2022 May 3rd Dream: I'm somewhere with H, at or near some kind of compound. His dad or a friend of his dad's is around too. There's something about precious stones in the compound, they spawn at random and in areas inhabited by some unusual creatures. It's not a nature reserve or anything like that, it's more like it's been abandoned despite still being apparently owned by someone. One of these strange creatures is a cat thing, the size of a dog and with more legs. It wants scratches but I'm wary of it, as it also wants to escape if given a chance, so I'm mindful about the door and my position. I consider that these animals may all be dangerous. I find one of the stones nearby and I leave. I somehow know it's worth 100K or so. I tell H and I feel proud and relieved, since it will be a huge help to us. I think to myself that we should make sure people aren't needlessly making this place known publicly or we won't even get a chance to get some more stones when we need the money. Later, a group of people who had also been getting gemstones is near an exit area. One of the people in the group is D, old school friend. Most of them seem a bit greedy, having hoarded many stones, rather than just getting one or two. I say to them that I can't see why they can't be more reasonable, and that I would always try to compromise when possible. (recall gap) Some other bit, also in some complex? 2022 May 4th Dream: (Left recall a bit late) I'm at home with H. We go into the kitchen to do something. We're naked? I open the blinds and see a bunch of the neighbourhood kids out the back, some on the walls, others in the yard itself. (Quick note, this actually happened four days later, on the 8th) We motion from inside for them to get out and such, and then we go out a side door from the kitchen to the back, where the heart should have been. I lose track of H. In the yard, I see that some of the kids look a bit miserable, they're stuck in here by accident and I now feel sorry for them, and less upset about the fact they're here. Then, the back wall changes when I'm not paying attention. It's a cut-down wooden fence and I see loads of people around, playing around, having BBQs and so on. To my right, I see that we're on a sort of large plateau area and there are new apartment buildings in this area, some still being built. About twenty story high each. One has a green-ish and white colour scheme going. It's no wonder there are so many people here, I now feel. I feel annoyed and get into a sort of argument with a random woman, I think she was someone from school. As a character, I express confusion at all this and feel neglected. I ask why they built all this, why didn't the local authority let us know about any of it? And so on. I get unsatisfactory replies and just feel more and more frustrated. Later. At a supermarket inside a larger mall. (Like one in A but bigger) Initially I'm with H but then we split up because I need to go swap some pasta cheese ice cream thing. It looks like it has a blue cheese in it. Then, that woman from before again, she shows me some chocolate ice cream like knock-off Magnums. I try a sample or something, and so does she.
Mostly remember fragments of a single continuous dream. Dream fragment: Something about a subway. Remember trying to catch a train but it was only three carriages long instead of the expected six, so I and most of the people on the platform didn't manage to get on. I was there with someone, family? Aunt or something. Another part of this dream, remember being in the car (or train?) with mom and dad, possibly some sibling too. I remember seeing fires in the countryside that looked deliberate, as there were trees burning just under high-power transmission lines at a few different spots along the journey. I remember asking my parents if I should call the firemen, but they dismissed the idea that it was malicious and so eventually I ended up dismissing it too. Dream: I was playing some altered version of Freelancer with H. It looked more detailed and we were in a pretty dark system. There was a base with view to a planet nearby, Earth-like. We went to the base and docked there. The scale of everything was more accurate than in the actual game, though the interfaces all seemed to be in the same style as ever. I think at first we were a bit confused because we'd docked in different parts of the base, but I looked at the missions board and found some mission that had conflicting credit reward numbers. But it seemed like it would pay well anyway so I suggested we take this mission, something about a research vessel. I realised it might be challenging for a single player but should be fine with both of us doing the mission. After taking the mission we took off from the base and started exploring. A frigate class ship appeared and it looked hostile, though shouldn't have been because of the mission, but H decided to attack it; we dealt with it somehow and continued. We were headed the direction opposite from where the planet was. The space background was mostly black with stars, not usually the case in Freelancer. As we tried to find the mission objective we went past a big asteroid base, belonged to the Xenos. It was white (neutral) to us because of the mission as expected and their fighters were fighting some other faction I didn't make note of. Missing content or transition. I remember being in a cave? Water-filled. I was swimming, something happened just before this but not sure what. I was holding this pendant that had a sapphire encrusted in it. Despite being a cave with no natural light, I could see fairly well. I swam fast to try to find an opening with air, though my concern wasn't over myself, it was over the gem. I remember a lady told me I couldn't let it crack, which it would apparently do eventually