    1. 18-09-27 Real Body & Dream Body in Synch

      by , 09-29-2018 at 12:56 AM
I was at work, taking a nap during my break. I consciously started hallucinating (sitting in a chair). I saw my arm and hands and moved them around. It was my dream body, but I think it looked 'glowy' and ghostly. Then I think I somehow managed to move my real body (no sleep paralysis) and my dream body at the same time, and step 'into my real body' (real hard to explain). It's like in the dream I was a ghost and I 'synched' my ghost form with my body. When this 'merge' happened, I felt a surge of power go through me. Like I was a god or something. Bizarre.
    2. 18-07-16 Hallucination at Work

      by , 07-22-2018 at 12:56 AM
While at work (very much in real life), I was walking around back and forth (I'm a guard of sorts). I was dead tired, having slept very little the night before. While walking, I closed my eyes for a second. I saw people in front of me, including a man whose face changed the harder I focused on it. I tried to call out to them (mentally, I didn't speak in reality) but obviously the hallucination ended when I opened my eyes again.
    3. 18-01-26 Guy Bites Me, GTA Escape, Train Hallucination

      by , 01-26-2018 at 04:31 PM
I'm in some outdoors location near a barn. Some guy is there, and he bites my fist for some reason. I assume he's kidding but he's biting quite hard. Doesn't hurt too much, though. We crack some jokes, but suddenly the mood turns darker and the things he says turn quite nasty, and almost threatening. At some point he crosses a small wooden bridge, and I think we end up pointing shotguns at each other. I decide to back off, unwilling to die over such a petty matter. Suddenly, a zombie rushes in from the left and knocks him to the ground. As it starts tearing him apart, I calmly walk away. Prick deserved it.

A bunch of stuff happening in a GTA V setting. I drive a bunch of criminals around, swap cars to a parked police car, then hide under a bridge until the heat dies down.

I was awake but still in bed. My alarm was about to go off, but not quite yet. I closed my eyes and promptly started hallucinating. I manifested on a train. The railway car I was in was completely white (and very well-lit), with some bits in bright red. It was completely empty. No seats, no nothing. I had no body and could only look around. There was one person standing to my left. To my right, another. Every time I looked from left to right and back, the part of the train I'd looked away from had changed. Like, it changed shape. The people around me freaked me out. They didn't move at all, and showed zero emotion of any kind. Worse yet, they changed too, just like the train. You look at someone in the distance, look away, and when you look back it's another person standing much closer to you. Freaky stuff. At some point one of them got so close, I tried to give him a telekinetic push to make him back off from me. Instead of sending him flying, he just 'teleported' back a few meters, completely unfazed. Suddenly, that weird person looked like my grandmother (oma). That's when my alarm went off and I had to get out of bed.

Interesting side note. That alarm was for a job interview. When I got to the office where I was to have my interview, the interior immediately caught my attention. Minimalistic, with the two dominant colors being white and bright red. Not saying this 'means anything', just saying it's... curious.

    4. 18-01-20 Waking Hallucination

      by , 01-26-2018 at 04:17 PM
As I woke up and was physically sitting up to get out of bed, I tried grabbing a non-existent object that only existed in my dream. The process of waking up and getting up probably happened so fast, my mind had no time to distinguish real from dream.
    5. Rihanna, and my uncle, and a strange shadowy figure in my room.

by , 08-19-2017 at 04:28 PM (Awake to take in the view...)
Okay, last night has some hazy memories. I've also had a decent amount of dream recall throughout the week, and wrote it in my paper journal but forgot to get my notes on here. Right now, due to time constraints, I'm just going to write last night's.

Dream Fragment 1: I'm sitting next to Rihanna inside of a room, and Wild Thoughts is playing in the background. I talk to her, but I don't remember what about.

Dream 2: My brother and I are traveling back from some event late at night. We are walking in the wilderness with a little bit of civilization around us -- like the occasional building or large home here and there. Eventually, we come to a road, and we see the headlights of a car. I cross quickly, but my brother doesn't chance it. For some reason, I run back to him just before the car whizzes by. Then, after the car passes, we cross and see my uncle. There are boulders, plants, and a river. A pretty lady in a blue dress (I think? or blouse?) is running away from him. No idea why. She was scared of him for some reason.

