Hope you like. Just a regular dream is in blue. Lucid in a dream is red.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember laying in my bed at my dad's house. By the white light coming from the window in front of me, I could tell that it was morning. I also noticed something else in front of me. A black shape. It looked like a silhouette because of the light behind it. However, it did look like a person. The thing talked. It was my brother. I did a nose plug RC just to make sure I wasn't dreaming. At first, I didn't realize it. But I had breathed like it was nothing. I was dreaming! I was now aware that Sam was in my other sister's bed beside me. She was awake, talking to my brother. I had to keep myself calm. "This is a dream." I said to myself out loud. I tried to get up out of my bed, but, it was as if there was a hundred pound weight on my chest. I could barely move one way or the other. I didn't want to try too hard, either, for fear of "breaking" the dream. So I tried to through expectation. I looked over to Sam, however, I could barely see her because my fixed neck wouldn't allow me to look that far. "Sam," I said, "I can get up out of bed, right?" I saw her look over at me, "Uh, yeah." she said with a snort. I tried to get up, but to no avail. I was glued to the bed. I tried again. "Sam, I can get up, right?" I said with more force. "Yes!" she hissed. I tried again. I was actually able to get up this time, but very, very slowly. I also found myself unable to lift up my head at all. It was as if I looked down at my navel and my neck became fixed in that position. Frustration overcame me as I slowly made my way around the bed. Suddenly, it felt like something was pulling me back towards the bed, like a magnet. I tried to escape it, but within a split second, I found myself back in my bed in the same position. "I am DREAMING." I said a little louder. "I have control!" I flicked my eyes over to my brother, who was still, creepily, standing in my doorway. "Hey, can you help me get up?" I asked. I saw him move a little, but he didn't come near me. I sighed. I tried to think of something that I could use to almost "gravitate" my body towards. For some reason I thought of my computer charger. It seemed to work, and I was suddenly beside my bed with the charger in my hand. However, one of the ends was snapped off, revealing open wire. I don't know why, but an urge overcame me to put it in my mouth. I did, and a small electric shock coursed through my body that started in my tongue. It scared me at first, but I wanted to try again. I did, and held it for longer. It was a very weak electric shock that tingled my tongue, and I could almost imagine the individual currents that were running throughout my mouth and down my spine. I tried to take a step forward, but suddenly, I found myself back in my own bed again. I silently cursed. I had to do something even more rough to get myself out of this predicament, but I didn't want to end the dream entirely by doing it. While I was still thinking about it, the dream ended.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This was a HUGE dream. When I woke up, I just remembered the last half, and then slowly, bits of the first half came back. But I can't promise that I remembered everything. - - - I was at my mom's house. I think I was in my bedroom first. My mom was doing some sort of renovation project, where she was removing a little "hallway" to my desk, and just making that whole wall even. She also added an extra, large window in my room. I could hear the workers still working on the outside of the walls outside. I remember being surprised once I walked into the room. I had an extra window! Awesome! More natural light! The scene shifted. I was now out on the back porch. A lot of people were there, from my little brother's age to my age or older, whom I didn't know barely any. We were apparently having some sort of party. There was at least 40 people there, either on the back deck, in the living room, or in the basement. I don't remember performing an RC. Well, I do remember the sensation, and seeing my hand clutch my nose, but I don't remember exactly when I did it. I was still on the back porch. Not completely and totally lucid, but I was somewhat aware. I remember I think someone was being rude to me. Some guy... I lifted my hands up, above my head, and "pushed" my hands back down like I was pushing some invisible force. As I was thinking of it, small droplets of rain began to drop around this guy. I looked up. The rain was only happening a little bit above his head, and no farther up. Like his own little rainstorm. I turned to my left. I could see over the deck fence over to where a main road should be. About 10 people were around me. Suddenly, the sky got a darkish grey. Flashes of cloud-to-ground forked lightning happened several miles away, over and over. The first time, the lightning was a light purple. The next time, it flashed a bright yellow. Then, a bright red.. I remember hearing myself say, "Oooh, that's pretty..." Suddenly, in the lightning's place, a huge tornado was forming. Too fast. It was already a cyclone. I could see it heading for the house. It had just overtaken a house that was about a quarter mile away. Forgetting that this was a dream entirely and that I should have just stood my ground, I ducked inside the house and hurtled myself towards the basement. There were several people down here, but some I specifically remember were these two boys watching something on a small TV that was on the ground. I looked closer at what they were watching. It was some old black and white show. I think my lucidity dipped here, but I regained most of it when I found myself in a small city that looked like a town over, but a lot less cars driving around. I remember standing partly on the asphalt road. I wasn't the only one walking. There were several people around that were walking, standing, or pushing carts. I looked up to my left. I could see the road went up a large hill, and blocked everything on the other side. I decided to walk up the hill and see what I could see. First, though, I remember