task of the month

Did both the advanced and basic tasks last night.

I'm having a hard time remembering the non-lucid part of this dream, I'll eedit this later if I remember more.

I was near this weird looking canal. The water looked yellow from the reflections of the streetlights. In some spots there was carpet leading up to the water, and there were other things that made no sense. These tipped me off that it was a dream, I didn't even RC. I thought "what to do?" and remembered the task of the month. I used my mind to raise the water level(not sure if this counts as controlling the elements but I think it should). Then I walked around on it. I sunk a little at first, the water seemed a little goopy. But I stepped up to the top of it. This is something I've tried many times before and was never able to do it. I succeeded this time because I really focused on the fact that it was a dream and I could do anything if I believed I could.

I was driving to Madison's house. I remember this funny part where I was on the highway and the genie from I dream of genie showed up in front of my car as an apparition and tried to sell me the first season of her show on DVD. I thought to my self, Oh no you don't, I'm not listening to this crap, and drove through her.

I stopped at a gas station. They had a bunch of food, I don't have much to eat in the house right now and they had low prices so I got excited and looked around. I picked up some pita, and when I went to put it back the shelf was gone. I thought, "this must be a dream" and did some RCs. I tried to put my finger through my hand but I was really shaky. It still worked but I wanted to be sure so I flicked on and off a couple light switches. I wound up in the basement. When I turned around there was a girl a few years younger than me with no panties on standing there. Then her bra did this weird thing, kind of flapping around and off and flew away like it was a bat or something. I asked her to sing me a song. So blew a raspberry and shook her head and made this weird noise. I held her hand and looked her in the eye and said please. She said OK. She sang this very simple melody(do re mi do re mi do re mi so, ti do re ti do re do re mi so...) The words were somehow even simpler, Violin violin violin song, Violin violin violin song. I woke up while she was singing.

I was chaining LD together, this is the last one. I was walking around outside in a place that looked sort of like my grandpas old neighborhood. The difference was that there was some woods on the opposite side of the street, and the houses were nicer. I had been trying to have sex in all these dreams and do the basic ToTM. I took my pants off, but then this weird creature came out of the woods so I put them back on. It looked like a cross between a bear and a lion. I so no way mother fucker to the bear and either pushed him away or maybe used telekinesis to do so. Then I went into this house. In all these dreams I kept losing lucidity so I tried really hard to focus on the details of the house. No one was inside. I heard the shower running. I saw this blue wooden shower stall. It looked almost like the kind of thing you'd see at a camp grounds but it was inside. I went inside and a girl was drying her hair. She knew me and said this is a surprise. I said something then I started rubbing her cunt. I stuck my fingers inside her and kissed her. This went on until I woke up.

I started in my house. I decided that I would go into my neighbors house and the girl I wanted to kiss would be there. I went outside and went across the street. I remember seeing some tigers in someones yard with collars on them like they were pets. I say my neighbor standing in front of my other neighbors house. I went up to him and exclaimed," how's it going nate? I'm doing great!" He kept asking me a bunch of questions about my lifee like he always does and I kept thinking to myself I should ask him if she's inside, then he'll say yes and she will be. I finally got him off the subject of me and asked him, and he said yeah. Everytime I looked at him his clothes changed. First he was wearing stuff he;d normally wear, then a sweater vest, then a suit, then a suit with the vest, then v neck with no shirt underneath. There was this weird fence I had to go around to get into the house, shaped sort of like the line to a roller coaster, but with a normal fence.

I went inside and looked through the house for her. I remember this door that went nowhere, it had a wall behind it. It didn't look much like a house, just random walls and little rooms, but they weren't constructed like a house or decorated. It was very haggard looking. I went down to steps of stairs and found her room. I went inside. She was laying on a bean bag chair. I jumped on it and hugged her. We rolled around and laughed. I tried to look her in the eyes before I kissed her, but I woke up(because she text me in real life) before I really saw her face.