Hallucination: Despite not being sleep paralyzed, a few seconds after awakening this morning, I was sitting in bed and it was still kinda dark. I saw a shadowy figure. She looked female with a plain red and white dress, but I couldn't tell for sure. I practically jumped out of my skin until I realized it was just a hallucination since I had just woken up. Still weird though because I wasn't paralyzed at all. Then she vanished. In retrospect, it was really cool!

IRL, school starts up again in a few weeks. This is going to be an intense semester as usual. Nonetheless, I'm going to try and get enough sleep and dream as much as I can.
    6. 17-01-28 Serial Killer & Psychiatrist Hallucination

      by , 01-31-2017 at 02:20 AM
I'm at some guy's house. He has an injured or unconscious woman with him, who he carries to a small room where he lets her rest and recover (he found her somewhere and carried her to his home, I think. *REDACTED SECTION* At some point, as I was slowly waking, a voice (or my waking voice speaking to my dreaming self) told me "dude, that guy is a serial killer - get out of there". I decided to escape the house, but woke up.

Another fragment that occurred *while* I was waking up. I was in bed, could feel my own body and see reality, but hallucinated that my phone went off. I picked up the phone and talked to a doctor. I asked about psychotherapy. The doctor said I had to see a professional for that. I asked who he would recommend exactly. At that moment, my waking was complete, and I realized I wasn't on the phone at all. I think I spoke that last sentence out loud.
    7. #1 Interloper.

      by , 03-16-2015 at 01:53 AM
After sending goodnight message to my friend i put telephone under the pillow and was falling asleep. I had a strange feeling, was so relaxed, when suddently i noticed that i couldn't move. And i realized that i was about to experiance sleep paralysis (I knew what it is from young age, it was happening to me all the time).

I remember the noise. Loud, unpleasant buzzing sound that was causing disturbance. Vibrating. Struggle to move was strengthening senses. I felt like someone opened the window. I couldn't turn around and look at it because i was unable to move, but i think even if i could - i wouldnt. I felt cold wind, and i heard that someone (It sounded like it was a person) climbed through the window and slowly came to my bed. I heard the steps. Breathing. I felt like my bed sligtly rises as interloper lays behind me. So close. I could feel how he touches my back. My eyes were open, staring at one point and being completely powerless. Then i sow how that person puts his hand around me as if he wants to hug me. And we were laying like that. For a while.

    8. exorcist style hallucination

      by , 09-21-2014 at 05:18 PM
I was dreaming about death. There was a room full of identical mirrors, I looked in one and i was suddenly awake. In the corner of my room was a green/transparent baby sat upright, it looked at me and then it's head spun 360 and it turned into a small doll sized girl with a blur. It gazed at me. I was sweating and I got out of bed and the girls face turned evil and goblin like. Its head spun around as i got face to face with it. I turned the light on and it vanished. Then my room made some odd click noises that it doesn't often do. needless to say i practically pooped myself.
    9. Most likely the worst LD/ Hallucination I have ever had- Talking bear, floating words, worlds end

by , 08-15-2013 at 02:14 PM (Dark Kikyo's Dream Journal)
I would say the scariest/creepiest hallucinations I have ever had was when I was probably around 8 years old. I was dreaming that I was being chased by a bear through the woods that had tall, thick, brush and when I woke up I found the bear laying on the foot of my bed roaring at me. I freaked out and honestly thought the bear had followed me into the waking world (it was my first hallucination) but after a few seconds the bear sat up and started talking to me, though I can't remember what was said, I think it was about the dream I had just had. We had a few minuet convo before it finally vanished. The other hallucination that creeped me out was around the same age as the first and it happened in the morning on the day before Halloween. I was having a dark dream that I can't remember exactly about witches, and when I woke up I saw the words "This is the night of all hallows eve" floating above my face, and a female voice had read it slowly to me. I was creeped out the whole day by that.

I have had tons of lucid nightmares, but the one that comes to mind right now was I was on a different planet after earth blew up. I was walking around a town looking for some girl I was into (I was a guy in the dream) then the world started to end. I ran into a small room in the side of a wall and crouched down while things started happening around me. I knew I was dreaming and that my dream wanted me to leave the room and find the girl but I kept telling myself that this is too scary and forced myself to stay in the room until I finally managed to wake myself up. I was scared out of my mind and It felt like it took me forever to wake myself, I was starting to think I was stuck in the dream.