stomping the ground, to try to get some of my senses to fully function. I felt like I was on autopilot, though. I then dropped to the ground and felt the road beneath me. I think I tried to crawl, or I just layed on the road. I finally went walking up the hill. I got to the top, and I could see a Walmart on my right. I thought I would walk in to see if I could find some candy. Time moved forward. I was inside. I think I saw E in there, walking around. I remember walking down random aisles, mainly in the bottom left corner of Walmart, looking for candy. But all I was seeing was hardware, and fishing stuff, and other things. I was walking down another random aisle when I decided to stomp my feet again. The pressure of my feet hitting the floor kind of hurt; the force vibrated up my calves. I kneeled down to the floor again, but this time, only to examine it. However, while I was crouched there, I remember thinking how I felt like I wanted to "go to sleep" or like I was sleep deprived. I couldn't shake this feeling, no matter how alert I tried to make myself. I still felt like a zombie. I walked forward a bit, reached my hand out to a lower shelf, and closed my eyes. I imagined to myself that my hand was about to touch a small box filled with something chocolatey. Sure enough, my fingers brushed against something. I opened my eyes. A small orange box of Reese's minis was lying there. I got excited. I picked them up, ripped the top open, and gorged myself. They weren't bad, but then again, I wasn't really focusing on the taste.. as I was trying to find what next to do. Another dip happened in my lucidity and now I was in a small shop. J and her roommate were both standing beside me. We were all looking around at things. I remember seeing a stand close to the checkout counter that had decks of cards in it. I thought to myself, "I do need a deck of cards, I've never owned one before." But then I reasoned, "Hang on, this is a dream. I can't take this back (but I wish I could)." So I tore my eyes from the display and walked out the door with J and her roommate. We were walking down the opposite way of the road I had been on much earlier. We came to a kind of deserted, graffitied building. Sam and my little brother were with me now. We all walked in, and found two guys in there, rolling on the floor or something. They laughed and walked out. I realized that this was just a bathroom. The walls were also graffitied in here as well, and the main wall paint was black. I walked into one of the larger stalls and looked around. A small light bulb hung over everything. We were back outside. We walked to a gravel/rock parking lot that was beside the building. I wanted to go somewhere else. I had never tried teleportation before, so I thought it would be cool to try. Using expectation with the dream characters/people around me (Sam, my brother, J, and her friend), I remember looking around and grabbing a semi-smooth stone that was about half the size of my hand if I had made it into a fist. "Guys, look.." I said. "This is a summoning rock." I don't know why I called it that. I showed it to them. They were a little surprised by it and thought it was cool. I tried to etch something into the rock with my finger by expectation, so as to make it seem more.. "symbolic". I silently thought to myself that I could. The top of the rocks surface was then able to be chipped away like a half-baked cookie. I etched a small cross into the top of it with my fingernail. I held it in my hand. I wasn't sure how we were all supposed to teleport there at once, but I decided that if I believed we could, then we could. I told everyone to get into a circle, and all hold hands. We all did. "I guess I put the summoning rock into my hand.." I muttered. "And hold yours.." I said to, I think it was, Sam. Now, we were all linked. I closed my eyes and shouted, "To Hogwarts!" That was the first thing that came out of my mouth. I didn't even plan to go there, I just wanted to go somewhere. We "appeared" in what looked like the Great Hall without any tables or chairs. I could see a much larger Hagrid standing beside a weak-looking Dumbledore like a guard. Dumbledore was seated in a throne-like chair. Hagrid was not happy to see us. Then I woke up. Note: At one point during this dream, I remember using the spell "Incendio" with just my hands, on someone. I didn't have a wand. This resulted in a small flamethrower-like fire coming out of my fingertips.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being in my room at my mom's house. My older sister was asleep on my bed, while Sam was under my bed (the bed was slightly taller) on her laptop. I walked into my bathroom. My sister had woken up and followed me in there. "I'm about to take a nap." she told me. She then made to go back into my room, but then I became annoyed. "Go to sleep in your bed.." I growled. She gave me a pissy look. I looked on the floor. Percy, my bearded dragon, was looking up at me. Suddenly, I wasn't in the dream anymore. I was back in my bed. 'This had happened to me last night,' I thought. 'I woke up from a very short dream and I had a false awakening. Maybe it's happening again. Nah, maybe not...' I was laying on my side with my left arm under the pillow. I heard my family downstairs, talking low; 'probably getting ready for breakfast,' I thought. 'That can't be right, though. my step mom has work, and my brother wouldn't be up at this time...' I slipped my hand up through the covers, clasped my nose, and breathed in just to make sure. Sure enough, it was like my fingers weren't even there. Before I moved, I remembered where I was. 'You're in a dream. Hang on..' I tried to prop myself up on my elbow, but was having a very difficult time doing so, like I was stuck to my bed by a very large wad of chewing gum. So I tried to take it slowly. I still had my 'eye mask' on, and I didn't move to take it off yet. I remember feeling the coolness of my pillow as I was trying to get my arm out from under it. I reached out my right arm with much difficulty, and felt for my bedside table. The cool corner of the table brushed my fingertips. At first, I was grabbing on for support, but then I just placed my hand fully on it, trying to ground myself and increase my sense of touch. To test it, I wanted to see if I could 'break' the corner with expectation, but before I could finish expecting it, I was back in my regular bed in RL.