    1. A Few Dream Fragments/Short Dreams, REALLY Beautiful Dream that I WBTB to At The End.

by , 10-23-2011 at 05:34 PM (The Stories of my Dreaming Mind)
I am going into the hallway of the house, leaving the wooden glass door to the hallway open, knowingly. Once I start opening the door to the outside, my cats and I think my bird also rush into the hallway, and Leeroy gets out. I panic a little, closing the door behind me and calling for Leeroy to come back. He's hyper and running around everywhere, disappearing into the bushes and coming back out of them. When I call him and hold out my arms, he comes running to me. I see that he's not going to run away forever, so I let him enjoy himself for now. He starts flying up to the tree branches (shape-shifted into a bird but he is still Leeroy the cat) he goes higher and higher and farther and farther in the trees, and I just follow him to make sure he's okay throughout. Then he flies back to me himself, and I take him back inside. I feel pity for Tiger, who didn't get to go outside. I think I ask mom or someone if I could take her out too, and I think she said no. Then the dream ends.

I am with my family and Kate, at some tourist place. We are hanging out in the building we are staying at. This place is very similar to the place that I usually go to Joy's house in my dreams.
I've noticed that whenever going to Joy's house in a dream, it is always the same gloomy, dead tree, muddy place with a big house. This is very different from her house in real life. I find it interesting though, as if my dream is just a parallel reality and her house is always the same but different from this reality in waking life. We find out about some haunted house, where you have to be at least 16 to enter. I say "Well if that's the age limit it must be really scary, I'm not going." I said this mainly to my brother and his girlfriend/fiancee, Kate. They laugh. We continue talking, but I am mostly quiet, listening to our conversation mostly and contributing when I have something to say.

Then we are at the haunted house. Somehow I forget that this is the haunted house until later, because it's not the typical haunted house. There is a girl
who looks exactly like Cora but I don't question this who starts talking to us. The house is white, and empty. Sort of like the Nobody's castle from Kingdom Hearts 2. She is a psycho, and whenever someone says something that could possibly be taken the wrong way, she goes against them and threatens to kill them. I don't remember who she wanted to kill out of my family. For a short while, she wanted to kill me, pointing a knife at me, but then I got on her good side by taking things from her point of view and respecting her and loving her instead of fearing her. We became friends. She was still against the rest of my family, but then I told them that she just needs to be understood and befriended. We are taking up a lot of time. The next haunted house visitors come in and we are still there, so they continue to wait near the entrance. Later we find that there are also extremely scary machines that could actually kill someone, they were mostly drills. I watched the next visitors almost get killed, or get killed by one of those drills. Then we leave and I realize that that was the haunted house. I agree with myself that it was a very creative idea to make the main attraction of this haunted house be the psychotic girl, who later talks to me and turns out to be normal. I find out that this is one of the best haunted houses in the world.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am at future shop with Zitian. We don't know each other very well. I ask him a bunch of questions - do you play final fantasy games? He says he only has played FFIX. I say "Oh yeah, the one with the Zidane and those other people" he's like "yeah." I think about asking him about Disney movies since I know from stalking his Facebook that he loves them.
We continue to browse games at future shop. As we are about to start out, I remember that Sims 3 Pets is out, and get all excited and ask if we could go back and find it. He says sure. So we go and I'm all excited and hyper at this point, and he seems bored.
We continue talking about irrelevant things and other things, and I think at one point I ask him about those Disney movies, and he's like "Oh, yeah! I love Disney movies!" so we talk about that for a while but he still seems disinterested.
We get outside, and his mom drives in and they offer to drive me home. I get in the car, and realize they don't even know where I live. I ignore this fact and assume that they must know if they are not asking. His mom is pretty, and she talks to me. Zitian is quiet. Then his mom says "Thank-you!" in a reminding or mocking manner, and I remember to thank them for the drive. I feel a little bad and awkward now, but I remember to stay positive and energetic because that makes me feel good AND attracts people to me, so I do. I'm more excited and I start talking again to Zitian now. He's more excited now too, smiling when he talks. I say, "We should hang out more often!" "Yeah" And we both say around the same time: "Since we don't have classes together and never get to see each-other!" We laugh. Then I realize - Hey, now that I've befriended him, it shouldn't be a bad thing to talk to him on Facebook etc! Yay~! Then we get to my driveway, and I say thanks for the ride and say goodbye. I walk home happy, but also a little upset because I was probably boring Zitian most of the time, but then I realized - you know what? I probably was just focusing negatively and wasn't noticing how interested he really was in our conversation.
The end of this dream could have been a prequel to the first and second dreams written above.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am outside of my house, in a completely different setting however. The dreams above were connected to each other, but this one was by itself. Anyway. I am outside of my house. The neighborhood is now placed beside a beach, my side of the neighborhood closest to the shore. I am walking out of the house, waiting for my slowpoke parents to get ready and go with me. Then they start walking. There are soooo many beautiful areas in the neighborhood now, none of which I had known before. I don't question this fact however. The grasses are covered with beautiful flowers, and the trees have the perfect location and shape to allow the perfect amount of sunlight to illuminate the flowered grass. There is a nice grass/flower bed near on the parking lot of my section of the neighborhood. I lie down and watch the cloudless sky. I feel the sun on my skin and everything is beautiful, so beautiful. I go back to my parents and suggest they lie down on the grass and watch the sky together. Mom says that's a nice idea but dad hates the idea, he's too lazy to lie down right now, he's headed somewhere blah blah blah. I ignore them. I run around, discovering new beautiful places of my neighborhood. There is a climbable tree that I go and manage to sit on, fairly high up. I view the meadow area next to me. There are flowers everywhere, and the warmth of the sun and trees is felt wholly. This was a very vivid dream. My parents are walking slowly, I think, so I have a lot of time to enjoy the area.
I walk down above my section of the neighborhood. I view the ocean from above, and all the nature to my left. The beauty was seriously so indescribable! It was sooo beautiful and vivid was the beauty everywhere! this is one of the only dreams I've had where I can actually feel the warm sun and see the sky and everything shining and sparkling and just soooo beautiful words cannot describe at all!
Then I walk back to the meadow around, down towards my parents. I lie down in the tall grass and flowers, and view the sky and few sunny clouds. I feel soo good. Then I sit up, hugging my legs to my chest. I cal to my mom, telling her how beautiful it all is! She agrees, but keeps walking. I think she then came and sat down next to me in the grass. I don't know where dad was at this point. I talk about everything beautiful. Then I feel something on the back on my thighs, something lights, brushing my skin. It crawls onto my hand and it is a large spider! My mom says it's a tarantula and she freaks out slightly. I try to brush it off, for a while it won't go and my mom is telling me to stop because it's a tarantula and it could hurt me, and then finally I have slapped it off of my hand.