There is another horribly awful thing that happened to me in a dream before, and I'm not entirely sure which one it falls under, if any, but I will tell it and see what you think. I was in an organization that I was tired of being in and decided to leave it with my friend. We were running from them, as they were hunting us down, when finally they caught up to us and I got captured. I knew that I was dreaming but never had any desire to try and control it. They tied me down to the ground, got out a knife, then stuck it at the base of my leg and drug it up, ever so slowly, to the back of my knee. I felt everything like it was really happening, it was the most painful feeling I have ever had, I felt like I was going crazy. They removed the knife and I woke up in a cold sweat, finding that my leg was very sore on the same place they had drug the knife. That dream happened when I was in high school.
    10. So close!

      by , 08-03-2013 at 06:05 PM
I was in some sort of computer room, when there was some reference to my email.

This seemed kind of strange to me, because we were looking at something different (can't remember it).

So thanks to OpheliaBlue for helping me with my DILDing, I did reality check. But the thing is, I woke up during that. My eyes were still closed but I was lying in bed. It felt like I was dreaming though, because It was still playing out in my mind. Sort of like a hallucination.

Long story short, I was so close!
    11. Now Entering My Subconscious Dream [LUCID] [WILD Technique]+ Hallucinating In Real Life

      by , 07-23-2013 at 04:28 PM
So it's 3am and I'm soo tired because I've never been to sleep in 2 days out of curiosity and stupidness. So tired I am hallucinating while awake that the lights all over my house were flickering really fast even though all the lights weren't even on (confirmed by my step sister laughing at me) and me hearing random people in my head talking(not tulpae if you know what I mean by that). I layed on my bed until I got sleep paralysis, closed my eyes and instantly got thrown into a dream or closed eyed hallucination?

I am in what looks like a tunnel that is swaying me back and forward while seeing in front of me an odd spiral and feeling as if i'm about to be sucked in. After a few minutes of trying to stop this weird force of energy swaying me back and forward I hear a female robot like voice say "Now Entering Subconscious". Just to note, from when I closed my eyes I was already 100% lucid. A huge flash of light nearly blinding me came across my vision and within seconds I was standing in what I felt was my subconscious. There were blue transparent blocks everywhere and floating dream characters that I've seen from previous

Bill in US Congress Proposes Draft-screen-shot-2012-12-31-6-23-44-pm.jpg There were pirates sword fighting, stars dancing, cartoon characters talking and a whole lot of words flying rapidly through the air. I leaped onto another block, and another block and another. I found myself in a black room that I can see clearly in. My brain was there and was vibrating so loud that the invisible floor beneath me were shaking my legs. There were 2 rooms, one labeled "Thinking room" and the other labeled "Extras" I walked into the thinking room which was a green room filled with green lasers floating around me. I pressed a blue button that was on the wall. I heard things like "Why are they staring at me,fuck this, waste, school sucks, am I normal?, do I look awkward?" and loads more. I went to check out the Extras room and it felt like my brain was going to explode. My thoughts were racing VERY fast. I heard over 100 different voices talking really fast and even some yelling. I could solve complicated math problems without even thinking and blue smoke filled the room. After a minute I couldn't take it and ran out. Then Kitana from Mortal Combat came around the corner and put her hand around me and asked if I was ok. Then, everything just started breaking. The floors, blocks, people, rooms started shattering like glass leaving me in an empty black space floating. I then woke up.

    12. 28th May 2013 Sleep, Yawning Cats, Hallucinations, Mega Scream

by , 05-28-2013 at 10:51 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
Dream recall from today's nap. Got lucid but waking memory was almost nonexistent. Also dream was pretty long, but i can recall only few fragments.

I was near some kind of movie theater. Then later i was at home and there was some stuff going on. The room layout was entirely different and i was watching some movie and was talking with somebody about sleep. Some family members were distracting me and it was getting late, so i went to sleep but couldn't fall asleep, there were also two pretty big cats yawning and i was watching them, thinking that it could help me fall asleep.
Next day i was looking around some room and some objects were changing location randomly, especially sconce. At first i was thinking it's just hallucinations but after a while position changes started becoming more noticeable. Shortly i
realized that i am dreaming, i walk down the corridor while rubbing hands, dream becomes somewhat more stable. I walk into the room, dad is there. I walk to him and for some reason i have urge to scream at him very loudly. I walk right up to him and scream at him for a good few seconds, it is very loud, haha, and also it echoes through whole building. Satisfied, i walk down another corridor and soon dream fades out.
I wake up and look at the time, did i slept for like 20 hours or something? Then i wake up properly.
    13. 8 Dec: Monsters in a fortress + retrieving Manjushri sword II

      by , 12-10-2011 at 11:26 PM (Lucid-schizo-dreamer)
non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening