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember I was doing my WILD technique, when suddenly I found myself in my bedroom at my dad's house, sleeping in my sister's bed. Sam called my name. She sounded close. I grunted in reply, because I was "asleep," doing my WILD attempt. She threw something at me on the bed. I opened my eyes and looked at it. It was her phone. A message was open on it that was a conversation between her, my mom, and some guy that wanted a dog [that we didn't have]. I read the messages for a moment, then I found myself back doing my WILD attempt again, in my bed at my mom's house (where I started). A couple seconds passed. I realized where I had just "been." 'Dang, I was just dreaming.' I thought. About a minute passed. I could feel slight vibrations in my body, and, now that I think about it, I didn't really feel anything at all. I almost felt "wide awake." I heard thunder roll outside my window, and rain began to pick up. I wondered what time it was. Then I heard my sister and my brother come into my room. They were talking about the storm, "It's starting again." I heard my sister say. I wondered why they were in my room, but my main curiosity was about the thunder and rain. Were we under a thunderstorm or tornado warning? I decided to call this WILD attempt a bust. I sat up, and RCed just in case. I almost knew it before I even did the RC. Sure enough, I was in a false awakening. I tried to control my emotions and actions, but they had already begun to take over me, and I started to rush like I normally do in my lucid dreams. I was ripping my sleep mask off and getting off my slightly larger bed before I told myself that I need to stabilize and remember where I am. I stopped myself moving with MUCH difficulty. I was excited. I could see a little bit of white light coming through my window. "Okay," I said out loud, to myself. I closed my eyes (which was probably a mistake) for a second, then opened them again. "You are in a dream right now. You can do anything..." But before I could finish grounding myself, the desires of myself started to take over. I walked over to my bedside table and tried to turn on my lamp. But of course it didn't work. I almost told it to light itself, but something else occured to me. I realized I was halfway hunched over, staring at a stuffed animal on my bed. It had a frightened look. I realized what was making me hunched over was my hair. It weighed a good 10 pounds on top of my head, and was all in front of my face. I tried to move it out of the way, but it would barely budge. So I said, "Hair, UP!" Suddenly, my hair began twisting around to the back of my head. I felt around for my hair. Sure enough, it was "up", like the direction. I don't know what was holding it up. And then I added, "like in a ponytail..." Then, my hair began twisting itself all around and formed its own crude ponytail holder. It felt a little loose and I could see that it was bumpy in my mirror that was now very close to my bed. I then said, "Erase bumps." But I didn't get to see what would happen, because, before I knew it, I was back in RL, in my bed, still doing my WILD attempt. My chest felt hot. My heart was pounding. 'This can't be good to feel.' I thought. I tried to stabilize my breathing and focus on the lucid dream I had just exited. But, to no avail. I decided I should probably get up and record the dream, anyway.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID We had just arrived at our college, and our first day of classes would be held the next day. I remember walking through what looked like a small town inside the campus, with a giant jumbotron reminding us about our first day of classes that would take place the next day. The scene shifted. I was now in what seemed like a large dorm building, but it was only one floor, and there could be three or four people to a room. The kitchen was in the middle of the whole dorm. We had our own bathrooms, though. I shared an open dorm (it wasn't fully closed off with four walls) with J, L, and Sam. I remember we were all sitting on our beds, which were side by side and across from eachother, watching the little TV that was perched on the wall to the left. L was sitting on my bed, which was the closest to the TV. Somehow, I kept hitting her in the face with my elbow or my hand. She quietly just shrugged it off. I felt really bad, so I didn't move around or talk much anymore. Time went forward. I had just woken up in my bed and looked at the clock, it was about 6 AM. Everyone was starting to stir around me. I thought I had better get up, because classes were going to start soon. But my heart sank. I didn't have a map or anything, and I didn't even have my class schedule printed out. Sam was awake. I asked her if she had a map. She told me she didn't either. I then remembered my dad saying something about using your GPS for the campus. I assumed that could work, so I didn't worry about it further. However, I was still upset about my class schedule. People were moving about now, taking showers, getting dressed. I got out of my bed, kneeled on the floor by my bed, and used my bed as a desk for my laptop. I opened my laptop, and was about to look for my class schedule. Suddenly, I fell asleep on my closed laptop. I woke up later. Apparently some people had fallen asleep again, too. All was quiet. It was still a little dark outside. I rubbed my face and wished I hadn't fallen asleep on the laptop because I might have drooled on it or something. Picking it up, however, I noticed the laptop had bent at an angle almost as easily as a piece of cardboard. I thought this was odd. Just in case, I RCed just to make sure. I plugged my nose and breathed in, and sure enough, I was dreaming! However, I never really believe the nose plug RC sometimes because the result of it feels so weird, so I did it a second time. Yep, I was dreaming! A thought hit me. 