Left behind in a country-wide tour (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was traveling with a group of people through different cities around the States and we would stay one night at a hotel and enjoy the dinner there.

One night, a friend was left for some reason. I wondered how he would do to catch up with all of us because we were in some sort of all expenses covered tour.

Another night passed and I had to visit the restroom. When I left the restroom I noticed all my friends left me behind as well. I was wondering why did they and figured I needed to stay at the hotel paying it on my own and figure out something next day (it was late night)

I went to sleep and woke up the next morning. I was in a totally different room and even hotel.

I realized anything made sense so I turned lucid. My level of lucidity was very low, I was barely aware I was dreaming, so i jumped off the window and started to fly.

I saw a nice lake so I decided to jump in and explroe the underwater, but the clock woke me up

(...) I'm travelling abroad, work reasons, I think. There's a strong unusual flash of light from the sun, that few people notice, but I grab a couple pair of sunglasses and take a look at the sun and notice there's a CME coming straight at us. It will take a few days to hit the Earth, I think, but I believe the effects will be big. So I leave the city centre and find refuge in an abandoned hotel in the outskirts of the city. While there I get to know my surroundings, I close all windows and shutters and prepare to avoid the outside for a few days.
I can feel the temperature rising and the air drying. I predict the amount of radiation will be bad enough to affect those who stay outside.
Then, all of a sudden, the secondary quiet road passing nearby is full of cars with people fleeing in a hurry. I wonder where they go. A dad with two kids appears at the front door and asks if they can stay with me. We sit on the living room and they tell me the authorities have warned people about the potential impact of the CME. Blackouts, potential fires from electrical circuits, radiation. Many people were evacuating the city, to escape a possible chaos, but this dad and his kids really had no place to go. Later on, a black guy who doesn't talk much, also joins us, but he doesn't interact much, he just choses a room as farther away from us as possible. We see him occasionally on the corridor.
We find a working tv and we follow the news.
Then we feel small but increasingly stronger earthquakes. Are these related to the CME? That's when I start thinking maybe it will be worst than I initially thought. Then, the tv blacks out. Electricity is gone.
Then I wake up...

There's a guy after me, but this time there is a female accomplice who is helping him. We're in a large deserted hotel style building, and I keep fleeing to higher floors while trying to get away. In the dream, the girl keeps seeing me and tipping off the guy where I'm at. On the top floor, i get to a room, and am forced to face the guy. He runs up to grab me, but I stab him with a paring knife in the chest. He stops, and I stab him again in the back before attempting to run away.

I was walking towards a petrol station, and noticed a car leaving with an over sized trailer. The trailer drove over the top tires which were connected to posts.

I walked inside and noticed the building was surrounded by what holds huge power lines up. I saw workers in harnesses ab sailing down in a panic. I figured they were worried because of the trailer that ran over the tires, must have shook the place.
I was with Josh D, and we were with two other girl. One kind of caught my eye. She had a pretty face, but I wasn't keen on the body. I don't think Josh really bothered about the other girl.

Powerline

Josh was holding something which looked similar to a spade. It must have caught a dogs (German Shepperd), because it rushed in and attack Josh. It was a massive dog, and was over powering Josh. He couldn't do anything about what was happening. I didn't know what to do to help him. Eventually the owner of the petrol station came to his aid. I thought it was bullshit of what happened, and should have got free accommodation for the night at least (Petrol station was a hotel). The owner looked like a hick.

He was patching Josh up from his wounds. Everything I thought/said he did. I said something about stitches or sedation. The owner got out a small needle for sedation and injected it into his forehead. I was a bit taken back of what just happened. Josh had passed out from the sedation and the owner was threading stitches into his eye brow. Josh woke up after the procedure instantly. I was looking at his eye brow which showed a lot of scar tissue, very thin layers.

A group of people were outside of the petrol station. They looked as if they were dressed in 60's costumes, full on John Lennon style.

We called a taxi to pick us all up from the hotel, in the morning at 8:30am. Josh said something about working the next day and would have to go home after clubbing, rather then going back to the hotel with us.

We were in a bathroom/toilet with the girls, and we were looking in the mirror.

We were now at a night club/pub. It was meant to be flannigans, but looked different. They had just closed off a section of the pub, but pulling down what looked like a garage door. I had a convocation about why the were closing this section to a girl DC. As I was leaving the area that closed, I went to get a drink from the bar, but Josh said it was closed too. Not long after, a older man had offered me a mini bottle of alcohol. I took it and asked for 1 more, insisting it was for a friend. He was a bit hesitant but gave me one. I walked towards Josh to give him the bottle. I looked at the old man and pointed at Josh, letting him know I was giving it to him. I noticed we were in a area which had tables and chairs everywhere. Josh noticed Amy H, and went to sit near her but she walked away without noticing. Josh fell over the table by accident, and it got Amy's attention. She came back to see if he was OK. Josh mentioned something to Amy about how I told him that she was keen on him back in school.