      Monsters in a fortress
With a group, trapped in some fortress. We are trying to escape but we are being hunted down by some guy who can transform into a super strong monster. We managed to block some doors behind us, so he can't physically get to us, but he penetrates our minds and causes hallucinations on us, to disorient and, eventually, kill us.
We are at some kind of terrace. Some plants to our left become monstrous. A sharp branch pierces through a girl, killing her instantly. Another plant cuts the head of a guy with a razor-like leaf. From nowhere I am attacked by a little critter, the size of a koala, with arms and legs but reminiscent of a fish with shark teeth. It bites me on my jugular and the pain is excruciating. I have the feeling these monsters aren't really real, so I repeat out loud that they are just illusions. When I'm close to faint, the critter's bite looses some strength, it falls on the ground and shrinks until it disappears. I tell the others to follow the same strategy and as they realize we're all hallucinating, they get rid of their own monsters.
We count the dead and the survivors and we notice a little girl missing from the group. She had been dropped by a pterodactyl-like flying monster, over the terrace edge and she was dangerously dangling on the outside wall. A guy on the group who looks like Van Damme, says he'll rescue her. He asks for my help in preparing some ropes so he can go get her, but he suffers from some super-hero syndrome and he treats me with incredible arrogance. In the end he fails to rescue the girl and simply gives up. There goes the super-hero down the drain. I decide to finish what he started. The little girl had also been arrogant with me on some previous occasion, demanding that I give her something as if it was my obligation to satisfy her whims. Now her mother is explaining to her the meaning of selflessness, asking her to thank me for saving her life.
On the terrace, we find a door leading to the outside of the fortress, where we breath with relief. Then someone reminds us that some other group of people were still trapped inside the fortress. Most people just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn't do anything for them. But a guy, who was Jim Caviezel, was sitting on a boulder smoking a cigarette, and with a very cool attitude he said he would go back to rescue them. I offered to join him.

      Retrieving Manjushri sword II
Having some erotic dream, when I become aware I am dreaming. I touch some curtains and notice their texture. This makes me fullly lucid and I immediately jump through the window, wishing to crossover to the place where I was last time face to face with the guy who had stolen Manjushri's sword.
I land on that same empty room and the guy is there in front of me. Although he looks slightly different from last time, as well as the set, I recognize the situation as the continuation of that other dream. The sword is still in the center of the room, but this time its blade is made of translucent iridescent light of all the colors of the rainbow and it is hovering over a black platform full of gadgets that I assume to be protective mechanisms.
Last time I met this guy, we were evaluating each other before making any move, but this time I feel that I should simply go for the sword which I could then use it to fight him. We look each other in the eyes for a second and then I jump to my left get the sword. Immediately one of the gadgets on that platform becomes very alive, shooting deadly lasers at me. I have to withdraw and hide. The guy is watching with a smirk on his face. He is probably thinking I will never be able to beat the defense system and he looks relaxed. But after attacking and testing the machine a few times and learning its moves and glitches, I finally manage to reach the platform and disable the laser gun. Then some black spherical drone emerges, with a round blade on iits belly, but even before it cuts any bit of me, I grab the sword and destroy the drone with a blow.
Now the guy is in panic, but too late, I already jumped like a jedi through the roof to a safe distance on the outside. I decided not to waste my time fighting him and his guards. But they don't give up that easily and they start a relentless chase. It follows
a long sequence of scenarios and fights. including a theater where I fight one of the guys and a subway station where I try to loose them by jumping from one train to another in opposite direction. At some point the sword starts to loose its glow and it becomes inert, rendering its powers unavailable. I end up in the back of some truck going uphill. When I get off of it, the sword transforms into a metallic ball, the size of an orange. I put it inside my top, between my breasts, where I think it will be safe. I look around and see a bus full of tourists, unloading snowboards and other winter sports materials. I look down the hill and iti is covered in snow. It is becoming dark and down in the valley I see a town, starting to turn its lights on. It looks beautiful and I feel drawn into it. I discretely steal a snowboard from a guy and decide to go to that town. So I snowboard downhill.
    14. south america map; eating medals; girls' race; food before hike; no sex in loft; girl's movements

      by , 12-09-2011 at 03:27 PM
      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

I was walking with a couple "friends" through a large area like a mix between a museum and an airport. The floors were grey. There was at least one balcony overhead. The light was a watery-white fluorescent.