'Oh no, but don't I have class in a couple of hours? Maybe I'll make this quick and get my goals done...' (So I thought that I fell asleep and had a lucid dream there, and that I wasn't actually just dreaming the whole time) I got up from the floor. As soon as I did, my right sock fell off. I remembered feeling it, but I thought I would just keep walking with it off. The sensation felt odd, but it didn't bother me too much. I started to fast walk down our hallway. I reached an open doorway on my left that looked like it led into an empty room, and I tried to go through. But as soon as I did, a powerful force or wind that seemed to be eminating from that room knocked me back and I hit the wall behind me. It didn't hurt, but it stunned me. I decided I wouldn't go that way. I went back up through where I came, and turned right into a larger hallway that opened up into the kitchen. It was dark, and I was worried about seeing someone in the shadows. But I did, like I was expecting, but it didn't scare me. I saw Sim sitting on one of the kitchen counters, and E was sitting at an island chair. I thought about my goal of eating a chocolate bar (I heard that everything tastes a lot better sometimes in dreams). "Sim," I asked. "Do we have any chocolate bars in here?" To my surprise, she said, "No, I don't think so, I haven't seen any." I thought about what I should do. 'I'll just look in random cabinets, I'm bound to find something then.' I went over to the sink that was in the middle of the kitchen and bent down. I moved over to the right, and opened the cabinet on my right, with the intent of finding a chocolate bar. All I saw were toppings to put on cookies, like peanut butter M&M's, shredded peanuts, pecans, and the like, but no pure chocolate. So I gave up on that idea. (I'm surprised, I should have asked her again, or tried to summon one again) I went to the outskirts of the kitchen. I then yelled, "Boyyys!" (I have no idea where that came from) I then heard a chorus of deep hey's coming from the opposite side of the house. I went back to the room that ejected me earlier. Before I went in, I imagined that I could get through it, and sure enough, I did without any problems. The room was small with a small window showing light outside now. To my left looked like the front door. I opened the door and peered outside. Immediately, the song "You Ain't Nuthin' but a Hound Dog" by Elvis filled my ears. I walked out onto the very small front porch. In front of me was a hedge that led out to the main road. I could see some people walking past our dorm house. I was second guessing if I really was dreaming right here. If I wasn't, I didn't want to make a fool of myself by going outside and running around in my pajamas. So I did the nose plug RC again, and yep, still dreaming! The music got a bit louder, and I began to walk to the beat out into the road. I was so overcome with emotion that I began to practically dance in the road. There were little crowds of people that were scattered around the place. I really wanted to fly. I ran and jumped but nothing happened, my feet pounded the pavement as I landed back onto the ground, as if in real life. Then, my alarm rang.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being at my mom's house in my slightly dark bedroom. The only other light that was in the room came from overcast light outside. About 5 other people were in there, out of those five I specifically remember Sim, Erin, and Mike being there. My bedroom had 4 other twin beds put in there, and my room was a bit bigger. The beds were side by side, and each person was laying on one with blankets. We were taking turns playing some sort of game of charades. I remember that it was my turn. I walked up to my desk with one of my blankets, and sat down in my desk chair. I didn't proceed to act out, though, because Sim and Erin were talking and I was talking with them. Suddenly, as if it was totally normal, I began to sort of "conduct" this music that was playing. It was the "20th Century Fox" theme music that plays before most movies. I don't know where it was coming from, but I didn't think it was weird or anything, in fact, I was having a lot of fun. After that ended, I was still sitting in the chair. Suddenly, Sim got onto her knees on her bed, held her blanket above her head so it made a sort of "cave" over her, and proceeded to "whip" her hair in a circular motion. Sort of like a stripper. "Wait, Sim no..." I said. "Don't do that.." Erin saw it too and was saying the same thing. "No.. you gotta do it like this." and Erin proceeded to whip her hair up and down. After a couple seconds, I said, "What am I even doing up here?" I got up from the chair and went and "sat" on top of my bedside table. Mike was to my right, looking at me curiously. Some urge of mine told me to open the cabinet of my bedside table. I reached down to the light tan cabinet knob of the bedside table, and opened it. Oddly, there was another door behind it. The same exact one, in fact, like I had never opened the door in the first place. Realization overtook me. "Wait a minute..." I said. I reached up to my nose, pinched, and breathed in. I was actually DREAMING! Suddenly, all noise had stopped. There were only three people in the room now. I could feel a weak presence at my right elbow; there was someone walking beside the bed to the left; and myself. This dawned on me in about a half second. Ignoring whatever was at my right, I slowly got off the bedside table and acted like I was walking towards whatever person was walking towards the bathroom now. It looked like someone I knew, but I couldn't really tell in the semi-darkness. Once my feet hit the floor, I suddenly felt someone push me from the right, my shoulder. I heard a large grunting noise from right beside my right ear, sounding like "ERR!" I expected that I would hit the ground. But instead, I kept falling. I couldn't see anything or feel anything. I felt like I could have been floating. From the time I was pushed to the time the dream ended, it had been about 3 seconds. Then I woke up, for real.