I wake up, searching for any sign of a spider on my arm. I still feel the spider on me from the dream. I am not completely fearful because I assume it was just the dream, and not a body signal from real life. I notice that my heart was beating normally, and I like the fact that my body isn't affected by my dreams. Then I start imagining myself walking from my house in the same dream, running through the neighborhood, and when I arrive back to the climbable tree and view the meadow, I am back in the dream again. During the rest of the dream I think I just sit there enjoying everything, my parents aren't there and it is only me and my beautiful dreamscape.
    2. Liberation

by , 09-20-2011 at 07:19 PM (Oneiric Mirror)
I dreamed I was in a place (which could very well be a cross between the Swiss Alps and Scandinavia).
I was with A. I was a few years older, with a beard covering my face, and a wool cap in my head.
Me and A were responsible for a kind of station that studied the ecological status of the planet.
Our house was round, white, and had four windows in front. Near the house was a huge deposit of seventeen feet. Near the deposit, there was a huge pipe that entered the soil. The portion of pipe that was out, continued throughout the landscape until out of sight ... all this were irrigation systems. At the bottom of the landscape there were mountains (four or five) covered with ice.

    3. Reacuring Mountain Scape, Locations and a new Plaza 07/11/2011

      by , 07-10-2011 at 03:56 PM
      6:30 AM
      Poor Recall

Quick notes on these recurring locations.
There are basically two overall settings in this dream. Both are massively large and "arcing" settings outside either end of my childhood hometown which is a small country town in the Sierra Nevada foothills near Yosemite National Park. The two settings are connected in some way(not just physical transition). The two can mostly be distinguished by the types of "out of place" locations that get mixed in, DC that I see, and % of time I spend looking down compared to being near to the ground.
The lower end is further away and mostly West South-West. The upper is closer and located between South-East and North-East. I almost never wonder outside of these areas while in these settings.