One of my friends was a woman. She going to take a trip somewhere in South America. It was somehow like I had gotten her interested in this trip, or like I had gotten her involved with some organization that had put her on this trip.

The woman was kind of worried about how the trip was going to turn out. She didn't even know exactly where she was going in South America. But she didn't want to be so far away from the equator that she was always cold, and she didn't want to be in such a small town that there was never anything to do.

I told the woman that we would look at a map of South America. If she told me enough about the place she was going, I could probably figure out where it was on the map.

I now saw that the big area we were in had a gigantic map of South America. The map stood upright. It was maybe twenty meters tall. It was shaded to match the land forms and vegetation areas of South America. It may have been three-dimensional as well. On the floor, perpendicular to the map, was a long platform-like base with words on it.

I pointed through the moderate crowd up toward the map of South America. I could almost imagine myself driving along some of the roads in South America.

The woman must have been telling me about the place, because I was gettng a distinct impression that she was going to ----- (? - Chile, or Argentina?). I told the woman she didn't have to worry, that she would be going to a very warm place.

But now we were walking up toward a whole new map. I don't know what happened to the previous map. But we'd never gotten very close to it. But now we were getting up much closer to the second tall map.

The second map may have been larger than the first map as well. For some reason, I was afraid to be so close. The map was all blue. The ocean surrounding South America was a dark blue. South America was a pale blue or turquoise.

One city near the northeast end of South America began blinking. But the woman then told me the name of the city where she would be: "Las Ne-----." That city started blinking, just a little to the southwest of the very center of South America.

I knew that this city was in Brazil. The city was small, and the winters got very cold there. The woman would be miserable. But this is where she'd been assigned to go. And I'd gotten her into this whole thing in the first place! I felt terrible. But I still tried to convince myself that maybe she'd end up liking it.

I looked over to my friend. She was now TB, a male co-worker from a couple jobs back, who IWL comes from Brazil.

      Dream #2

I was riding a bike through a suburban park, along a concrete path. It was a sunny day. I was all alone, but I may possibly have felt like I was a part of some race.

I rode across a lawn, which was flat at first, then rolled down a small slope. As I went down the slope there was a small building about fifty meters ahead of me and off to my left. I headed for another concrete path at the bottom of the slope.

Closer to the path was a small tree, kind of like a pine tree. But its limbs and branches were rather barren of needles. The branches were also dotted with a strange kind of fruit.

The meat of the fruit was yellow, but very small. It was dotted with seeds, like a strawberry is. But the seeds had either grown so big or ingested so much of the fruit's meat, that they were huge, taking up more space now than the meat of the fruit did. The seeds were shaped like coffee beans. There were also brownish pine-needles sticking out of the fruit.

As I got down toward the concrete path, a young woman came biking up the slope toward me. I figured she was gay (a shallow assumption) because she was overweight, wore a boyish t-shirt and khaki shorts, and had a boyish haircut of curly, brown hair.

I knew that this woman was in a race. I figured it was probably the race I was also in. I didn't seem too concerned about the race, though.

I was now eating as I was riding. Maybe I was eating something like beef jerky or fruit roll-ups. I remember I was chewing like crazy, almost like a wild, angry animal.

I pulled a small, narrow paper back out into my field of view. I pulled two small pins out of the bag. They were backed with brass and fronted with some kind of multi-colored, glass or porcelain design. They were medals for races I'd won.

I may have been stopped and standing or sitting on the lawn by this point. I may possibly have popped one or both of the medals in my mouth, as if I were going to eat them. But I suddenly realized that you don't eat medals. You save them. I was really hungry. But I put the medals back in the bag.

      Dream #3

I was inside some kind of structure with a lot of people. The structure -- I'm guessing -- was a tent made out of tarp-like material, like you see for big picnics or for large booths during summertime festivals. The walls were all pulled down, though, so that the sunlight coming through them was a dim, dusty amber.

I was in the midst of the crowd, talking with two little Asian girls. They were maybe five years old. They were good friends. They both had short hair, cut about jaw-length.