10.01.2015Fly Me To The Moon (DILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I think I was lucid from the start. My bedroom was dark, and I was standing in the middle of the room. I wasn't scared like I usually was - of the dark in dreams, because I knew I could change it - I was aware enough to realize that I needed to turn on the lights and stabilize the dream, one of my goals. I remember saying out loud, "Why does it have to be so dark?" The lights slowly came on in my room (my lamp and my main light), as well as the light outside. I thought again to stabilize the dream. I walked over to the right where my mirror would have been (it wasn't), and gently touched the wall. It felt cold, but not too cold. I noticed my hand was slightly deformed, and a very light, glowing outline was around it. My touch sense improved a bit. I backed away from the wall and shouted, "Clarity now!" However, it didn't really help. I saw a small end table up against my wall. A book was lying there, it looked like a Webster's Dictionary for kids (it was that thick, and it had many colors on it). I walked over and picked it up. I turned it over onto the back, where the summary/sneak peek of the book usually was. As I looked at all the words on the book, they constantly kept changing. There were a lot of one sylable words, like "had", or "that", and the sentences didn't really make sense. I decided to read them aloud as best as I could. I did (I don't remember any of it now), and as I did, my voice sounded a bit distorted, and a little lower. I put down the book. I turned around and walked towards my window. It was open, and daylight was streaming in. I stuck my head out; and instead of our large front yard, it looked like there was a building right below me that connected to our house, with a small concrete/grass courtyard inbetween the two buildings. I remember then saying, "Show me something fun." (As if talking to my subconcious) Right in front of my eyes, out a little ways in the air; a dark, shadowy rainbow began to form. It quickly disappeared. Somehow I got onto the ground (it was blurry right then). I walked in the courtyard a bit, just looking around. I saw lots of pebbles on the ground around my feet. I looked to my left. I saw a bucket full of water. I then thought, "Oh! I can try to water bend!" I walked over to the bucket, and stood on either side of it. I at first tried using both hands, and was willing the water to move. I gently was moving my hands in a continuous up and down motion, acting like my hands were scooping the water up. I noticed tiny movements and ripples in the water. After a couple more seconds, I used more "strength". I tried to use varying hand positions, and trying to make my hands more "gentle." The water started to rise up out of the bucket, but there was some resistance. Suddenly, a boy about my age, if not a bit younger came up. He seemed immature. He was looking me up and down. I looked back to the water. With some new, great resolve I waterbended a portion of water out and threw it at his face. At the same time, I clenched my hands together (but not all the way into fists). The splashing water immediately turned into ice. The ice crystals formed within a second. It looked so cool. He stood there, stunned. Most of the ice was on his face, and it froze his hand in mid-air. He then fell over because of the heavy ice. I walked over to where most of the pebbles were. With element-bending in mind, I also thought I could try earth bending. I wasn't too familiar with those, though, as I was with water bending. At first, I tried to stomp on the ground, and create a crater, with rocks flaying out from it, like rippling water. It didn't work so well. I was able to crack some of the concrete when I landed, and some dust clouds flew up, but that was about it. I tried to move the rocks and pebbles at my feet, with varying motions of my hands, but that didn't work so well, either. I decided to go back inside. However, I didn't want to be near my house anymore. So I found our lone "front" door in the courtyard. There were small steps leading up to it, but no deck. I touched the door knob. I closed my eyes and tried to imagine another place, like a beach or forest. I opened the door. I then opened my eyes, but to my disappointment, it was still my house. It was dark inside. While still standing there, I suddenly remembered another goal I wanted to achieve. I wanted to eat something. As if on command, I heard my mom shout, "Dinner's ready!" from inside the house. I walked into the house and closed the door. I was in the den, as if I had entered from the back door of the house. I walked forward and to the left where our kitchen was. Momma was in there, bustling around with the food. Daddy was also in there, helping put out plates. I remember seeing my siblings walking around as well. I couldn't smell very well what was cooking. Instead of waiting for the plates to be served, I grabbed what I thought was a green bean out of the pot on the stove. I put it in my mouth. It had the consistency of spinach; it was mushy, as well as slightly fibrous (like eating a twig) but it still tasted like a green bean. Some time went by. My siblings and I walked outside to the backyard. It was dark now, the sun was almost setting behind the trees. I looked up. Dark clouds took shape in the sky; it was twilight. I wanted to increase the lighting again. "Come out, sun." I said, to myself. The sun slowly rose from its setting position up into the middle of the sky. The sky brightened at that, as well as the clouds. It turned into a pretty day. My eyes still looking up, I looked around for the moon. I saw its smooth silhouette a ways beside the sun. I wanted to fly to the moon. I jumped, and, still looking at the moon, I willed myself to it. I imagined the moon becoming closer and closer. Instead of actually flying, I looked back towards the ground. I was levitating about 3 feet off the ground, in a superman-like flying position. My siblings were looking at me kinda funny. I gave up and landed back on the ground. I decided I wanted to pull the moon towards me. I "imagined" with my mind, a lasso in my hands. It didn't show up in my hands, but I made the motion anyway of "lassoing" the moon. After a second, I began to "pull" on this invisible rope. There was great resistance, but the moon began to get bigger. I pulled