    1. The Prince of Light, Exploring

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I remember being picked to be in some sort of class. I walked in. The room was pretty dark, and only ominous light shown from hidden places around the room.

      Each desk was set on a stair step, and their were also desks opposite those desks on the other side of the stair step.
      I walked around awkwardly, trying to find a desk. Almost all of them were taken. I decided to pick one right beside a girl I thought I knew.

      After everyone had settles, a weird air set over the place. All of a sudden, everyone turned into a different person. They were their same "person", just different attitudes. They became very slow and almost unresponsive. For some reason, I was unaffected.

      The "camera" went up to the top of the stairs. It showed an immediate drop off to the floor below.
      A shining boy flew in. The "camera" focused on him. He had snowy white hair. He was standing up on something. I assumed that somthing possessed magic that gave him the ability to fly. He had kind eyes, and a dazzling smile. The whole being of him just sparkled with pure white light.

      I remember being in some sort of small cave, exploring or something. A boy was with me. He had brought two flashlights with him. Ignoring the other flashlight, I just shot light out of my hands. I thought nothing about it.

      Another little creature was with us. It was very hyper, and we had to shine our lights on it wherever it went, so we wouldn't lose it. My lights started to dim, but I quickly renewed them by willing them to brighten and extending my arms out further.

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I was standing in the kitchen at my mom's house. Then I realized, "Am I supposed to be here?" I nose plugged RC but for some reason I thought it failed. I tried again. I breathed through my nose, but I thought it felt normal. So then I tried to hover. I jumped up and willed myself to, but I just fell back down and hit the ground.

      I was in a dream. I remember it having some sort of red theme to it. All of a sudden, a thought sprung through my mind. "Wait, is this a dream? I could be dreaming!" Excitement rushed through me. But then the dream started to fade, every time I would blink I would see my room, illuminated by the morning sun. And then, the dream was gone.

      "No!" I thought. I layed there for a second where I awoke, staring at the wall. But then somehow, a pixelated line ran across my line of vision. "What the heck?" I thought. "Wait... what if this was a false awakening?"

      I did the nose RC and I was lucid!
      From where I was laying, I sat up and tried to get out of bed as slowly as possible. I stood up in my room. It wasn't as vivid as I had hoped.

      I wanted to stabilize. But I forgot to do the crawling technique. So I just looked up at the ceiling and shouted, "Give me more vividness!" Nothing. So I tried again. "Vividness, now!" Then I tried, "Clarity, now!" Nothing.

      I don't remember doing much in my room, or how I got outside. But I remember walking up through the grassy field, not really looking at anything but trying to find my Dream Guide. I felt that I wanted to fly just a little. So I pushed off the ground as hard as I could, but I didn't really get anywhere. It was just like jumping on a trampoline really. So I tried again, this time with more gusto. While in midair, I closed my eyes and imagined me floating. Sure enough, when I opened my eyes, I was hovering about 2-3 feet above ground. "Pretty cool," I thought. But then again, I've always done this in dreams. I glided a bit up the field, then landed.

      I saw a group of people inside what looked like a plastic space ship looking thing. I entered it, and yep, there were indeed some people dining. I saw a group of people and decided to go talk to them.

      I approached them. They all looked at me. I can't remember what I asked them, but I think it was something about my Dream Guide. They shook their heads. I also asked them about one of my fears and how it could be solved. One of them sighed (a fairly skinny lady with brown hair, and wore a red dress with dangly earrings to match), and mumbled something. I don't remember what it was.

      The dream sped forward again and I was at my school, still lucid. The same woman in the red dress was here, but she had a sour look on her face. She didn't like me for some reason.

      There was a ton of people on one of our soccer fields, probably having a party. I saw a group of people and I walked up to them and see if they would tell me something. I don't remember the things they said to me, though.

      I remember running up to the soccer goal, and a soccer ball was in front of me. I yelled, "Soccer!" and I tried to kick the ball as hard as I could. But something stopped me.


