Last night (October 21st) I woke up at around 6am from a dream about a cave that led down to the beginning of time. It was a wide spiral staircase of light stone, with candlesticks evenly spaced along the walls. The staircase had been started at the beginning of time, and it led to the beginning of time. No one could travel all the way down, or even close to all the way, because one would be crushed by the weight of time and memory. I was minding a little boy, and I took him down a few spirals for something to do. He wanted to go all the way down but I told him we couldn't. We looked down the space in the middle, and couldn't see an end. It turned out that the dream was a memory (within the dream) and it was many years later and we were looking back on that experience. The little boy had grown up to become an old grouchy successful businessman.