if it stayed in the water. (I assumed because of pressure, despite the small depth) I found a sloping exit of the cave and got out of the water. The pendant and its gem were fine though I'd heard a few cracking noises while swimming. I was in a bigger cave system now. A kind of nexus of tunnels by the looks of it. I remember walking toward the leftmost tunnel from where I stood, it seemed to lead outside. As I got near an opening, there were people there. My cousin T? She was being held by this unknown man or something. I had three knives of different sizes and grabbed the biggest one, a curved blade, and stabbed the man in the lower right back, just under the ribs. He groaned I think but otherwise didn't seem that hurt. I tried something else; I wanted him to leave and so I threatened to cut his leg off, but he didn't take my threat seriously. I grabbed one of the knives, this one serrated, sharply so, and started cutting his right knee. Very quickly the bone became exposed and I started to cut the cartilage between the several bony bits. His leg's lower half came off and again he didn't seem that bothered, but it seemed like he gave in. Vague recall of cutting other of his limbs, but then all of a sudden he was fully re-attached as if nothing had ever happened, and he got ready to leave. I don't remember any of the interaction between myself and my cousin. I remember then going back into the tunnels and finding some other outdoor place, a volcanic wasteland of sorts? There were bits and pieces of an ancient dragon scattered about. The sky looked cloudy or dusty, with warm colours to it. I don't remember feeling hot though. A woman approached me at some point, we discussed something of a philosophical nature, but I don't remember what. Missing content or transition. Exploring some kind of castle. Looked like it had been made by Gaudi himself; it was very busy, lots of tourists. Me and H were at the top of this castle building, and we were crawling around through these narrow and cramped white/off-white plaster-like half tunnels. I remember giving way to some old people at some point. I don't remember much anymore other than some visual details like the very rounded shapes and the fact that it was sunny, which meant there were all these rounded shadows.

I've been having a somewhat better dream recall average than I normally would, but haven't been taking note of dreams enough and my last DJ here was ages ago now. This is a particularly memorable dream fragment from this week. Dream Fragment: First half is missing. Was in my home city, or some altered version of it. It was day time and I was heading home on foot; there was a fluid transition to my arrival home but I've forgotten the detail of it, and when I got there it was dark at that point. My dad was in his car and approached me and told me to get in the car so we could go somewhere (for a meal or something?) - I was a bit reluctant, I was feeling in pain and really tired; mom was sat at the back with one of my brothers (T) and one of my cousins (R) was sat at the front, so I sat next to mom. Dad started driving and very shortly after, we were going through some surreal highway that I've seen in some other dream fairly recently; surrounded by cliffs and 10-story buildings on top of the cliffs. It then turned into a rock and dirt road and there were dark abysses either side of the road, with more cliffs in the distance. I was a bit apprehensive too, but mom was starting to get quite worried and told dad, in the same way as I ever expect. He reassured her with a smile, saying: "It's fine, I've driven on these roads loads of times!". Very shortly after he said that, we went over a bump in the road, but there was nothing on the other side. The car fell straight into one of those abysses, none of us seemingly very concerned by this, plunging into water at the bottom. At first we didn't try to get out; I remember thinking "Well it doesn't really matter" but eventually we all got out and swam up. When we got to the surface of the water, some sort of root-like things descended toward us and took us to a sort of rocky area under a much bigger floating mass of rock. At the centre of this area there was some sort of little shop. I remember going in and seeing all these small 4:3 CRT TV screens, each one no bigger than my head, sat on shelves, almost perfectly spaced apart. Each one of the screens had a landscape view in it, like a live feed, but not much was going on in any of them. It was a colourful shelf to look at. As I walked along this narrow path between these big metal shelves with the TVs, something caught my attention on top of one shelf. A moonstone, but not as bright and vivid or even opalescent like one I actually have in reality. The gem was pale and sort of a sepia or cream colour but it was still slightly translucent as expected. What was odd about it was that it was encrusted with some sort of gold filigree and small golden spheres. Start to remember less detail at this point. I remember dad went off his own way and so did my sibling and cousin. Mom stayed with me and we went outside, where it was still dark, although the direct area around wherever we went was always seemingly lit. More like the darkness was a fog made of black. I remember seeing some bones or dead plants and noticing the floor was particularly arid. Eventually we found some building thing, which was very square. It had a brand new kitchen I think, but apart from that it was mostly just dark corridors. I don't remember anything after that point. A note: I remember that in the dream the surreal landscapes felt familiar but out of place. Although I did not get anywhere near being lucid, I've had more of these moments lately where I'll have pre-lucid thoughts or recognition of a feature from a past dream.