      I then lost lucidity. I thought that I had woken up at my school. "Darn it!" I yelled; unaware of the people still around me.

      I never regained my lucidity, and woke up.

    4. 5/18/12 A lucid, 2 dreams, and a fragment

      I remember being in some kind of forest area. It was very dark, but for some reason we had these little lamps hanging up in the trees to provide light. I was with a couple of people.

      I can’t remember what caused us to do this, but my friends starting sprinting off, like they got scared of something. I quickly followed behind them, tracking them down with my eyes so that I wouldn’t get lost in the darkness.
      I went around every tree and crevice that I could see that they dodged. I came to a small hill, and jumped off. In midair I thought, “Wait, this is a dream!” and landed. I felt a mild shock in my shoulders and back. I didn’t RC, I just kept following them. Eventually the dream ended. I only took that little moment to notice that I was dreaming, but lost lucidity right after that moment.

      A Two Story Car?
      I was with my sister Sam, and my little brother Tom. We were inside a large vehicle. There were these two men who were taking us somewhere in it.
      I think we were trying to hide some sort of object. But I’ll get to that later.

      We stopped at some sort of truck stop, and a lot of weird people were walking around. The men got out, and told us to stay inside. They would only be a minute.

      We stayed inside the car and explored around. I found some stairs in the back of the car (the car outside was like a van, except it had two stories inside!) and climbed up them. Inside, I found a room as large as the one below. It looked like there were bookshelves full of records and books. Looking to the right I saw just a regular window. This room didn’t look like it was designed for a car at all, just a regular room you would find in your house.

      I walked downstairs and my sister was playing music on the radio. It was so loud I heard it while on the stairs. I think my brother was just sitting there not doing anything.

      I got back into my seat in the front (the steering wheel was on the right). I saw a weird man walk by, so I slid down in my seat. “Don’t let him see you.” I whispered.

      Eventually the men came back. We drove to some sort of warehouse looking place. Whatever we were trying to hide, one of the men had with him. We walked inside and saw some people walking around boxes. Inside looked like a huge garage. We went through a sort of side room (it looked like a hotel room) and I think put whatever we were hiding on the floor.

      Then the dream ended

      It's About to Rain
      We were at our school. I was with my friend Mike and his mom. We were outside on the playground, walking around. I remember Mike’s mom saying, “Mike, let’s go running.” (They were runners)
      He looked at the sky. It was a weird shade of yellow and it was starting to rain. “No, mom,” he said. “It’s going to get bad, the weather.”
      “Who cares let’s go.” She insisted.
      “But mom –“
      “Let’s go.” She said sternly.

      After that weird episode, it turns out they didn’t go running after all. He came to my house and we were in my bedroom. I think he was supposed to keep me company during the storm.

      We were in my sister’s car. She was driving down the road. All of a sudden, we see a car bump the one in front of him. They immediately stop, and Ken keeps going, since she’s in the other lane. I hear her go, “Oh my gosh!”
    5. 4/14/12 A Thief in the Night

      I lay down on the floor, getting ready for bed. I was sleeping over at my grandmother's house in the dream, but it wasn't her real house. My sister and I were sleeping in what looked like a large living room. My other sister, Ken, was sleeping in a bed somewhere in the house. So we slept on a pallet on the floor.

      I "woke up" at around dawn. My grandmother came running in. She told us there was a thief in the house.

      I got up and tiptoed around, my grandmother following me. I didn't hear anything. I looked out of the nearest window, and sure enough there was a hooded figure running through the nearby yard away from the house. He was holding what looked like a Wal-Mart plastic bag.

      He ran into a crowd of people going to school. I shot through the hallway, and out the door, determined to catch him. He was walking by now. I darted in front of him.

      "What did you take!?" I yelled, trying to get his attention.
      He looked up at me. He looked familiar, oddly familiar. He was very tall; much taller than me. His hood almost hid his eyes.
      He sighed, then threw the bag down.
      "Here," he said. "I don't need it."
      He looked at me. I noticed a sad look in his eyes, like he was searching for something.
      He turned and walked away, through the crowd.
      I stood there, my head spinning. How did I do that? I thought to myself.