      OK Dream Bit One
Outside east end of town a new plaza is constructed, could be open but I don't see any many cars and there is a line of confusing road signs all cluttered and blocking. I think I was headed to the plaza for some reason but I'm not sure why. (note: this may be representative of my waiting to hear back after a job interview.)

      Dream Bit Two
Some points during dream I get areal views that transition me from specific to specific location(but I'm not flying).
Outside the west end of town a long dirt road comes down a mountain side curving slowly and steep around through the sparse trees... I transition and wind up at a Large familiar river that is not near my hometown yet somehow resembles a ditch that is. (This mixture of ditch and river is pretty common but always takes a slightly different form.) Today the river was pretty full from a couple tributaries that added to it and was pouring down from a small water fall that I was looking over towards. Good feeling here today.
    4. Finally, Robotic Beings Rule the World

by , 03-13-2011 at 06:53 AM (Nocturn Core (Abridged))
I was talking to Ben about him visiting us in America and us visiting him in Australia. There was a canyon in Australia that I was particularly interested in seeing, but for some reason, he wouldn’t talk about it. We went through a list of reasons why it was a bad idea – too far away from Brisbane (either twenty-five minutes or five hours, he never specified which), food for the trip, silly things like that which are rarely the biggest factor in planning an international trip. He and another Australian guy debated how well the car would hold up on such a long drive. We were in some kind of virtual reality world. Ben had spent a lot of time converting image data to 3D models of scenic places in Australia, but he wouldn’t let us see them… I was confused, so I pressed this a bit. I finally told Ben flatly that I wanted to see the natural beauty of Australia, and I would see it with or without his help. He wouldn’t talk to me or Nicole after that. We got involved in some kind of weird mind meshing game where we turned Ben’s brain into a marble and rolled it around in our thoughts, making him rethink his decision. He eventually decided he would cooperate with us after all. As we learned, the only reason he had argued was because he thought my request to see the sights in Australia was my way of criticizing his appreciation of nature. Since it was settled, we apologized and settled our disagreement. We missed each other’s company too much to hold out alone anyway. Ben made what was supposed to be a bold statement, then – he would buy a bike in Australia and ride it proudly to show the world how much he loved natural beauty.

The dream jumped. Ben and I were meeting up at a restaurant and hotel. We were all going to stay there together. One of the employees at the restaurant, a woman with blond hair in a sophisticated, black uniform, asked if I needed any help. I declined any assistance; I was waiting for someone, I said. I stood in the middle of the busy restaurant as waitresses zoomed back and forth between tables. I observed that the hotel was separated by a swamp-like stretch of gooey, red organic tissue. I dared not step on it. I asked the blond woman from before how I should cross it. She pointed out a narrow path made of stone that led across. All of this was clearly a reference to Althea’s swamp in the Sword of Truth series. I thanked the woman for her help as Ben appeared in the distance… He was riding a bicycle! When he approached the restaurant, he hopped off the bike. He asked me which coins he was allowed to use as payment in America.

      “The American ones,” I laughed.

“The quarters, dimes, and nickels, then…?” he asked, nodding.

      “The pennies, too!”

“No…” he said in sincere disbelief. “Really?!” He came into the restaurant after paying some kind of bike fee. Even inside the restaurant, he rode that bike everywhere. He nearly fell in the living swamp water as I was showing it to him. I warned him about it… At best, the water would just creep us out. I didn’t want to find out it was deadly and acidic. Anyway, we went to the winding stone trail. Naturally, Ben had to ride his bicycle over it. He nearly fell in twice; one of the stumbles put most of his weight over the edge, but Ben somehow floated to safety. I asked if he was feeling alright… He was having a lot of trouble with balance. Although he assured me he was fine, he seemed very dizzy… He started coughing and eventually vomiting bile. I invited him to sit on a bench with me and rest before we continued onward. He accepted the offer. I took photographs of the swamp.

The dream jumped. I had a false awakening in Nicole’s bed. The room looked as it did before she rearranged the furniture. I understood that this room was connected to the hotel from before. I kept hearing sounds like a squeaky bike outside. I tuned it out as I relaxed in bed. It was a bright, new morning… Nicole stirred and immediately asked about the strange, periodic bouts of squeaking. I told her I would check it out. The next time we heard it, I saw up and looked out her window. In the street was a metallic figure attached to bike wheels – one big, one small. It cycled freely down the road. I figured out what was going on instantly and ducked out of view.