again, harder. It got even bigger. I pulled once more, with all my strength. The moon continuously kept getting bigger, huge now; as if I had pulled it out of orbit and it was sailing towards us. Instead of it landing on the earth, however; a dark building landed in front of me. I, stupidly, assumed it was part of the moon. It wasn't really a building; it was circular, with 3 floors, but no walls. The entire structure was dark purples, blues, and blacks. There was a person in a costume standing on the topmost floor, leaning on the fencing. I walked around it, looking at it. The dream ended when my alarm woke me up. 01.01.2015Dark Storms (DILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being at my school. It was dark outside, and I was standing in the lobby. Only a couple lamps illuminated the lobby and elementary hall to my left. Suddenly, I felt aware.. Wasn't I just asleep in my bed? I did the nose plug RC. Sure enough, I could breathe through my nose! I proceeded to run down the hall to my left, and for some reason, that caused me to teleport. I wound up in my mom's house. It was still nighttime. (I had lost some lucidity here) Some of my classmates (mainly boys) were in my living room with me. We were sitting on two couches. I was in between two of them, Mike on my right and I think it was WL on my left. I think we were watching a movie on a very dim TV screen in front of us. Here, I just kind of let the dream go (I didn't have that much control). Mike was talking to me and suddenly he placed his hand on my right leg. He smiled at me kind of oddly. I noticed he didn't have the best intentions, so surprisingly, I was aware enough (I'm really surprised I did this) to move his hand off of my leg. He then began nudging me with his shoulder, playfully. We ended up "falling asleep". (There was a period of time where it was darkness for a couple seconds) We all woke up at the same time, still in the same place on the couch. "Did we fall asleep?" I heard myself say sheepishly. "I guess so." Mike said. The living room was dark. I heard something outside. I turned around and looked towards the front door. I could see through the windows on the door (not blurry and distorted like they are in real life). I saw what looked like a police car pulling out of the next-door-neighors-who lived-across-from-us's front yard. "Is that the police?" I asked out loud. I got up from the couch and walked towards the front door and opened it. I saw that it was raining, much like a monsoon. The guys followed me to the door. Across the road, I saw the police car, and a badly wrecked car beside it in the yard. "Oooh." said someone. Suddenly, they disappeared. Having little control and awareness, I assumed that they went to go look at the wreckage. I closed the front door. I found my glasses on me somewhere (probably in my pocket). As I was handling them, I noticed they were broken. The frames had snapped in two. "Maybe I could use some sort of magic to repair these", I thought. I never tried. I walked to the back door, and looked out onto the back porch. It was dark of course. I could see my great dane staring at me through the window. He looked oddly deformed. I opened the door to get a better look. Instead of a normally shaped dog; his body looked like a balloon. His head was normal sized, and his legs were very thin and long. His tail was nonexistant. When he walked around, it was creepy. Creeped out, I went back inside and closed the door. Suddenly, I heard a loud clap of thunder. It sounded more like glass breaking, but then a very bright flash of light illuminated my vision. The house was as dark as ever. A very loud clap of thunder again. A flash of light. A bit scared, I opened the front door again. It was barely raining now. Pieces of the wrecked car were still there. I then woke up naturally. Vividity: 7.5 Awareness: 8 Dream Length: 4-5 mins.
22.11.2012Halfway In (DILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being with my friend Julia and my sister Sam. I think we were in front of my Dad's house, only we were in a neighborhood. (In real life it is secluded in the woods) Julia brought some sort of car with her. My step dad was here now, and he came up to us. Julia gave us something to put on. I want to say that they were glasses, but I'm not so sure. So i will say that they were. She gave them to me and I put them on. Apparently, it made you invisible and likely teleport to the dream world. I took them off for a second. I gave them to my step dad to see what it looked like for him to be invisible. He put them on, and slowly faded away. I put my hand to where he was. My hand was suddenly slowed to a stop as I tried to push my hand through "him". It was like pushing your hand through jelly. He took the glasses off and appeared. He was amazed. Julia gave Sam some glasses too. My step dad left, and we all put then on. We both hopped onto the outside of the car (it now looked like a dune buggy) as Julia drove. She told us that she was going to show us something. As she was driving, a small tent appeared at the end if the driveway. She drove towards it and as soon as we came to it, the tent flap opened for us. She drove in. The first thing we saw was some giant balloon animal to our right. Julia still driving on, we saw many things. We saw Dopey from Snow White dancing around us at one point (I thought he was a robot, but now that I think about it he may have been real), and we saw some ballerinas and ice skaters. I told myself that I would go back there again. When the tour was done, there were a lot of people in the lobby meeting the manager and other characters. I suddenly realized I could be dreaming. I told Sam and Julia that I would be right back, and slipped away. I found a room with three mirrors in them. Now halfway lucid, I decided I would be brave and walk up to the mirror. Bracing myself, I walked up in front of it. And to my horror.. I looked and my feet looked like where my head should be and I was standing on my head. I looked in the other mirror. My jaw was shaped sort of oddly but that's about it. The other one yielded the same results. I decided to try to step through the mirror. Putting my hand up to the mirror, I imagined that the glass was water. Touching the glass, it felt cold, but like liquid. I pushed my hand through, only able to get half of my hand through before it stopped.