      I looked inside the bag. There was a shrunken version of my backpack in there, and a couple of books I had at the house.
      Well I better go back.

      I walked back inside the house. My grandmother and my sisters ran up to me. "Are you okay?" They asked. I said I was fine, but a bit troubled. Why would he give these back?

      I walked into a little room on the right. Ken followed me inside. I looked up to a picture on the wall. The boy in the picture looked a lot like the hooded boy, only in the picture it was a younger version of him.

      When Ken looked at the picture, she said she knew who he was. He used to live in this house. I guess he was looking for something but was too embarrassed to walk up and ask or something like that.

      Then the dream ended.

    6. 5/12/12 The Elemental Hunger Games

      The Art of Rocketing
      I remember being at school. I was the only one in the hallway except for a girl. She walked up to a table near to me. I looked at the table. On it were books that had a lime green color on them. The girl noticed my interest and said, "You should check out this book. It's really great." Then she walked away.

      I walked up to the table and eyed the books. They were all the same. I read the cover. "The Art of Rocketing." it said. I flipped through the pages and decided that I wanted to try it out. So I started to read it.

      The dream turned into the scenario of the book. Two friends were out in the woods with their rockets. They placed the rockets under them and strapped on. One guy flew backwards; the rocket facing the other way than his body was. He shot through the trees. I could see the fire coming out of his rocket blazing throughout the air.
      They flew their rockets over to a creepy house that was for sale. A map was shown in front of me of the whole house. Apparently there were ghosts in some rooms, as it showed on the diagram.

      The Elemental Hunger Games
      I was sitting there with some people I knew and some I didn't know. We were sitting on a bench in a waiting room. In front of us was a wide mural of what looked like a map.

      I think I knew where I was. It was just like the Hunger Games; only you were on teams. You had to kill each person in each team to win. I think there were 4 teams with 5 or 6 people on each.

      My friend sat beside me. She looked over to me. "Hey," she said. "I hope we're on the same team."
      I nodded. "What elements do you know?" I asked her.
      She held up her hand and produced water in it, making it float. "Only water."
      I held up my hands and showed her mine. First I created a fiery ember in my hands, moving my hand all around it. Then I summoned a piece of earth in my hands. Next I created water the same way my friend did. Then I felt a gust of wind in my hands. I felt it circling around me.

      "So you know all of them, huh," she said. "I guess you're the avatar then."
      I didn't think that this was strange at all.

      Soon we had to go disperse into teams. Before I knew it, we were all on the battlefield sitting in our underground base. Everyone took turns going outside and guarding. It was a matter of life and death; we waited for the other teams to get beaten while we hid. It may have been cowardly, but I guess it was smart. It was my turn to go guard. I emerged out into some kind of junkyard. And to my luck, a large boy with what looked like a spear in his hands (this may have been Cato) came charging at me.



      I ducked as he tried to hit me with it, and threw an uppercut into his stomach. Staggering, he threw his spear straight at me. I dodged it; hearing it whistle by my right ear. Somehow I killed him, I don't remember how I did.
    7. 5/11/12 Thieves

      I was with my friend Julia and a couple of others. We were staying at some kind of hotel apartments. Around the hotel, there were some restaurants. One was McDonald's. I was kind of complaining that it didn't have any breakfast restaurants, like Huddle House or I-HOP. I remember walking down to a sort of tent thing outside of the building and sitting on the top of the jumpy surface. We leaned over and saw some kind of huge pot with what looked like yellow foam in it. I met some more friends from my class here.

      Once we were done, we walked back to the building. We entered what looked like my garage. Julia went through the door in front of me first. Suddenly, I dropped all of my shoes. Apparently I was holding them in my hands.

      I stooped down to pick up all of my shoes that dropped. I set my three bags on the floor; my purse, backpack, and a yellow duffle bag.

      I decided I would put a pair on, but struggled. I chose the flip flops; but I still couldn't put them on easily. So I just decided to grab all three. Julia was waiting for me inside the door, so I better hurry.