“You can’t be serious…” I said, mostly to myself. “Get under the bed! Now!” I urged Nicole. She and I managed to squeeze under the bed together. It looked like it would be easy for the robots to detect us if they checked the house; the bed seemed higher up than it actually was from our low vantage point. Anyway, the moment I saw the human-like design in what otherwise could’ve been an interesting vehicle, everything came into place. I knew it was an artificially intelligent robot. The fact that I heard several on the street – but no cars, frighteningly enough – indicated that they were large in number. I suspected they had built up their forces in secret and overwhelmed our society. They hadn’t checked our room while we were sleeping, I decided, or we would be dead. Our robotic overlords had no reason to allow us to live. I explained all of this quietly to Nicole. We watched, terrified, as a robotic sentinel walked past our door on its metallic legs. They didn’t have feet – just long, narrow legs. I wished I had Apheri.

Once the coast was clear, we knew we had to get Ben. Nicole and I went to the bench outside where he stopped to rest the previous day. A fleshy cocoon surrounded it now. I gestured for Nicole to follow me in. It was empty… I didn’t want to imagine what the robots had done to him when they found him. Order is a disturbing foe… We heard the squeaking of metal joints as a robot sentinel approached the cocoon. Nicole told me to hide, but there was nowhere to hide! I prepared myself for a fight. The robot raised its arms when it saw me and opened fire. Bullets filled my body. I tackled the top-heavy machine and tumbled with it into the murky water outside. Nicole gasped, fearing the electricity would kill me as the robot’s body began to crackle. Fortunately, it didn’t. The robot turned into a small bug on my arm. I crushed it with a finger, but like a cockroach, it seemed to come back to life despite seemingly fatal injury. I crushed it again, and it took flight. It bit me, injecting nanobots into my body. I couldn’t destroy it.

“They’re immortal…” I laughed uneasily. What was I going to do? I basically resigned myself to my fate. I couldn’t fight this… I couldn’t imagine how, but the robots had conquered us overnight, and they would exterminate us without fail. I saw them marching toward us. “Go hide, Nicole.”

      “What about you?”

“I have something to do… It’s our only chance.” My body was full of bullets. There was no way I would survive – but maybe I could save Nicole.

The dream jumped. I was walking around in tunnels built in a Minecraftian style. I was just above bedrock. Everywhere I looked, I saw robots mounted to the floor or ceiling. When the first one saw me, a white laser trained itself on my forehead. Intense battle music started playing. Inspired by this, I ran for my life as bullets rained on me. I turned away from the few that were shooting me and nearly fell to my knees when I saw hundreds of robots staring at me. There was no escape. They had me trapped. I ran for my life past one of the three in front of me. It shot a boomerang sword at me, cutting off my left arm. Blood spurted out.

“No way…” I choked. It shot the sword again after it returned, taking off my head this time. The bloody head rolled as my body slumped forward. I heard Nicole commenting on how cool the weapon was. I saw her standing by the lighthouse on Sailor’s Isle (Skies of Arcadia). She practiced throwing the sword. It was nearly Apheri’s length and probably just as heavy, but it moved through the air like a phantom.
    5. Return To My Forest

by , 10-09-2010 at 06:42 AM (A World In My Head!!)
      October 8, 2010

Synopsis: A witch has trapped me and my cousin. We escape into a forest that keeps us safe from her wrath

      Note:
I've been trying to return to the sanctity of my forest for a long time

      Return to My Forest

My entire class has gathered in a building. Our teacher then instructs each of us where to go. She sends some students down this hall, some down the other hall, some into this room, and some into that room. It's pretty clear she's separating us! Why?

I didn't like that we were being separated, isolated alone in the school. So me and my cousin go down a hallway together before the teacher could instruct us. The teacher finds us and instructs us to go to this room. She then asks my cousin sweetly "You could have your own bedroom instead of sharing! Want to have your own bedroom instead?"

      "NO!"

My cousin didn't want to be separated from me either. Annoyed, the teacher slams the door on us and locks us in the bedroom. It's like a hotel room.

I feel like I've dreamed this before. Except in the last dream me and my cousin struggled to escape. In the last dream my cousin made a loud distraction while I tried to bust the window. It didn't work. My cousin starts thinking of new distractions, including flooding our room with water.

