them I would not be satisfied yet. I will go to the tower itself and climb it. I went out there and changed the building back into the tower, but I think the DG was challenging me. The tower would morph back part way between the building and the tower.

I teleported up onto the spire and held on. This stabilized the image, as only the tower had a spire and I had my arms and legs rapped around it. I was now on top of a small version of the tower. She asks me if that was it? I said I am pretty sure the real tower is huge. I do not know how big, but much bigger than this. I make the images of the ground shrink until the tower seems about 20 stories high. Oh wow! This is almost scary!

I appeared in front of them and got the impression that the test was over, and that the woman was able to judge my level of training. They then left me alone and I continued a fairly routine LD after that. In all I had to stabilize perhaps 12 times, about 1 every 3-4 minutes. I assume the entire LD must have been 30-45 minutes, but really kind of lost track.
