      1. 61 point relaxation technique

This figure illustrates 61 points on the body. To do this exercise, you need to memorize the sequence of points. (This is not difficult, because the points are arranged in a simple pattern) They begin at the forehead, travel down and up your right arm, then across to your left arm, down to your torso, down and up your right legs, then back up your torso to the forehead.

      2. Focus your attention on one point at a time
Begin at your forehead, focus your attention between your eyebrows and think of the number one. Keep your attention fixed at point one for several seconds until you feel that your awareness of the location is clear and distinct. Think of yourself being located at this point. Before moving on to the next point, you should feel a sense of warmth and heaviness at this spot.

      3. Move through each point in sequence
In the same manner, successively focus your attention on each of the first thirty-one points. Proceed slowly, and imagine you self being located at each point as you reach it. Feel the sense of warmth and heaviness before moving on. Do not allow your mind to wander. At first you may find this difficult to do: you will find that at times you suddenly will forget that you are doing the exercise and start daydreaming or thinking about something else. IF you lose your place, return to the beginning or the last numbered point you attended to, and continue. Practice with thirty-one points until you can attend to them all in sequence without daydreaming or losing track.

4.Extend your practice to include all sixty-one points
When you can attend to thirty -one points in sequence, repeat steps 1 and 2 with all sixty-one points. Practice this until you can do all points without losing your focus. Now you are ready to use this exercise with lucid dreaming induction techniques.

This technique was acquired from Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming, by Stephen Laberge and Howard Rheingold. ( Figure was adopted by Exercise without movement by Swami Rama [Himalyan Institute, Honesdale, PA.])
    2. Saving the lucid dreamers.

So that' s not an EPIC LD either but the vivacity was extraordinary.
Note: the "9.5" for vivacity is because the dream ended because of a blurry, dark place.

      Lucidity: 9/10
      Control: 7/10
      Vivacity: 9.5/10

Little Laberge and his father and two sisters are in an amusement park.
The roller coasters are deadly and so is everywhere the family goes as long as it is in the park. Laberge loves robots, and dreams of big machines "James Cameron' s Avatar" style.

The kid gets his fingers cut off in a roller coaster.
The sister gets killed by a falling building.
The other sister ... I don' t remember how she dies.
The story repeats itself. I learn more as the family dies again and again, and at one point I am someone who came back in time to save them all. I have to get on the finger cutting roller coaster - I don' t mind that though : I understood that you have to keep your fingers in the thingy you roll in so the machines in the dark can' t cut 'em.
I goes like that for a while. I save the sis one, two, three times but still they stay in the park.
I decide to get Laberge out of here and make him drag the rest himself. I get to him, and tell him that I' m from the future. I tell him what' s going on in this park and that we need him in the future, because he' s gonna accomplish something important (now that I' m awake I guess it' s referring to his researches). I show him photos of the future, photos of machines Avatar style. He' s freaked out.
he runs away and I loose him, that' s when I become lucid. I can kind of breathe by my nose. I don' t want to abandon the kid if all this is real, but if it' s a dream then I have to know it. As I blow through my nose I read something on a car .. miramar? mermaid? Miramaid? I dunno, but when I look back it' s something close to "Georgia' or something with several "G" in it.
      It' s a dream.
I run away from the darkness of the trees doing lots of awesome flips until I remember that I' m gonna have "a long, awesome lucid dream"
      http://www.dreamviews.com/wiki/User-...me-Hours-of-LD
I feel my legs, every footstep that I take feels extremely realistic; I notice that my pain (IRL) in my right leg is gone. My fear of the dream fading ... fades away. The flowers at my right, I remember, smelled like roses; they were white and pink, extending up to my chest. At my right there' s a house, I notice we' re in a rich neighborhood. A tennis court is in front of me. At my left the trees casts shadows on the road; this side is filled with shadows. I quickly climb the wall on my right. On the roof, I still am amazed by the realism of the dream. The sun quickly sets.
I begin worrying. Darkness. I jump off the roof and, while the dream still fades, I do a front flip in order to change the scenery. When I Look around me I notice the day' s back.
      Pheeew
Some men are running away with some random guys on their back. They' re kidnapping 'em. I run and do the same kind of awesome flips as before. I flip over a barrier and run to the bad guys.
Problem : it' s dark all around. The guys dragged me in a trap. I try to go away but I can' t fly and the other a**holes grab me and close my eyes. When I try to open them
I open my real eyes, in my bed.

I tried to DEILD again but I already got 10 hours of sleep so I couldn' t fall back asleep.

I' m gonna get the Idea that darkness is bad out of my head, I feel like it' s handicapping me.