I inspect the window. You can only open it from the outside. But maybe we don't need to open it or break it? I grab my cousin's hand and together we fly right through the window! That was easy.

We fly over the courtyards, they were dark and gothic looking.
We fly over a small village. Which looked desolate, as if our teacher (a witch) has cursed it. There were strange creatures or beings about, I guessed they were working for the witch. We've been spotted!

I make it to the edge of a forest, still afraid the witch will find me. So I fly deeper into the forest, still with my cousin (whos now transformed into a small animal). I think I'm in the heart of the forest now, in a dry river bed. I land on some rocks with lots of pockets in them, like giant lava rocks. I thought, this rock will make a good home. Me and my cousin relax for a little bit.

Soon after I realized we weren't alone. From a distance I noticed two figures racing towards us. One was a dog-man, the other was a bright red fox who looked more like a demon. In my minds eye, the fox was the pet of the dog-man. They looked pissed! Me and my cousin try to find a new spot to hide, but we were too slow. The two of them stop in front of us.

"What are you doing in our forest?"

I figured honesty was best. "We ran away from the witch, but I think she's still after us"

Realizing we were just taking refuge, their demeanor became sweet. They welcomed us and told us we could stay as long as we wanted. At this point me and my cousin remembered that we had left a family member behind back in the witches castle. An old frail man, who was supposed to be 'our' father (which makes no sense logically because she's my cousin). But we were both too afraid to leave the forest now, and decided to stay until we became stronger.

Spring came to the forest, and water rushed in to fill the river bed.

I was convinced that the witch was after me! (I think that's from a previous dream). The woodland creatures keep a careful watch, keeping the demons and witches henchmen out. Word spread that the witch was fast approaching us.

A dark cloaked being, over 14ft tall, bursts through the forest, screaming! It's the witch! The woodland creatures gather together.

Suddenly, and with a flash of light, a demi-god as brilliant as the sun appears in front of the witch!! With a powerful voice and with the crack of lightning, he declares the forest sacred ground. The witch can not, not now, not ever, enter. Wow, nice to have some demi-gods on our side.

The witch howls mournfully, then quickly retreats back to her castle!

Nows a good time to come up with a rescue plan. I make my cousin transform out of her animal form, a hamster, which I thought wouldn't help much for the rescue. We should rescue as our people forms instead (we each had an animal form apparently). After sitting around in a cozy circle with my woodland friends, I decide the best course of action is to turn invisible, rescue the old man, and sneak out quietly.

We practice turning invisible, but I can still see my feet! Am I really invisible?

I keep practicing my invisibility. (At this point I was prolonging the dream, making it slowly abstract. The forest is only half a forest, the other half is a bedroom). I snoop around invisible. A butterfly girl with a tiny voice is looking for her friend, froggy. "Oh froggy! Oh froggy! Where are you?" Her words ring like chimes.

She floats very close to the doorway protecting the forest. The next thing I know, a black giant naga head was lounging towards the butterfly girl. Her cries of help were drowned out by the shrieking scream of the naga-witch! I thought for sure she would die!

But then a blast of light slices the tongue of the naga, thick blood pours from the naga's mouth. The naga shrieks in pain, and retreats back to the castle. The butterfly girl lives, and now I know our forest really is being protected by a powerful sun demi-god.

Its time to rescue the old man. I'm still worried though. I'm worried I'm not really invisible. And I'm worried the witch can trap me in her castle. But my woodland friends explain, that once you are a part of the forest, the bond is eternal, so the witch can never ensnare me.

Me and my cousin leave the sanctity of the forest, in what feels like for the first time in months. The world has grown even darker, the sky a gray. Two ghoulish teenagers were sitting on a log. Trying out my invisibility, I ask them "Can you see me?"

The first one says one says "No...well..sorta....you're outline. Like a silver outline."

      "Pff...you call that invisible? I give you a 0 out of 9!"

0 out of 9! You jerk!

      And then I woke up

    6. Turtle snapshot

      by , 10-08-2010 at 05:22 PM
While hiking in nature, I saw a turtle and he was doing this really cute thing where he put his foot up in the air. I wanted to get a picture of him. And I whipped out my camera. I got a snapshot, but it was very tight, too close in. Then he noticed me and started to expand. He was about to do something stinky to make me leave. So I did!