      I felt like someone was watching me. I looked up. Sure enough, a boy looked at me from around the corner, then hid his face. Before he could walk away, I ran in front of him. He smirked at me. He held my backpack and duffle in his hand.

      "Hey!" I yelled, lurching for my bags. He stepped back.
      "You don't want to do that." He smirked again.
      "And why not?"
      "I have a bomb here," He pointed into something in his pocket. "That could go off at any moment if you try me."
      I turned around, looking for something to hit him with. But when I turned back around to face him, he was already out the door. I started to run after him, but another boy, a much taller, stronger than the other, stepped in front of me.

      "Seriously, don't." He said.
      I tried to hit him, on the neck, hopefully that could stun him. I missed because he dodged.
      He held up what looked like a chalkboard eraser. "Nested inside here," he said, "is another bomb. Don't mess with me."
      I hesitated. Then I heard the door open behind me. Julia came running out, and started trying to hit the guy. We both were trying to throw punches, but he kept blocking them with his strong arms. Eventually we started kicking him, and he eventually ran away. They still had my bags though.
    8. 5/3/12 The Ribbons; New School, New Worries

      The Ribbons
      I remember being with my friends, J, E, and my sister Sam. For some reason we were exploring a tall hill. We decided to go back down. We were running down it as fast as we could, and we found someone’s house. Since we couldn’t go around it; we just decided that we would run through it and hope that no one saw us. We entered through their back patio door, and raced through there, looking for a front door. We ran into a big room, it was a girl’s room; she was possibly an only child. We ran through her outside door and made it onto the front driveway. We stopped to take a breath. Just as soon as we did though, two old men walked out of the house. They were looking at us rather curiously.

      “Please, come inside.” They said. “We would love to have you for company.”

      We hesitated, but decided to come in anyway. We went back through the outside door, entered the girl’s room, and then came through the kitchen. To the left was a bathroom.

      The dream sped forward. Apparently, one of our friends had taken some kind of purple hair ribbon piece from the girl’s room. We were still there and just looking around. J tried it on, wondering what it would look like. It was very pretty.

      I wanted to try something on. I looked around and found a wig; it looked like Hannah Montana’s wig; only it was very tangled. I held it in my hands, and looked all around the top of it, looked for the part. I found it. I decided I didn’t want to put it on; it probably wouldn’t look good anyways.

      The girl walked into her room, and seeing the four visitors, she ran back out. She then came back in. She was tall, and very pretty. She started talking to us about something. I looked at J and noticed that the ribbons were still in her hair. Crap.

      The dream sped forward again, and the girl left. She was okay that we were looking at her stuff. I wanted to try on the ribbon, so I got it from J and put it in my hair. I liked it a lot. I did some sort of dance routine with it on, and everyone said I also looked good with it in my hair. I made a note to myself to get more ribbons later on.
      That’s all I remember.

      New School; New Worries
      I was supposed to transfer to a new school. But I was just treating the first day as trying out for the school, and if I didn’t like it, I would switch back to my old one. I was very nervous; because this school was very big, and had many, many clubs; which means there are a lot of students. I came from a small private school, so you could imagine my anxiety.

      To soften my fear I remembered that both of my good friends went here; although, I probably wouldn’t be able to find them on the first day.
      I came through glass double doors. In front of me was not like a regular school that you have seen. It was awesome. The hallways looked like we were in some kind of space shuttle or something. It was decorated well.



      Someone came up to me, I don’t remember his name though. He welcomed me to the school, and told me that I should probably join a club first to get started. After immediately hearing these words, a group of girls ran up to me.
      She asked if I wanted to join theirs. I’m not sure what their club was, but you carried around brown messenger bags.
      I obliged, and they handed me a brand new messenger bag. I put it around my shoulder and let it hang over my upper body. One of the people in the club came up to me.
      “Wear it like this.” She said, fixing the bag so that she had her hand on the front of it. “That way you’ll look official.”