I was reading the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams" a lot before bed. I also meditated a bit. Also, I drank some water before bed, and thought some mantras in bed before sleeping. All of this got me two dreams and a lucid!

Dream 1:

I was in school. I was sitting in some teacher's class, to the left side of the class room. I was noticing a girl to the right and one desk behind me. That's all I really remember.

Wake Up:

I woke up at 3:43, and stayed up until 3:46. Pissed and drank some water during that time.

Lucid Dream:

Regular Dream Lucid Dream

I was in a dream about politics. I think there was something about Obama's Affordable Care Act in it. There also might have been something about someone's butt. I think these two absurdities, combined with what I did before sleep, caused me to become lucid. I remember feeling a small rush of energy this time, so I wasn't really that lucid, but lucid nonetheless. I fell out of bed, trying to go through the floor of my bedroom, but I just landed on the floor and started "lagging" in and out of the floor :/ . I then tried to crawl to my door, but the dream faded before I could get there.

Dream 2:

I was in this sort of hotel-children-summer-camp thing. I was one of the mentors. This kid, who looked exactly like L from this summer came over to me and said he had to pee. I brought him to the bathroom, and Lucas and I went in too, for some reason. L started peeing, but he then "couldn't control" it, and he started pissing EVERYWHERE! He pissed on the walls, he pissed on the door, he even pissed on ME! Then, while this was happening, a black kid came through the door (probably another kid from this summer) and saw what was happening. He just closed the door and ran, while the bathroom was getting pissed on by the damn Lucas doppelganger. The dream ended there.

Dream Frag 1:
It's stormy outside, which it was IRL, and I'm with a little girl in a large mansion or a lavious hotel building. She is watching the movie Princess Mononoke.

Dream 2:
I'm in a small studio room. Theres a ton of "magic cards" on the floor. I get the idea in going to steal a stack of them for w/e reason. Guy walks back in and I dismiss the notion.

Dream 3:
I'm outside in a snowy region, we just finished fighting some russians. I started flying and the other people in my group flew up beside me. I fly even higher, and strike a superman pose and everyone else is laughing.

I'm happy I was able to recall and remember to write down 3 entries last night!

Lucid #142: Hotel OBE

During my mantra, I find myself staring at the ceiling of the hotel room we're staying in. I know that I'm wearing my sleep mask, though, so I'm positive that this is a dream. I will myself to roll away from my sleeping body, and now I'm on my feet.

Rather than walking, I'm just sliding around the room. The scene is dark and a little hazy, but everything looks just like I remember it. I don't look back at Wife or the spot where I was sleeping, although I wonder whether I've left a sleeping dream body behind in bed.

I slide into the adjacent room where the kids are sleeping. Now more things are different. My two kids R and E are each lying in separate cribs, both about two years younger than they are in waking life. R is now almost a newborn and E looks like he's about two. They're both sleeping blissfully on their backs, and I drift past them toward the front door.

When I phase through the hotel room door, I find myself in a darkened hallway that doesn't look very much like our hotel. I note how realistic the dream began and how quickly it diverged from reality. I want to turn on the lights and check out my environment. I give a grandiose shout of "Let there be light!"

The hallway is now better lit, but it's still fairly dim. From out of nowhere, I hear Wife's from behind me: "And there waaaaas light!" She follows this up with a mocking trumpet sound like "doo doo doo DOOOOOOO!!"

I look back, and yep, she's standing there behind me. "Whatcha doing?" she asks.

"I'm having a lucid dream. This one is an OBE." I'm preparing to explain what that is when I remember that there's no need to explain anything to Wife's DC.

I jump-phase through the ceiling, my head going right through into the void for a moment. I try this again, and get the same void result. Okay, next time I'll imagine a new scene... too late, the dream ends.

Remembered a few dreams in the morning, forgot most of them later on. Woke up at like 5:45. I was like, "Shit." Did same mantras as last time in meditation and for a bit in bed.

Dream 1:

I remember a single story hotel.
It was shaped like an L.
It had a water tower next to it, or maybe it didn't, I couldn't tell.

I drove with my family on a two-laned highway.
We found an exit and went that way.
I eventually remember driving by myself and driving in the Sun's ray.

I got pulled over by a cop.
She made me stop
On the left side of the road and her boots went clop.

There was a town.
The houses were all brown.
I saw it and the dream went down....

Technique: MILD & WBTB

Dream 1:

Dreamed I was talking with my best friend and then she turned into Jada Pinkett Smith. We were staying at a hotel on vacation and she was asking me about my children (age, school, etc.). We had such a great time by the pool reminiscing about how grown up were now.