    7. Let the Flowers Grow

by , 10-08-2010 at 04:56 AM (A World In My Head!!)
      October 5, 2010

Synopsis: In the first dream I get a huge headache over money! Later, I'm at a movie theatre and become lucid. I try to fill my dream world with flowers, but a DC has other plans

      I Can't Buy It!
My sister has conned me into buying school supplies for a friend. I don't mind at first when I think I'm just going to help her buy one item. But then my sister starts adding more items to the list, PROMISING my friend that I'll deliver! I get pissed and tell sis "I never made these promises, and I don't have the money to buy even half the stuff!". But sis doesn't listen, and adds perks to the list, including that I buy her lunch, and a cd for dad.

My head is reeling with math! The debit card and the merchandise don't add up! I woke up frustrated and upset that I felt too poor to buy anything.

      Let the Flowers Grow
Me and my sisters are watching a movie. As if I'm still annoyed from the last dream, I sit farther away from the sister trying to empty my bank account. We got bored of the movie and leave before its even over.

Some how, just standing up and walking out of the theatre room made me lucid. I follow my sisters to the concession stand with a big smile on my face. I'm just having way too much fun admiring the carpet and the walls. I ask them

"What do you wanna do next?"

      "Eh, nothing, lets go home"

Booo.....that sounds boring . I ditch my sisters by flying straight out of the wall! My dream had changed into a magical landscape, with curvy rolling hills and a castle. I proclaimed myself the queen of this world.

I looked at a pretty landscape in front of me, but it wasn't colorful enough. I know! I'll add flowers! I command the dream to add flowers. But nothing happens. I guess I have to do this the harder way.

I go up to a weird pipe like structure near me. It has little holes punched in. Perfect! I imagine little seedlings rising out from the holes, blossoming into beautiful flowers. It takes some concentration, but deep vermillion leefy plants rise up. They weren't flowers, but they were beautiful.

The moment I stopped giving them my attention, they would wither.

Oh well. I continued to try to make my landscape blossom. Most of the DCs were nice to me. Some of them even started attending to my flowers to keep them alive. Now my flowers are bright blues, rich purples, growing in odd places, even from vertical walls.

But one DC was a real jerk! He would follow me where ever I went and chop my flowers into little pieces

I try to fly away from him, so he can't find my newest flowers. But he was found me and my new seedlings. Finally I got fed up, I grabbed his axe and try to slice him to bits, like he did to my flowers! The axe cuts through him in three directions!

DC passerbys looked shocked and horrified!

But the axe goes right through him, as if he's air. He looks at me sad, as if he's insulted, actually insulted that I would try to hurt him! I try yelling at him instead "Stop following me around! Leave my flowers alone!"

"Okay, I'll stop following you" but then he seems to explain that that's what he does, that that's what he is. He is that which will chop down my blooms.

He stopped following me around, but remained and indestructible presence in my dream world. I lost interest in growing my flowers, I didn't want to see anymore chopped up.

As my dream starts to fade away, I notice mole-people working hard round and about the castle. I felt bad for them, so I call out to them at the last few stable moments of the dream that they could stop working! They hear my voice, but can't see me, and the dream becomes black.

I wake up. I turn over, and that's when I notice shadows. There were shadows on the ground, silhouettes. The shadows made it look like there were people on my bed. I get really creeped out and quickly end the FA.

BTW, not sure if this relates or not. But today (10-7-10) I visited my garden in horticulture class. I just recently planted new seedlings. Every single one of them died, I have no idea why. Its really weird. They were planted in three different spots. Three different species. All dead

    8. The Goddess of the Dried Lake

      July ??, 2010

Meant to type this out sooner

Synopsis: A party gets rowdy, my dad is drunk and kind of scary. Afterward I become lucid and a voice tells me to find the Goddess of the Dried Lake. I fly and fly and even fly right through my Inner Sanctuary

Night Time Note: I slept with a stone underneath my bed, chrysocolla. But this was the only night I had any weird dreams.

      Drunks in my Room!
The family is throwing some sort of party. At the same time I'm letting guests in my bedroom to see my awesome paintings, so it's like a party and an art opening all at once. It was a nice big house too, not our little apartment.

It's getting late, and I want these party people to leave my bedroom. But then here comes dad standing by the door way, drunk. He's swaying back and forth, and it's making me real uneasy. He comes stumbling towards me, and I don't like it. So I fly out my window.