      I told her thanks, and turned towards the man that started talking to me in the first place. He said something about stamina in combat. My mind went straight to Eona for some reason. Anyways, he started throwing punches at me. I started to remark, but instead I jumped up and managed to dodge really well. I was impressed with myself.

      The I heard people all around say, “You’ll do well here, new kid.”
      All of a sudden, there was a siren. A pretty loud one. Everyone then went into a panic, and started walking fast. I ran outside to see what all the commotion was. The sky was grey and I could see a darker grey of a cyclone. I told myself if I didn’t go back in, I would get lost from my people. I quickly ran back in, and was being ushered by the man to get to safety.

      That’s all I remember.
    9. 5/2/12 Apartment Sleepover

      I remember being invited to a humongous party/slumber party with a ton of people in an apartment. Like the whole building. Even their parents came.

      After everyone got there, the apartments looked like they were all filled up with furniture (the building was empty when we got there). Inside the building on each floor, the apartments were divided, with a wide hallway in between them; like a mall layout only the stores were rooms.

      After a while, everyone got settled and people were going from room to room chatting. I remember meeting a boy (I think it was a boy, but he acted like this girl at my school who always wants attention, but he wasn’t “gay”) and he would always get into trouble. He was known for deceiving people and lying to them.

      I tried to befriend him, but after a while, he started to sneer at me, and backed away, smirking. I asked him what the problem was. He said he didn’t like me and to go away (or something like that). All sad, I just retreated back into my room.

      A few minutes later, he came back and apologized. He said that he didn’t mean it. I just agreed, and we walked around meeting people together for a while.

      Morning came, and we had to pack up. It was like renovations; all the plastic needed to be put back on everything, and for some reason we were going to put plastic over the whole building; as I didn’t see windows, only see through plastic.

      As we were packing up, I asked the boy if he could help me with something real quick. He came over, took one look, and walked away. “I have no idea who you are!” He yelled.

      I just stood there, with a puzzled expression on my face. What just happened?
      Oh well, he’s just stupid.

      That’s really all I remember.

      Adding Up
      I remember being at church with my family. I was sitting at another table beside them. In the background, i could see people walking around and talking and laughing, meaning the service was over. My mom and I were adding up something on our notes paper, I don't know why. I remember asking her, "What did you get?"

      Seven Lanes; Really?
      We were driving home. It looked like I was in third person. But I wasn't looking at just my car, I was looking at others too. It was nighttime. I remember our car coming up to our turn that enters the neighborhood we live in. Instead of just two lanes, it looked like seven lanes; for about six cars were stopped in the last six, for I could only squeeze into the last one.

      There also was a stoplight here where it shouldn't have been. I remember thinking to myself, "this car should do this," or "that car should do that." The car to the right of us got tired of waiting at the stoplight and backed away, leaving an empty lane for another driver.

      Rally
      I was with my family at my school. We were having some sort of really big event.
      I remember our gym grew into a big arena. I was a cheerleader, so I remember standing in the stands with all the other cheerleaders.

      The event hadn't started yet, so I decided to walk outside. For some reason my cat was walking around outside, so I picked her up. I carried her around to the courtyard. I heard a buzzing lawn mower behind me. My cat tensed up, scared of the loud noise.

      There was some steps up to a door leading to a classroom from the outside. I decided to walk up the stairs and enter the door. As soon as I did, my other cat (who's been missing for about a year) jumped onto the platform.
      My cat tensed up again and hissed at him. The other cat cocked his head to the side. I ran through the door and the other cat followed me. I reached some sort of dressing room that was inside the arena. My sister Ken was inside there holding what looked like a baby. Some kind of radio was on. I walked over to a table and put my cat down. Then the black cat jumped onto a table.

      Then my cat got so mad she blew up into what looked like different colored boxes. Weird right? The black cat did the same thing. I stood there, my mouth open, with Ken still listening to music.
      Then I woke up.

    11. 4/24/12 Naga!