In another one I ran into her on the street. This is what I had been incubating. I remember looking around a while, exploring some stuff. I ran into a DC and asked them for some gum cause my breath smelled bad. It was hard to chew and it felt like the gum was becoming a part of me. I could taste it in my neck and shoulder and arm. When I found her we embraced then I kissed her neck and started slowly working my way up, but woke up. This probably technically counts for the TOTM, but I'm gonna do it better before I submit it, it's such an easy task and all.

I was in my house in the piano room. I was talking with Benny. Not sure if he was there from the start or just appeared. We were talking about music. I asked him if he still played much. He said yeah, I jam with some friends sometimes. Everything he said had no content, it was a sort of mimicry. I looked out the window and saw a young women putting stuff on the lawn for a garage sale. I thought the old lady must have died, that;s her daughter. I looked back at Benny and realized that I hadn't seen him since high-school and this was probably a dream. On top of that I had my winter coat on and it was nice outside, and I was inside. I thought about RCing but I didn't. I might have asked Benny what it's like to be a DC but if I did he didn't answer.

Then I walked outside to the sale. I had decided I was gonna do this right before I became lucid and did it automatically. I walked throught the window. I remember looking at a latch and thinking I can just walk through this, I don't need to open it. I started looking for Madison to do the basic ToTM. I was really hot with my coat on and I thought I wouldn't mind being naked when I found her so I decided to make my clothes disappear. I was too scatterbrained to physically take them off, I felt like I'd wake up if I did. Never found her though.

I remember looking at the sky. It had a strange jagged pattern in it of shades of grayish blue. I walked a few blocks before making it to the garage sale. The neighborhood seemed to deteriorate as I walked through it into a slum. I remember seeing a barren tree. I looked around the sale and talked to the owner(pretty sure I was still naked haha).

I had another dream before this where I tried the TOTM but failed. I was in my house, I don't remember what I was doing but something tipped me off that this might be a dream, so I put my finger through my hand. I became lucid and my first thought was to go do the task of the month so I went outside. It was night and the clouds were sparse. I focused on them and tried to make more appear. They started swirling around and a few more popped up but not enough for a storm. Then these weird red ribbons of energy started swirling around closer to the ground. It was really cool, sort of like something you'd see on an acid trip, but I sensed that I was making them swirl like that somehow. I tried to focus on the clouds and make more of them, make them darker. I was able to a little but no storm. I think I wandered around my yard a bit then I woke up.

I was in a room that looked like my bedroom at my parents cottage, but the furniture was different, no bed, more chairs and a table. There was a group of people there talking about LDing. There was an old guy(LOL percy, this is you) leading the discussion. He said something about the next class, and a guy who was taking notes asked him a question. I realized this was a projection of the MILD class from last night and became lucid. I thought about what I was going to do and decided I was gonna jump out the window and go do the ToTm. I lookoed at the shade and watched as it turned darker outside like it would if a storm was approaching. I grabbed the shade and swung out the window tarzan style onto the porch.

It was already raining but not that heavily. I looked up at the sky and felt the rain on my face to increase lucidity. Then I caught some rain in my mouth cause I was damn thirsty. I focused on making the clouds darker and watched as they thickened and grew darker. I got too focused on one spot and the clouds formed a kind of pyramid, with a super black cloud on top. The pyramid shot out a big orange blast of energy when I started thinking about lightning. I knew this wasn't gonna cut it for the TOTM despite how cool it looked, so I looked away at another part of the sky. I focused on the sound of the thunder and tried to make some lightning to go with it. At first there were just sparks up in the clouds, then some lightning shot downward but it never reached the ground. I felt myself losing control and I knew I wouldn't be able to hold the dream much longer, so I decided that the next lightning strike would hit me and it did. It didn't feel like much, almost like being hit by a column of air. I wasn't electrocuted nor felt anything tingly like I expected. But it did knock me on the ground. I laid there looking at the sky. Now things really started to come apart. I held the dream for about 10 secs and woke up.