08.11.2012Ryuuji (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being with Takasu, Ryuuji in the anime Toradora. We were pretty good friends (I guess I could have been considered Taiga). I remember we were both sitting on my bed in my room, talking and laughing about something. Suddenly he stops and says, "Hey... do you want to go out with me?" I gave him a puzzled look. "Like... out on a date?" "Yeah.." "Okay, when?" I don't remember his reply. We walked outside together. It was raining, just a light drizzle. Ryuuji took an umbrella from out of nowhere and held it over me. I blushed. That was nice of him. We sat on a bench outside for a while, just talking about the future. I woke up later and missed it so. I thought it was real. 08.11.2012Space Organazation (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being outside where our garages are at my mom's house. This woman was taking some sort of photoshoot of a woman I didn't know. The photographer looked a bit familiar. She looked at me. "Will you go tell Miss _____ (can't remember her name) that the _____ (party?) is on ______ (a date)? I contemplated that sentence for a minute. I walked back through the garage, but then forgot it. I walked back out to the photographer and asked her to repeat it again. She growled at me but repeated it again. I then ran back inside so I wouldn't forget. My house was transformed into some kind of super galactic space organization where everyone had what looked like huge razors but were lit up, like light sabers. I walked to the back where a huge room was sitting. There were two double doors leading into it. One was closed, and the other was a little open, so I wasn't sure if I was allowed to go in there. To my left, I heard a man saying, "Oh no, I am so sorry, I ruined it all." Over and over and over again. A little creeped out, I walked away to find the woman. Instead I found a man playing with some kids on a playground set inside the house, and I asked him to get the message to her. He said he could, and left. I was watching him from a distance now. He was really clumsy. He accidentally hit a wall and his razor went through it, a clean cut. He did this three more times before somebody got a hold of him and told him to calm down. I'm not sure what happened to him, and I woke up.
07.11.2012Eighteen Wheeler Party (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being at my mother's house. For some reason, I was wearing one of my dad's huge T-shirts and pajama pants. I walked into the living room and heard a loud noise outside, it kind of sounded like a car. I opened the curtain and peeked outside the back porch window. I saw what looked like a huge eighteen wheeler (in the dream I thought it was a golf cart) driving around the back of my house. Instead of storage on the back of it, there was just a long plank. And on the plank there were sitting about 20 people, just chilling. I thought that was so cool. It eventually drove around the front of my house and got onto the road. I looked out again and the people waved at me as it drove away. The dream sped forward and I was with a group of people who wanted to build some sort of fun attraction. I just remember being with a group of people, and we found a large house with some little houses around it that needed fixing up. So we bought the plot of land. One of my friend's was with us. She told me that she was on that eighteen wheeler that drove around my house. She said she was having a birthday party on it. "Really?" I said. "I thought it was a golf cart.." Now it was daytime and very much like fall. It seemed that all of the trees were maple, so I saw a ton of red and orange maple leaves on the ground. And they were still falling all about us, so it was very pretty. I remember our "leader" (for some reason he reminded me of the lead singer in the band Skillet) told us we had to be in a specific formation when he talked to us. Don't ask me why. Then the dream ended sometime later.
I remember walking towards the Stonehenge. Suddenly, the ground became marsh-like under my feet. With as much strength as I could, I made it to the dryer parts of the ground. I finally made it inside the Stonehenge. I turned to my left, and there was a man leaned up against one of the stones. He was dressed in all black. It looked like he was sleeping, for he didn't look up at me. His black hat covered his hair so I don't know what color it was. I continued to the middle of the stonehenge. I stepped onto one of the smaller stones. Lifting my hands up in the air, I sent out a beam of bursting blue light. I tried to channel that energy through my mind, hoping it would reach someone. But no one came. But then I remembered, "Crap! They should be meeting at the pyramid.." So I stepped off the stone, and using my left hand drew a circular portal in the air. The portal was a purplish dark blue, with swirling sparkles inside here and there. I put my hand through the portal. I felt the heat of the desert. I stepped through and was in darkness. But then the darkness gradually became lighter, and there it was. The Giza Pyramid. I was standing at its base. I flew up to the very top, and did the same thing I did at the Stonehenge. I sent out a bright blue beam with my hands, pointed straight up into the pristine sky. Suddenly, somebody dressed in green and black with black hair (If I remember correctly) flew up beside me. He hovered in the air, observing me. I asked him who he was. He didn't disappear. Maybe I forced him not to, but I still wasn't sure if he was real or not. But he still said nothing. He flew down to the ground, and I resumed my light beam. I then "channeled" out, "If you hear me, shout my name!" I repeated this many times, but I didn't hear much. I could've sworn I heard a murmur, though. Then I lost conecentration and opened my eyes.
24.08.2012The Circus (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being in my house that I used to live in when I was little. I remember putting my iPod on Pandora, and putting it into the iHome connected to all of the speakers in the house. I put it on "Quickmix" So I could get a mixture of all of my favorite artists and genres. I remember there being this very cute guy. He wore a white muscle shirt and black pants. His hair I think was a reddish brown and it was slightly curly. And I think he talked in a British accent. The cute guy left my house, and I followed him. He walked faster than me though (for some reason I had transformed into a smaller girl) and I lost him. I came across a circus. It was a fairly odd circus, the tent was just like a camping tent.. and there wasn't very many people there. A boy walked up to me. He was about my age in this dream, (my age being about 10 or so, based on my appearance) and he talked to me for a while. We walked side by side and looked around the circus together. Almost towards the end of the dream, I was in "3rd person", where I could see myself as well as the boy walked beside me. All of a sudden, a huge firecracker landed and exploded right beside him, where I was. He wasn't hurt, but I was no longer there. He looked around, and shakily called out my name. He called it out again. I emerged from the bushes on my side, trembling in fear. I just escaped death. We hugged for a minute, and continued walking down the road. I found myself back at the circus. There was a special tent that would lift itself up and tickle the people's feet that were standing outside of it. It was called the "Monkey tent" or something. I made it back to my house. I was standing in my living room when the cute guy from earlier came back. He walked inside my living room and winked at me. :3 Then I woke up.