I'm standing on the curbside with my sister and others. We all want to leave this crazy party. But then I get worried about my precious paintings. Damn, those drunks are going to ruin my paintings! I fly back into my bedroom but it's completely empty.

My dream fades into a new one

      Goddess of the Dried Lake
I fly out the back window into a surreal landscape. It's a garden right outside my bedroom window. But the garden is fake, like in the Truman show, the sky is really a painted wall.

A voice speaks to me and makes me lucid "Find the Goddess of the Dried Lake"

I see an image of the dried lake beneath me. There are round ripples in the dried mud. The mud itself glistened with a rainbow of colors. Kind of like when you can see a rainbow in grease spills, except this was dried mud. It was beautiful actually.

The voice then tells me that a man will help me find the Goddess of the Dried Lake. She gives me a name, but I don't remember the name . Even during the dream I kept having to repeat the name because I kept remembering it wrong. All I know is when I woke up, I realized the name was the name of a mineral.

So I've got my dream goal! Find the Goddess of the Dried Lake! I flew and flew and flew and flew and flew! Through houses and hallways, hotels, malls, cities, and towns. I had no real plan

I fly through a valley hoping I'd see signs of a dried lake. Instead I found this weird man-made construction with giant rubbery-plastic pipes. They were minty-green in color. It sort of looked like a giant freakish car engine. Except it's the size of a house. I didn't like it! I try to transform into a gargoyle but the most I get are claws. I rip apart the plastic pipes while growling! Some random DCs see me and are shocked that I destroy this.....thing. What ever it was.

I fly away satisfied I destroyed the freakish engine.

I'm over another town. I'll never find the dried lake at this rate! I need to go up. Just as I think that I start to float higher and higher and higher, as if I'm on an invisible elevator. Soon I can see the whole city below me for miles and miles, and it's surrounding country side. That must be where the dried lake is!

      I fly into a forest.

It's magically enchanting! The trees were so tall and lush I couldn't see the sky, only a few streaks of blue and white. I fly deeper into the beautiful forest and I'm greeted by a group of stags. They had gentle kind faces and seemed to like me. Their antlers were so long and intricate! I admire their antlers by stroking them.

It goes completely over my head that I've entered my Inner Sanctuary, a dream goal I've set up for myself. The first time I entered my Inner Sanctuary, a friendly stag greeted me and introduced me to the forest.

Instead I think "No! Don't get distracted! You have to find the dried lake!" Me idiot!

I fly out of the beautiful forest. My dream search gets more desperate and desperate. I'm flying through bedrooms into bedrooms, into closets into closets. And now I feel like time is running out, and DCs are after me. I lose control, I forget why I was flying or what I'm looking for. And then I wake up.

Who is the Goddess of the Dried Lake and who is the man who is supposed to help me find her?

    9. My first DEILD

by , 07-06-2010 at 04:16 PM (AnthonyMo's New Dream Journal)
Im lying on my bed, My heart beating fast because im afriad my mom is dieing, Shes getting better, I see this mountain and i feel tingly abit all over my body, I shake the image, then resume. Im not asleep and i feel my self sinking and i see the beautiful tree covered mountain again.[COLOR="green"] I let the feeling go and all of a sudden everything goes quiet. I move my head and i see the mountain move away from my view, I bring up my hands and see 5 fingers, but i already know im dreaming. Theres these blue cylinder like things that looked to be from a point of view of the bottom of the mountain to be about 3 meters tall and 5 or 6 meters wide, i guess like a carnival. I walk around and find this shed in the middle of an opening of trees, Instead of flying i decided to do something different, I spawned a spring like thing - like mario - and i jumped on it. Its springyness sent me off balance and i fell. I walked to my right and found our neighbours house. A man says "Hello" and walks away. and i put my hand on the ledge and a very energetic woman says "Oh look, he sees the box, now i guess this young man needs a cookie, right?" I smile and she walks away. I wait about 5 seconds and walk away.. I try to end the dream.. but no not again... I wake up and since my clock was not set i knew it was only 6 am.

      The Summoning

"We dont have enough money to buy a new carpet." Says Rico.. I say "Thats easy" I look to our couch, close my eyes, and think carpet. I look back to see a rolled up carpet, "Oh...that can come in handy" says rico.

      June 28, 2010

Synopsis: After becoming lucid, I transform, fly around and sniff some flowers.

      Sweet Flowers
For the past few days most of my dreams have been mundane. Except nothing is exactly normal - everything is a little off. But I forget to RC every time.