Dark lord It was by some cliff or volcano caldera. The sky was whole red and ominous. I was fighting with some strange monsters until the dark lord arrived and punched me, which made metal plates sprout out from whole my body in a painful manner. Suddenly I found myself again in that place, but earlier. Again I was fighting with monsters - all were humanoid with burnt skin, some of them used swords or long, steel claws. I dodged, parried and striked. I managed to beat a few of swordsmen, but one of claw slashing monster managed to slash through my chest. Then the dark lord arrived - a tall, extremely muscular man with long black hair. He was wearing armor made of bones of his opponents. I knew that if he hits me, metal plates would protrude from my body, so I was running all around, evading. He called me with some strange name and the plates of metal protruded out of my body anyway, quite painfully and splashing blood all around. I looked like an iron hedgehog. Burglars It was cold winter. Two burglars were after me because I had some diamond or emerald of enormous size that they wanted to steal. I got out of my house to a shed with random stuff, when suddenly they arrived. I quickly changed my clothes to snowboarding equipment that was in shed and started escaping to the road, crossing it and getting to snowdrifts leading to a pit in front of my house. They were really close all the time, I visualised that there's a hole in the snow that would make them fall inside and get stuck in this trap. And they immediately fell down the trap. Suddenly I was back at my house. Burglars arrived again, asking politely for the gem. I wanted to give them an armed mouse-trap instead, but haven't had any. I visualised that I have a purse with armed mouse-trap inside and it instantly appeared in my hands. I gave it to burglars then closed doors tightly. After a while I heard scream of pain and irritation.
Preface: Sunday night was a nightmare on its own. After meditating for about an hour, I couldn't get to sleep at all. I thought this would help me quiet my mind and get into a lucid, but it had the opposite effect. As I fell into sleep, everyone and everything woke me up. I felt more sensitive to noise. I woke up all night long and slept maybe a couple of hours. As a result, I can only recall one fragment: Someone is holding up a circular shaped rock with a gem (?)in the middle. They were holding it in front of me and I was confused.
6? am I took a jeep to an unknown place. A target and a battle. "What is your 'why?'" A 2D game. I summon trees to fight. It's like Heroes of Might and Magic, where my team is on the left side and the enemy is on the right. A group of students learning from a master (or masters). If they want to survive (the cold), they need to cuddle together. I was a Megaman type of character. I was younger than I am. My suit was removed from me by someone or something. My AI computer? I am in a dark room. I entered another dark room to get a floating gem (like you do in some computer games). It's like Megaman Legends, first-person. I'm too afraid to go around in the dark areas.
Found myself out on a temple like dock a few feet above beautiful almost tropical water. Below the surface I could see shimmery golden sand. I dove in and took a look around. Underneath the temple were support pillars that stretched out for quite some distance. I decided to explore and swam underneath the temple. Swimming was exhilarating. I eventually reached a point where the there were walls around me instead of pillars. Underneath the temple the environment was even more beautiful than before. Everything was luminescent and waves of light moved along the stone sides and ceiling of the paths I took. I continued to swim as I figured that I would find something priceless somewhere beneath the temple. I rounded corners and swam through tunnels sifting through the golden sand as I went. I eventually found a something as my hand pushed its way through the soft sand and hit something roundish in shape. Pulling it closer as the sand drifted away, a beautiful gem about the size of a softball revealed itself. (If I remember correctly it was a darkish blue and and cut into a shape like that of a diamond to be set in a ring. ) I swam back out to the surface and pulled myself up on the dock. I wanted to show someone the gem. I was about to go back under to see if I could find more but the dream faded.