Dream 2:

I was with my niece and we talking about cleaning out our closets. I recall that some of my clothing was in some type of storage so we went there to find the clothes. We found my extra clothes and started trying the clothes on (which is one of our favorite past times). I remember most of the clothing was from the GAP clothing store. I finally found something to wear but can’t remember what occasion I was dressing for.

I was so desperate to leave some place, but every time I would leave, I would keep coming back to the damn place.

1. Traveling with my cousins (to dragoncon?) We stopped at a hotel with wierd phones everywhere. My aunt called and asked which one of us pooped on her couch, and we said it must have been the dog. o-e

2. My family was beginning a journey, and we stopped at same aunt's house for supplies. I wanted to take their rootbeer, but they wouldn't let me.

Well, I tried to repeat my success I had yesterday by doing a WBTB for 1 hour...no success. All I have to offer is bits and pieces of a dream.

At a hotel (again), some type of trip I was taking with a group of people. We all belonged to something (maybe a church group) and I wanted to leave, but I was not allowed. I noticed that my bed sheets were not changed by the maid when I got back from downstairs and this pissed me off.

My mom tells me she want's to take me my sister and grandma somewhere. So we say okay, and suddenly we're in the area outside the adventuredome, she's sitting on a bench and she seems like she wants to get me and my sister off her hands so she can talk about something with my grandma so she says she'll buy us wrist bands for the adventuredome, first we were shocked because she's cheap, but then we think about lazer tag and roller coaster and shit, so we tell her hell yeah, and she goes into her purse and pulls out five dollars, and we tell her that's not nearly enough, last time it was twenty seven dollars per person, and fifteen dollars for one of us if we have that coupon we had last time, so she fake laughs and pulls out a ten, and we tell her it's not enough, so finally she gives us enough money, and we make our way to a ticket stand.

Dream #1

Well, I went to bed extremely sleepy, so sleepy, I broke a record by going to bed before midnight! I kept waking up in the middle of night, I guess because I went to bed so early, I kept thinking it was time to get up. I would use the bathroom and every time I would get back to bed, I would say my mantra and try my best to stay awake. Sometimes, I would go to sleep, but I would be back up in a couple of hours doing the same thing all over again. (that's just how my body works, I naturally wake up in the middle of night). Well, by the third time, in the middle of a dream, I felt my vibrations and I became lucid. I was in what looked like a hotel and I was talking to someone at the front desk. I couldn't get over how the person didn't really look like a human to me (and I can't explain what he looked like either). Somehow, my super lucid senses kicked in and I heard a voice in my head say, "Stop staring and hug the damn thing...NOW!" I flew over that counter and wrapped my arms around that 'thing' and held on for dear life! After what seemed a few minutes, I let go (I guess I thought if I didn't hold on long enough the thing would vanish or evaporate). I was so scared, but I had to wait for the reaction, so I just stood there ready to be vaporized or punched in the face by that thing, but instead, it just smiled at me. I lost lucidity soon after that, but when I woke up, I wrote down the little bit I retained and laid back down trying to see if I could continue, but I think the excitement messed that up for me. I was so excited! I don't know where that voice came from that told me to hug that thing, but THANK YOU!

Dream #2

I laid back down and repeated my mantra and went back to sleep and had a non-lucid, but it was very vivid. I was in an elevator and it kept going up and down without stopping. The other DC in the elevator told me that it must be broken and soon I began to freak out. I suffer from extreme motion sickness in WL, so I guess this followed me into my dream world, so I felt my stomach start to bubble and boil..I was getting ready to hurl. The DC started moving around trying to push the buttons on the elevator and calling for help and finally, the elevator stopped. When the doors of the elevator opened, I fell out the doors like a puddle of liquid and the other DCs just stepped over me to go on their merry way. I felt like I was still in a hotel because I went up to my room and I found several people sleeping as I tried to tell them what had just happened to me. They didn't want to hear it because they were asleep and one of them told me to shut up and go to sleep! So...that is exactly what I tried to do...until I saw a live turtle stuck to my shirt !

TF2:
I'm playing TF2 ( team fortress 2) and i'm inside the game. At first, the map is a canyon sort of place. I've ran out of ammo on my main weapon but a person from the other team is attacking me so i hide behind a boulder and occasionally pop out to shoot with my pistol. Next thing i know, i'm in a respawn room moving through all sorts of teleporters not having an idea of where i'm going.

Then this girl finds me lost and tells me how to play. She puts me in like an arena and there, i'm forced to melee various enemies as they spawn. After that, i'm free to go and i spawn to the map, which is now my farm, and i'm a pyro class but i don't do too good so i respawn as a sniper. As a sniper, i totally kick butt and do an awesome job.