      Dream 1: I remember being with my friend who was a guy. He didn’t seem that familiar, but he was my friend. We were riding my polar bear dog (This was probably Naga from the Legend of Korra)

      Somehow we were in school, but we had taken a break so I could go ride my mount. (Still unsure if it’s Naga or not) We dismounted, and I tied the huge dog near a fence near our school. Once we went inside, we were swept away by a moving bus that folded out of the school. We were on a field trip.

      We arrived at a gym about a couple of seconds from our school. Everyone walked in and sat on the bleachers. I sat with my friend and another girl who I knew. I was shuffling around trying to find a seat with my friends away from everyone else.

      We listened to the speaker go on about something. For all I know we just sat there for a minute or two and got up and left. We went back through the way we came, into the bus. We felt it lurch and fold out of the gym as it had folded in. I heard my guy friend say, “I like riding Naga better than being on this roller coaster.” I looked at his face. It was a slight greenish color, and he looked dizzy. “Hold on,” I said. “We’re almost there.”

      The bus folded back into the school, and we got out. We walked outside and the dog was happily sitting on its haunches waiting for us.

      We mounted, and walked down to the road. By this time the moon was out. The only lights out were the streetlights around the neighborhood.

      I grabbed Naga’s reins and moved her along, walking down the street. No one really took notice of her. My friend said that he wanted to steer her. So we switched places. Somehow I had grabbed some rope on the back of her saddle, probably misleading rope. My friend got her to jump into the air and start flying. They flew so high, but I wasn’t on there. I was still holding onto the unraveling string below. I was floating for some reason though.

      They came back down and I got on once more and took the reins. We took off on a run towards the city. We reached some buildings and some busy streets. We ran into oncoming traffic, but we just jumped over cars. Easy peasy.

      Walking our way was a couple of friends from school that I knew. They were running away from something, I don’t know what.

      I ignored that thought as we walking into some sort of restaurant. Naga was looking pretty tired so we just sat inside. All of a sudden, I saw Naga walking away. I followed her into a lit up alley. She layed down, but was getting smaller, and smaller, and smaller. Afterwards she retched, then lay limp on the ground as still as a puppet.

      I ran up to her and felt her. She was no longer there. I cried and cried. My poor Naga. :/

    12. 4/20/2012 The Boat Ride

      I remember being on some sort of small ship. My mom and I were sitting in what looked like a small boat on the ship, but we weren’t allowed to walk anywhere else. A man (the Captain) and a young boy (his son) were standing near us. The Captain was behind us controlling the small ship. From where we were, it looked like the small boat we were sitting in was in the water, and the ship was above us. It didn’t seem logical, but it didn’t trigger any lucidity.

      All of a sudden the boat lurched to a start, nearly causing some water to come into the small boat. “I assure you it is safe.” said the captain.
      The little boy came up to us to talk about safety rules. When he did, a little screen appeared in front of me that showed a Dr. Seuss-like ship about to tip over. Not only was it about to tip over, it looked like waves were fighting against the ship, so parts of it were breaking off. Among that ship were two passengers, running for their lives. They ran behind a building away from the camera’s view, so I couldn’t see what they did next.

      The little boy told us that that was one of the things you should not do. You should stay calm, grab a life boat or something that can float, and just hang tight.

      The dream sped forward. For some reason, we walked with the captain of the ship and his boy to their house. We walked inside, and I walked down the hall to see the rooms. I looked into one of the rooms and realized that my cousin lives here. Only, he doesn’t have a little brother. I didn’t think anything about it, though.

      I went into his room and started looking at all of the stuff he had.

      What looked like his smartphone was hooked up to these weird droid-like copper arm things. Whenever you moved the phone around in midair, the arms would follow it effortlessly, since they were attached to it.

      I sat down at his desk, where his phone was. I held it and checked his Twitter. I don’t know why I did. I looked at his statuses, and other things. Then I heard the door open. I quickly shut the phone off and turned around.

      It was my mom, telling me that we had to go. I breathed a sigh of relief and got up. Then I woke up.