06.01.2011I am winner (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was in a hypermarket called prica (it has another name now but it still had that one on the dream) with J and Jv. There were some ps3 move games outside (I've never played them but that was the idea) and J started playing one. Then I decided to play the same game on a different machine. I had to do a lot of kicking in the game and Jv began bothering me so I told him togo away. I paused the game and I saw Nic, who was looking for Nés so I told him where he was. J got a score of 62 in his game. Then I saw Ul, but I decided to ignore him. I finished my game (I remember having to move the controller following some arrows, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly) with a score of 155, which was still not very high, although I'd played on hard mode. _________________________ 06.01.2011Above the influence (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was on a sort of school trip with my brother. My cousins were also there although they had come on their own. Then I met a bad guy who told me that I had to search a mine for this really valuable gem in exchange for him paying some debts I had. I went into the mine with my brother and I found a diamond and a red gem along the way, but these were not the gem that the bad guy was looking for. I kept following the passageways that had a sign reading "start" but I didn't reach anywhere. After a while I reached a crossroad and my cousins were there. There were two paths to choose from, one that read "with sex" and another one that was a shortcut without sex. My cousins went to the sex one and my brother wanted to go there but I told him that we didn't have any time for that.
I remember a lot of this dream. It was completely non-lucid, but it was pretty vivid especially in the part with the wooden horses and in the room at the end, which had a view of the island. This is the first dream I've remembered in such detail since my first lucid dream that I had two days ago My memory starts with me being some sort of pirate (or maybe a treasure hunter, but either way, what I was is insignificant). There may have been quite a bit of dream before this, but I don't remember any of it other than a vague image of me riding on a horse in third person. Anyways, heres where it starts. I had a ruby colored gem. It seemed to have value. There was a statue of some sort that seemed to be me, or to represent me, but it wasn't me. The statue was on a ship (A typical ship off of any PotC movie), and it was holding the gem. Somehow it was decided by someone other than myself that there would be a contest. The gem would be fired a distance away, and the one who retrieved it would get a prize of 1000 something, maybe dollars, but probably some other unit. There may have been no unit at all. Three people – me and two others, all on horses – were the ones to retrieve it. Something similar to a ballista shot was fired, with the gem on the end of it, from the statue onto land several miles away onto the island. We rode off towards the place that the arrow had landed, which was a fortress looking thing surrounded by a large number of trees. All of this dream was at night, yet it was well lit. The dream sort of skipped to were it landed (or maybe I forgot?). There was something like a storm drain on a flat section of inside the large fortress building. It wasn't a road or a sidewalk, but I know it wasn't a floor like inside a house. The large ballista shot had become about the size of an arrow, still with the hexagonal gem attached to the end of it. It fell into the the very large storm drain-like hole (which was big enough to get into). At first I thought that the gem was lost into a bottomless pit. I looked and it delicately rested on these strange wooden horses that were all in at rows (at least two rows, possibly more), which I could for the most part only see the faces of. I precariously lowered my legs down, not wanting to jump without carefully planning it (lest I fall and hit my nuts on the horses). I can't remember whether I caused it or whether it simply happened, but the horses shifted a bit and the arrow fell still deeper into the very dark hole. I was disappointed because I could not get the gem without jumping in, and I couldn't jump in. By this point I had forgotten about the other two riders, it had simply turned into a race to get the gem. Now my sister, maybe becoming one of the riders, but not riding a horse at all, had retrieved the gem using a string with a stick tied to the end of it (or vice versa, I can't remember), and gum on the end of that to get the gem to stick to the gum and then pull it out. I was annoyed by this even in the dream because it didn't seem possible; the gem, having about a rock's weight and being about 2x1x1 inches, would not have stuck to the gum without something to push the gum hard against it (which would not have been possible with the string), in which case it still probably would have fallen off (I guess I should have RC'ed here since it didn't make any sense). My sister (who was nothing like my sister but simply represented her) gave me and someone else, I'm guessing the other rider, some candy: very good tasting jellybeans and some other type of candy, possibly smarties. These seemed to give me something to be happy about even though I had lost the competition and the gem. I went to an upper room that looked similar to a room on a level on the game Star Wars Battlefront on the level Yavin 4 Arena, yet with stairs in the back of the room and no side pathway out. I wake up right after this if I remember correctly.