Searched:
I'm outside of my house, doing something, then my mom comes out and tells me the police are coming to search our house. After hearing that, i run inside and lock our doors. The police search outside first and then begin to knock our doors down. As they do, i grab my phone and knife and then go to my bedroom.

There, i find some girls and other people i don't know. We all sit down , We talk and stuff. Then i realize i haven't brushed my teeth and that these girls probably think my breath smells awful so i go to brush my teeth, but for some reason, i come back without brushing them to find the police have broken in and are searching our computers and what not.

Hotel repeat:
Now this one is pretty interesting, it takes place in the same hotel as one of my previous dreams ( i looked and i don't think i have it logged on here, oh well ). Either way, i'm in a fancy hotel located in florida and i ask the people at the front desk if the concert was on the second floor or first. For some reason, i was looking for something up there, but i forgot what.

I see my friends sitting in chairs around me. They were watching game of thrones on tv. I ask one of them and he tells me i'm looking for a girl. Then i say goodbye as i start to leave, and one of my friends like tackles me and it pissed me off.

A new game:
I'm in some sort of 3rd person strategy/action game, sort of like final fantasy. Either way, our team enters a building, it turns out that it's home to like those titans from the anime "Attack on titan". We run around and manage to steal a skill card or something and then we get out of there alive. But we die soon after from scorpions attacking us. This dream also took place in a canyon/desert like area.

Signs on the road:
I was on some sort of road painting a sign on the ground so i know where to drive later on. I was there with one of my friends and his mom. He was telling me about a vacation he plans to take and how he's going to play some game the whole time, he didn't say the name but it was the game from the previous dream.

After that, for some reason, i meet up with mikasa from the anime "Attack on titan" ( i think her name was mikasa at least, i only watched three episodes ). After that, we get in like a corner and start killing enemies as they come up to us, we're farming for xp or something. After we're done, i realize i haven't brushed my teeth again, so i go to do that but i looked back and couldn't find mikasa. Another dream where i didn't get to brush my teeth and my breath probably smelled bad, my dream characters are going to start thinking i'm nasty xD.

Russian Father:
Our family buys a new house and we have a pool party. Lots of my friends are here, but i get out of the pool and take a walk. I end up in a village. At that village, the military and a gang are fighting each other. I help the military and after the battle, i see my grandfather arresting some one.

After that, i find myself back at my house, i get into a car and start driving. At one point on a road, this cop is driving really fast behind me and i really need to stop so i do a sharp turn into like a parking lot. Apparently, the cop thought i was stopping so he like turned and ended up crashing. I call my mom and she sorts it out. The cop was actually a really nice person.

My mom takes my car, so i end up walking. I end up back at my old house, a little weird. I walk down the driveway and see my mom riding away in the distance. i text a family member to come pick me up so i can pursue her. But i find a car next to me so i take that. I chase her and we end up at a dock at night time. There, i ambush my mom, but then my dad comes over to me with some black foreign substance covering his body and he absorbs me.

I'm not sure if he destroyed my moms car or she drove away, i can't remember. However, my dad explains to me that he's russian and that when i was a child, he injected me with some weird substance which gave me super powers. I see a flashback as he's explaining, i see my newborn body in a hospital bed and my dad arguing with a nurse. After that flashback, i find myself in the present, my dad has defused with me and is showing me my new power.

I now notice i have the black substance over my skin as well. He tells me it can form anything i want it to or absorb anything. So i form an exoskeleton with a shoulder machine gun. It works and i can control the machine gun simply by thinking.

Thoughts: I find it a little weird that most of my dreams tonight revolve around video games, it's kind of embarrassing really, i don't even play video games that much. Also, i only watched three episodes of attack on titan and 2 dreams involve that anime. Oh well, it was interesting none the less.

Hotel Dream Lecture:
I had chosen to stay overnight at some hotel. The hotel had shower chambers outside with the guest's name on the shower door. I looked around but couldn't find mine,although i did see a shower with the name "caenis lucidis" on it and inside was a female with a good looking body. I suppose the name was a reference to "CanisLucidus", a user on here that i haven't met before. A little odd but pretty cool.

since i couldn't find my shower, i decided to get in some nearby line, whatever the line was for, i have no idea. As i was waiting, i noticed this person standing on a ladder giving a speech to a crowd about lucid dreaming. After that, i decided i should go get some food, i found myself on my farm looking for food. As i was doing that, i was ambushed by bandits which i quickly gunned down as i was hiding in a bush.

Next thing i know, i'm at this summer camp, these people are bringing giant coke coolers. They have diet coke and reguler coke, they also have tea and i decide i want the tea, but the tea has no ice in it. So i get coke even though i never drink coke in waking life. As im getting it, i literally crush the cup the coke is pouring into and everyone gives me a weird look. xD