09.08.2012Waterslide College (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember coming to visit some kind of dorm. They were having a party in there. I was with Sam and my friend Julia. Once we walked in, I saw the entrance to a waterslide on the other side of the room. Well it wasn't really an entrance, it was an exit. There were a lot of people in here having fun. I remember seeing a weird creepy guy (the guy in the new Footloose that offered the main character a smoke), and he offered us some kind of yellow concoction. I remembered hearing a guy yell to him, "Hey! Be nice!" The dean walked through the doorway. Everyone stopped and stared. As fast as they could, they ran through the waterslide exit, into which we found that there was a secret waterslide entrance that led out of the dorm. We took it, and it was pretty cool. Once we got out, we found out that this college was full of waterslides. You traveled by water, pretty much. We walked along the water path behind the people that had the party. There was a huge "hole" in the ground, but it was actually several waterslides joined together forming the outside of the hole, and a pool of water in the middle. On the outside of this hole was a lazy river all around. Pretty cool. Somehow being here, I got lost from Sam and Julia. I panicked, not knowing what to do. I overheard a person of authority (probably a teacher) say that the water was getting rough in certain dorms. (Like where you saw the waterslide exit in the dorm) I gasped. I had to find them, they didn't know. I got out of the water and looked around. There were so many waterslides I couldn't find the right one that led to that specific dorm. So I ran on the street looking for that dorm. I finally found it. I ran around to the side of the building, and sure enough, the entrance for that waterslide's water was covering the hole, so you would just be swimming if you tried to slide down. I looked around for them. Sam and Julia were standing on the ledge right when you slide down. The ledge was about 3 feet below the asphalt that I was standing on. I grabbed Samantha's arms and pulled her up, and we did the same for Julia. Then the dream ended. 09.08.2012Island Fun (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being on some kind of tropical island that was raised up from the ground. If I looked out towards the water, all I could see was water, no land in sight. But this tropical island was pretty big. It was populated. I wanted to jump off of the island into the water, but I was kind of afraid to. So I took a running start. I jumped off and landed into the water from about 20 feet in the air. It was fun. I got scared for some reason, probably about the sea creatures. So I swam back to an island that was more closer to the ground, and climbed up on it. It was one of those very small circular islands like you see in cartoons. It wasn't made of sand though, the bottom of all of these islands were made of rock. I climbed back up using smaller islands as "stepping stones". I eventually found my way back to the top. I remember that I made a friend there. He was a talking crab/lobster (Sebastian?) who had a little human qualities about him. I decided to jump off again, this time grabbing my friend. He was the size of my hand. I ran towards the edge, and leaped off once more. Falling into the water, I started to swim back to the smaller island. But something weird had happened. The current around the smaller islands overlapped with the current from the sea, making a small waved wall about 2 feet high streaming continuous water. I tried to swim through it, but it kept pushing me back. I swam down the little wave wall looking for a smaller entrance, and sure enough there was a smaller one. I swam towards it. There was a palm tree right next to it, in which I could "boost" myself over the current wall. So I did, and made it! I made it back onto the small island. It was about dusk now. I realized by now that my friend was no longer in my hand. I thought about going to to find him in the water, but I was afraid I would get stuck. He was a crab, anyways.
06.08.2012I'm a Dancer (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember being a dancer in a huge dance company. Instead of large rooms where people practiced, it looked like we practiced on a gated field full of sand. I remember having a partner. He was oddly familiar, and had brown or black hair. He was a surprisingly good dancer. Whenever we practiced, some sort of light shown on places I should put my hands and feet at for the next dance move and where I should be positioned. I told my dance partner that I was afraid I would do horribly in the competition without those lights. He told me that it would be easier than i thought. At some point during the dance, my partner and I transitioned to a dance move where I jumped onto him and did a handstand on his shoulders, so that I was upside down in te air. I was holding (or rather pushing) on his shoulders and he was holding onto mine. We had to keep that pose for a couple of seconds but had trouble keeping it. Towards the end of the dream I remember that my focus was "switched" off of me to one of my friends. Meaning it was like I was seeing what this friend was seeing and thinking what she was thinking. Somehow I went up missing (my body did). I still had the viewpoint of my friend. She brought her other friends to go look for me. Eventually, they found me under a pile of sand. In the dream I thought that I was either trying to suffocate myself or someone dropped sand onto me. I can't remember the rest of the dream. 06.08.2012Lonely (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I remember a fragment of one of my dreams. I remember being angry at my two sisters about something in the dream, and it made me feel lonely. I remember carrying my laptop up to my room (it was actually my old room in the dream) and putting it down on the bed. I was frustrated also about the summer reading I had to get done. That was when I was shocked awake by some thunder.
