Before bed I took 200mg of 5-HTP (in a pill that also contains an inconsequential amount of B6) Dream 1: I'm swimming in a stream, the scenery is reminiscent of the lake district on a very bright sunny day (very bright sunshine or almost complete darkness is a dreamsign for me!) As I'm floating downstream I can see bright green grass on the hills and various rocky / soil patches. I look under the water and it's very clear and well lit. The possibility I'm dreaming crosses my mind and after a few moments of building up courage, I try to test it by breathing underwater! First I breathe out and note that there aren't any bubbles, which builds my confidence, so I take a deep breath in and suddenly, as my confidence in being lucid soars, the colouring of the scene changes dramatically. The lighting is still very bright, though not as extremely, and the colours around me get super-saturated (reds look extremely red, the blue water looks like peppermint toothpaste, no dingy colours or half-shades at all). After a moment, I notice that as well as the extremely strong colours, there are also completely grayscale parts to my view. I swim down the stream underwater marvelling at the brightly lit coral reef like sights. There are luminously bright plants, corals and animals. After a few metres I swim up to the surface and continue above the surface, flying into the air and finding myself at a part of the shore with trees. I fly up alongside a tree which has an entirely grayscale trunk/bark but glowing green leaves. I'm just starting to think about what tasks I can do and I realise the dream is fading, more's the pity! Fragment 1: (After my (IRL) alarm goes off at 07:00, I had a brief FA fragment in which I looked at the clock on my phone and it said 07:56 and I was upset that I hadn't managed to use my snooze button for any fragmentary attempts at LDing, but then the alarm went off again at 07:10 (I'd snoozed it at 7) and I went back to sleep, convinced that I'd be able to get some tiny fragments to boost my score, but this one's the only one I got :-(
The dream started with me running trough streets of an old city. It was night time and I was not alone, i was in a group of let say 5people. We were not running for fun, but for our lives. Because there were some weird monsters beeing born on the fields. When this monster appeared. my vision changed. evereything that gives light (street lamps, cellphones, candles.. ) everything radiatel a red light. But when i was running away from this big creature, it was like i did this once before.. and that is why I should run away this time, because i had no chance of survival. So we ran.. and fell into a big aquarium. And there was another beast in it. At first the beast was winning the battle.. because it started to bump in each of us.. tearing our group apart. But then we formed a team formation.. and started making waves. Each wave was bigger.. and those waves were crushing this beast into one pointy edge of aquarium. At the end we have impaled this creature with a big wave. Then i was in a park, walking with Vesna. I told her, how things work.. that every 20s we become stronger, but there is a chance that a monster will appear. And when it does. Our eyes see the lightsources red. She listened really carefully. And we have reached a tunnel. We had to go trough and our eyes turned red.. we have seen a creature infront of us. I told Vesna to hide.. i grabed a huge sword which i had on my back.. and confronted this beast. It was a werewolf. I just charged towards it and the beast got scared, and started to run away from me.. in about 50m i was in reach for killing.. And i needed only one strike.. SLASH.. and the head of the beast was gone.. I went back to that tunnel in search of Vesna and she was hiding above the exit stairs with a knife in her hands. she was just waiting what will come out of the tunnel.. and if it wasnt me, she would attack it. But it was a great relief for her when she saw me. Then we decieded that we should get rid of the body. And i carried that werewolf trough the city until i have seen a big bush. The corpse was heavy so i was happy to dump it into the bushes.. And then again my vision turned red again. I saw a slowly walking man.. with a tunic and a cape. It looked like a wizzard. I followed it.. he was walking slowly and silently.. so it was not hard to get closer to him. I carefully grabbed my sword.. and when i was in reach to hit him.. he pulled his sword out of his cape. He was so fast.. He just pointed the tip of his sword against my neck.. and i pointed mine at his. He said to me.. "you know i am faster then you are, so put the weapon down" I did what he said, because i knew it was true. i put my sword down on the pavement. And he said.. you are lucky, because i am a good guy. I am one of the 3 eyes of the great beast. He opened his tunic.. and showed me some gold signs around his belly. IT was like a scarab torn in half. He said.. there are 3 eyes of the great beast.. i am one of them, and i am good.. but the beast doesnt know that. It is good to have a spy on our side. He told me that this beast puts eyecontact lenses into its eyes. One is pink, one is yellow and one green.. and this depends on the power which this spy has.. and then i woke up..
Here is a bad recall dream, sadly its because of a failed WBTB, ive been struggling recently and I don't know why. Vividness: 8 Recall: 3 Overall: 5 Non-Lucid Lucid Comment Interestingly enough I tried visualizing a river with a massive stone D upright in the middle of it to try and MILD, because in this dream I become lucid at a Swimming Pool, correlation? I think so. I am at a swimming pool, and become lucid, I do this through awareness, I look down to my hands and they look kinda blurry, I change my skin colour to black and head into the pool.
I had a dream which had an old Buddhist kind of feel, or like something off airbender (haha) . Anyway i was there with my parents and it was like an opened huge section with stone walls surrounding it, it was very beautiful. I was there with my parents, and i found some kind of circle on the ground, i called my parents and told them. they got rather excited and we all went off to remove all the snow from these circles. as we got deeper through all the snow we started to see the circles had a colour and an inscription, as we neared to the floor all of the circles started appearing and we were all excited to recover such a mystery. Once all the show was pushed away we could see a huge circle.. of circles we then took the colour from the circles and put them into pots. My parents got each colour and put them in an individual pot but i had mixed them all together in a sort of mess. My colours had then started to go a browny colour but theres was all bright and beautiful. The colours had turned into those… sweet rollers. like the fruit rollup things. i took my sweet gooey colours and ate it, it was very sweet and overwhelming. the dream ended with that?
