08/22/12 4:00 AM Started as a fragment that I expanded by mind mapping. Me and to guys were walking along a dirt path that overlooked a mountain ridge up above MW Village. We were on our way to S. Village where my friend J.L.'s family was living and so we came down a short gravel road to the highway. Guy 1 decides that he is going to split because he wants to meet up with some girl for some action. I sit up on a boulder near the road and pick up a guitar (that may have bin a canoe for a split second). I remember the back of the acoustic instrument annoyingly scraping the gravel it had carelessly bin' laid on. I began to pluck out some tune when Guy 2 asked Guy 1 when we should all meet up. They were both standing in the middle of the highway about 20 feat from each other and equal distance from me. Guy one replied but I didn't hear what either of them was saying and when they started walking away I wasn't sure what our plans were. Guy 1 headed east and guy 2 headed west. As I began to plot my next move, guy 2 disappeared around the turn in the highway. Just then a blue Datsun pick-up came from the east, slowed down, and pulled up next to me. The man driving looked at me and said through his rolled down window "Looks like you got left behind." and then offered me a lift. I gladly excepted and he pulled off the road a bit to let me in. Luckily the dream world gave him a nice wide and sandy side of the road to pull over on. I hopped up in the late 1970s vehicle, placed the guitar between my legs, closed the door, and stuck my elbow out the window. A couple miles down the road the dream faded as I wondered where I was going to ask to be dropped off at.