The two girls were now being called away, maybe by one girl's dad, who may have been a tall, kind of skinny, white man. The girls had to go get ready for a running race.

I now stood in another area. I looked up to my right. There was a doorway in the wall of the tarp. From that doorway, a plastic-boarded running-track was laid out through the center of the structure. It was bordered on either side by some kind of barrier -- maybe a jumble of stretch-tape barriers, steel-gate barriers, and plastic net barriers.

Everybody milled around on either side of this race track, kind of half-anticipating the start of the race. I may have looked up through the doorway to see the girls. They were in their starting positions, which were actually a few meters outside the doorway.

I was now back a ways from the track. The race started. Two girls may have run into the structure. But I didn't know one of the girls. The other girl was one of the friends. But she now seemed much younger than the other friend I'd been talking to. And she didn't know how to stay in her own lane. She was veering far to the left.

The race may have been stopped, due to the lack of focus by its two participants. Or it may have continued, though nobody really cared about it anymore.

But I wondered what happened to the other girl I'd been talking to. I may have looked (maybe only in my mind's eye) up through the doorway again. I may have come to the conclusion that thing had been so confusing at the start of the race that the girl had tripped and fallen.

I was sad that the girl had fallen. Everybody knew she was the favorite to win the race. I thought they might even start the race all over again for her sake. But maybe they wouldn't. That might not be fair.

I then thought that maybe I had caused the girl to fall. Maybe, while I'd been talking to the two little girls, I'd caused the older little girl to become so sexually attracted to me that she was distracted, and so she'd messed up her footing at the beginning of the race.

      Dream #4

I was sitting in a seating area of a small deli with my friend MG, a Swedish guy I'd worked with on an Americorps program in New York.

We were going on some hike somewhere. We'd stopped at this deli to pick up some stuff before we left. But then we'd decided to sit here for a while before we really headed off and drove to wherever we were going to start this hike.

The table we sat at was a small, two-person table. From about waist-height up, there was a mirror running along the wall to my left. Across the narrow dining area from me, some refrigerated food and beverage display cases lined the walls. The floors of the area were brown tile. Farther ahead, behind MG, I could see where this area opened up into the larger store area of the deli.

Two girls walked down toward, then past, our table. The girls were maybe eighteen or nineteen years old. They were incredibly hot, with blonde hair, tight shorts and soft t-shirts clinging closely to their breasts. It seemed like the girls may have been planning to go hiking, too.

The girls sat directly behind us. It seemed like they wanted us to talk to them. But I felt like I was too old to hit on eighteen-year-old girls. I'd look like a dirty, old man.

My backpack (? - don't wear one) was on the table in front of me. It was stuffed so full it almost looked like a green ball. I unzipped it and pulled out a clear, disposable container, like you might see in a deli, holding a single slice of cake.

The container held a meal or side dish made out of rice and a ton of black beans and black bean sauce. I ate the entire meal, scraping as much of the black bean sauce as I possibly could.

MG said, "Are you sure you have enough ----- for our hike?" I didn't know whether he meant food or water. So I told him I was fine. I said that after I'd eaten this thing, I wouldn't need anything else for the rest of the day.

MG said, "Well, I guess some people just have different bodily needs. It's kind of amazing to me. I would never go that long without -----."

I now wondered whether I hadn't misunderstood MG. I'd just eaten a ton of food, it seemed to me. Why would I need to eat anymore for the rest of the day? MG must have meant that I'd need water. And now that I thought of it, I didn't have any water in my backpack. I would need water.

I looked over to one of the refrigerated display cases. It was a narrow cabinet with a glass door, holding a bunch of sodas and waters. I saw a few waters, like Poland Spring waters, on the bottom shelf. I figured I'd buy one of those.

      Dream #5

I was in an apartment with a pretty girl. It was night, and all the lights in the apartment were off. The only light in the apartment was from dim city lights and the light of the moon, which was apparently full and huge, so bright that the rest of the sky was inky black.

I was apparently house-sitting here. I'd invited the girl over for the night. The apartment was big and nice. But the living room held both the couch and the bed. My viewpoint kept changing between the couch and the bed.

The girl was over in the shadows of the room, maybe in a corner near the door. She had specifically come here to have sex with me. But now I seemed to be afraid to have sex with her. I may have expressed a fear that I didn't want to be having sex right at the moment when the people I was house-sitting for returned.