    13. 4/7/12 37th lucid: I'm far away from home.. and other dreams.

      I don't remember at what time I was lucid, but I guess I was right from the start. I looked around. I saw that I was in some kind of city. I didn't like it I felt alone. I decided to run up to a nearby eighteen wheeler parked in front of me and ask about my dream guide, since that is one of my ultimate goals. I started to run, but it seemed like my legs wouldn't work! It was like I was running in slow motion. I tried to believe I could run, anything is possible in a lucid dream.

      I finally made my way to the window of the large truck. A pudgy woman sat in the front. She looked down at me with a frown. I quickly asked her, "Do you know where I might find my dream guide?"

      "We have nothing like that here," she said. "Come back with a couple hundred dollars and maybe you can apply to this school here." she pointed in front of me at a school not too far away. It looked like a large private school.

      I sighed and walked away. Moving on, I decided to explore. I looked into a nearby forest. I walked down the slope, trying not to trip on any rocks or limbs. Then the thought came to me that I should stabilize. I remember Mzzkc's method of stabilizing, taking a bite out of a tree. I didn't take a bite out of it, I just picked a small limb off of a tree and tried to take a bite out of that. It felt really weird in my mouth, like it wasn't supposed to belong there.

      It only raised my vividness just a tad. I continued on. I found a small shack, well it wasn't really a shack. It was just an awning with people under it watching a TV. There were four guys. One I recognized, my youth leader. Only he was skinnier, and was growing out this long gotee looking thing. I watched what they were watching. It looked like some kind of show that was supposed to embarrass the people on it. The first person was a girl who was supposed to sing a song, a Taylor Swift song actually. She sang horrible. Next there was a girl that was supposed to dance a weird dance blindfolded.

      The dream ended shortly after.

      Working in the Mall
      I remember walking around a mall, looking for something to do. I eventually found some kind of little restaurant with pool tables and such. I found a waiter who looked just like Gibby off of iCarly. He told me about a waiter job he had to do in Chicago that got him embarrassed. I don't remember the story though. He was telling me this while leaning over a counter.

      The Lesson
      I was at my mom's house with a couple of guys I knew and one of my friends. I'm not sure what we did, but we did something bad. That resulted in my dad teaching us all a lesson. I was supposed to drive a car or something. I got in the car, ready to drive it. I started it and was going. Once again, I forgot where the breaks and gas pedal were. I found them.

      As I was going, I was trying to remove the stuff on the dashboard so I could actually see. I heard my dad in the back go, "Good. Good." I swerved to get into the right lane, while almost hitting a couple of cars. Instead of the breaks, I hit the gas, and I sped up a tree on the side of the road. The car fell back down on its side. I got out of the car and said I was okay. It scared me to death though.

      Then my dad had to drive us home, showing us all the obstacles that he could easily maneuver or something.

      Exploring
      I remember being with my friend, S, and we were going exploring I think. A couple of boys she knew were going to come with us. They were playing football or something while we were walking. S and I started running ahead, to this place in a forest. I started running really fast, but not as much as I wanted to.

      Once S and I reached a certain point, one of the guys had already beaten me, and was now smiling at me like it was nothing. I laughed, but was a bit embarrassed.

      We walked for a while through the forest. I’m not sure what we were looking for, though. After a while, it started turning into more rocky parts. Then we were under some sort of cave with vines hanging down everywhere.

      S got lost from us, so we were looking for her. I can’t remember much of what happened, but we split up and I was with the guy that had beaten me at running. Now that I looked at him, he was kind of cute.

      We eventually found her with some weird animal.


      Bombs? Really?
      I was with a guy I had a crush on I guess. I forgot what we were supposed to do, I just know that we had to get to my house. Along the way, we “teleported” into several houses that looked exactly like mine, and looking outside to see which one was my real house. They were side by side each other, down the street. I don’t know why.

      Finally, we teleported into another one. I looked out of the window.
      “Look, there’s a hill or wall thing.” I pointed. There was what looked like a tall mound of grass almost blocking my window. Our deck was gone, though.
      The boy walked outside and I followed. I saw the familiar house beyond ours on a hill.
      “Yep. This is my house.” I said.