I was now sitting with my back to a window or to a sliding-glass door. But some part of the window must have been open, because a gauzy, billowy curtain kept wafting up around me. I may have been looking off to my right, to a TV set, which was turned off.

The girl was on the phone, either the apartment's phone or her own cell phone (which may have been an old, silvery, flip-open style phone). The girl was talking to her friend, complaining about all my excuses for not having sex with her. These excuses were mostly about the apartment itself.

"But," the girl said, "if this place were a loft apartment, where we were the only ones who could get into the entire floor, there'd be no worry about anybody seeing us coming into the apartment."

(This had, I guess, been one of my worries.)

The girl now said, "But, wait! Isn't this a loft? This is! This is a loft apartment! We have the whole floor to ourselves!"

I realized the girl was right. Maybe we could have sex, after all. But suddenly my mind began filling up with a million other reasons why the girl and I couldn't have sex.

I was now kneeling on the floor, near the corner of a coffee table that stood before the couch. The girl was back to complaining to her friend on the floor about all the excuses I kept giving for not having sex.

All the time I listened to the girl, and thought of ways to get past all my silly excuses, so that I could have sex, I was staring at a sculpture of a woman's torso.

The sculpture was nicely shaped. But it seemed to be brittle and plastery. And the skin was a little too orange to look human. The torso was made to look like it wore a black bra and a skinny pair of black panties. I may have been turned on by the panties.

      Dream #6

I was out in some area, kind of like a parking lot that was being used for a summer festival or fair. There were a decent amount of people milling about.

A little girl was milling around with her mom and dad, maybe five meters away from me. The mom and dad were standing at a distance, maybe eating some food. The dad was tall and thin, bald, wearing a white polo shirt. The mom was shorter, maybe a little overweight, blonde, with a kind of saggy face.

The girl was maybe nine years old, blonde, with tan skiny. She wore a summer dress with thick straps and a plaid pattern with a dark pink background and lighter pink criss-crosses. The girl stood in front of some sort of belt-rope barrier.

The girl began doing dance moves or gymnastics moves, possibly while she was eating an ice cream cone. She lifted her right leg out to her side, then bent over to touch her right arm to her right leg. She then "bounced" off her leg and twirled her torso and arms over to the left. She moved into something like a somersault, then stood and began the move again.

As the girl did all of this, her limbs formed trails, like in a multiple exposure photograph or film, so that it looked like the girl, as she moved, was forming phantom arms and legs. It was really beautiful.
    15. Sensation: Pain

Synopsis: A restless night where short dream offers me - pain

Note: Hallucinated fruit flies upon waking

      Sensation: Pain
Mom is driving me home, she's come to visit for the week. As well pull in the parking lot I show her a strange fruit I found recently growing on the local trees.

When you first peel it it looks like a pomegranate. But it has this pit, like a peach. And the two halves of the fruit can rotate around that pit - making the fruit take entirely new shape. Now it kinda looks like two lungs attacked to a dark brown pit.

When I step out the car I noticed an ant hill. I carefully walk over it - but floating ants catch me by surprise.

At first I didn't know what it was - I thought it was a strange bug hanging from a web strand. It swung back and forth, scared to touch it I'd jump back. But I got a close look at it. It was ants, holding onto eachother and making themselves appear much larger as they swing on this web.

Well I'm glad I avoided them becuase they look aggressive.

Mom is opening the door and I try to walk - but I can't move. Theres ants in my pants and they're biting places they shouldn't. Ow! Ow! I try to swipe them off and run inside so I can get my pants off. Ow! Ow! Their burning stings wake me up. The pain is instantly gone.

In another dream - I don't remember all the details, but at some point I get a paper cut. The really itchy burning kind.

There was a third dream, but I don't remember this one anymore or the pain sensation it gave me.

When I woke up there's a giant cloud of fruit flies buzzing over my head, and a few house flies. They were so real looking. The way they buzzed around bumping into each other. Their tiny wings. Damn. Why are they flying over my head? Are we infested with fruit flies again, I thought we got rid of them?

After a few moments the flies flew away as if they knew they were spotted.

The next morning I went looking for the flies. We had three house flies. But I only found one fruit fly buzzing around the kitchen. The swarm of flies couldn't have really been there - plus such a large swarm would make noise and it was silent. Damn - I'm still seeing gnats when I wake up.