      We walked a little more out. All of a sudden, we looked up on top of the far hill by the trees and saw what looked like a pirate ship just sitting there.
      I heard voices, concluding that there were actually people on there!

      Then I heard a man yell in a pirate-like voice:
      “We’re gonna bomb ya, and there ain’t nothin’ you can do ‘bout it!”

      I looked to my crush. “Oh no.” I breathed. “Get inside!”
      As soon as we got in, the first bomb was fired from their cannon. Since they were far away, it wasn’t even close to reaching the house. Looking out the window, I saw the pirate ship moving forward slowly.

      “We don’t have much time!” I yelled.
      Looking up at the fireplace mantle, I saw a rectangular TV that showed the pirate ship outside and how close it was to the house.

      The boy went outside, trying to confront the “pirates”.
      I didn’t want him to, but he didn’t listen to me.

      I heard a loud knocking on my door. I ran to the door, and opened it. I found four of my neighbors. One man was carrying a pistol, and another carried one that looked like a machine gun. I quickly hurried them inside along with their wives.

      “You need to get to the basement, quick!” I urged. I heard more bombs going off in the distance.

      The women were almost in tears, hanging on to their husbands for support. The older man was talking to me about something, but I couldn’t hear him over the bombs exploding.

      I turned to the mantle and my mom was now standing there watching the TV. I walked over to her. Then I turned back to the couples and tried to get them to put their guns away and go to the basement for safety.

      As soon as I turned back around, a bomb went off, and it blew up the camera’s screen, so we could no longer see very well on the TV. With that same bomb, my crush was hurtled at the window.

      I woke up.
    15. 4/1/12 To the death!

      I remember being at my school. I was outside, along with everyone. There was a small tent arena thing outside where our courtyard was supposed to be. I walked inside and found half the school running around inside the perimeter of the tent.

      A woman walked around carrying a small green scanner.
      “Ticket?” she asked me.
      I looked at her scanner. “Um,” I hesitated. “I don’t have one.”
      She sighed. Annoyed, she said to me, “You need to get a ticket at the front lobby. Go. Now.”

      I quickly rushed out of there, and headed back inside the school. Heading to the front lobby, I looked around. I only saw these weird boxes full of frozen food and pictures on them. Confused, I went and asked the secretary where I could find the tickets. He was talking to a family when I came in, and looked a bit annoyed when I said,

      “Where are the tickets?”
      He sighed, and pointed. “Right over there. In the middle.”

      That didn’t solve my problem. I walked back out over to the table where the frozen food was. My English teacher just happened to walk by. She was strict so I was afraid to ask her. I did anyways, and she angrily pulled out a box of tickets in the back. “Here.” She said.

      I took one, and ran back outside. I entered the arena, but instead of running around in circles, people were fighting. There weren’t as many people here as there was earlier. I learned that as many fights you do, or what you do in that fight, affect how much percentage you get on your ticket. And that percentage affects your test scores or something.

      I walked around the arena, looking at who was fighting. Two people that didn’t look familiar, both drew fists. Then they started swinging at each other.

      It was my turn. More people started to empty out of the arena. I was paired up against a guy with blonde hair, who looked like he was in the band One Direction. No one was supervising the fights, so we just sat there, gaining percentage by doing nothing. We talked while doing it, and even pushed and lightly punched each other to speed up the process.

      Eventually, I heard the people around us starting to count down. “10, 9, 8…”
      I ran to the ticket lady, and handed her my ticket. She scanned it, and said, “Thank you.”

      The dream sped forward. I was in the mall, walking down the wide hallway surveying the stores. I looked into the window of a particular store. I saw the same blonde haired boy. He smiled at me, and waved. I smiled back.

      Feeling all warm and fuzzy inside, I kept walking and went to the sunglasses store. One of the employees kept trying to set me up with different sunglasses, but I just told her I wanted to look.

      Then the dream ended.