I don't remember the beginning of this dream. At some point I'm in the air, a girl has a book, and I want to make copies of it. Realizing I'm flying down to reach for her book, I become lucid. I try to transform into a half gargoyle like creature and I fly off into the country side, trying to focus on my wings. But I don't know if I really had any.

I'm lucid! And I want to remember this, live in the moment! I try to take in all the details. The dirt road below me. The trees, the mountains, the sky, the little creek nearby. I see some bright beautiful flowers, bright bright pink. We have a lot growing right now in my home town. At first I just keep flying, but then I think, this is a good opportunity to play with how real my dream is.

So I fly back to the flowers, they were growing on a tree. I grab them and sniff them. Their perfume was so strong I could taste it! "Wow that smells so real!" When I spoke it felt like I was speaking from my real physical mouth.

Ooops, I imagined it sounded like sleep talking. (when I wake up, no one remembers me making any noise). I whisper for the rest of the dream. But not being able to speak out loud actually made my dream lose some of its vividness

I wake up. I'm thinking about my dream, and my transformation, and how I could have played with it some more. I look at my human hands and feet. It goes over my head that I'm having a FA. Then I wake up for real.
    11. Caught Between Two Witches

      May 31, 2010

Synopsis: Two witches battle over me as I discover I have magical powers.

      Caught Between Two Witches

I was in the apartment's parking lot, and I just crashed into another car!! I don't remember anymore how or why I crashed, except that it wasn't normal. I remember getting out of the car and telling my mom I've been framed! I tell my mom a crazy story, I don't remember what I told her, except that the apartment manager couldn't be trusted. The apartment manager is checking the grounds, trying to find where I have run off to. I feel like she's targeting me! Mom quickly hides me in her own car. Mom covers up for me by striking a friendly conversation with the manager, before driving off.

I feel terrible! Soon they'll run the number of my license plate, they'll find my address, and the manger will realize mom was lying. She'll end up in jail with me too! I was hiding out in the crowd at a cafe. My sisters find me and yell at me for creating such a mess. After I finish my milkshake, I tell my sisters what happened. As I tell them the story I see it happen like a movie.

I was driving home. The ride was quiet and peaceful. Suddenly a women magically, and I mean that literally, appears in the middle of the road! I hit the brakes and stop the car. She looks me in the eyes. Her presence was powerful and
      evil. She disappears!

After that there was a car racing towards me from the rear! It was her! I had to drive just as crazy fast just to stop her from crashing into me. Eventually I veer off the road, crashing into a parked car. I don't even know why someone crashing into a parked car would make headline news. Must be her magic.

After telling my sisters my story, some men come into the cafe. I got a bad feeling they were undercover cops. I quickly sneak out of the cafe without even saying bye to my sisters. I climb on top of the roof, trying to find a place to hide. But all this hiding and running away from the Witch was driving me insane. I was growing tired of this dream and in a semi-lucid moment, I look at the stars and fly towards them.

I'm drifting slowly in space, heading towards a beautiful spiral galaxy. I focus my mind trying to alter my dream, something more peaceful and pleasant. As I get closer to the stars they look giant bubbles of water. I enter one of the bubbles, and greet all the creatures. Penguins, seals and otters. But this watery world was small, no bigger than a house. So I got bored quickly and flew out of it.

I fly into the next bubble floating in space. But it just leads me back into the same dream I left!

My sister is going out, but for my own safety she makes me hide in the apartment. I go to the porch, leaving the light off. I'm just standing in the night time darkness surrounded by potted plants. It was nice actually. I start to sing a silly lullaby, and the plants start to wriggle and dance! Growing taller and taller and wilder and wilder! (my own totoro magic).

I was happy with my plants, until I heard strange footsteps below. Hard clunky high heels!! They're heading towards my apartment. I knew this person was a Witch! I didn't want to be cornered in the apartment, so I quickly run down stairs to face them head on.

I'm face to face with the Witch. Her aura was powerful and frightening! Her gaze was enough to send me on my knees. I beg the Witch not to kill me, telling her I'm harmless. The Witch doesn't say anything at first. She's sizing me up, measuring and weighing me.

She was impressed with my magic, and explains to me the odd situation I'm in. You see there is a Witch War between two powerful Witches, and I'm caught in the middle. Each Witch wants to know whether or not they can use my magic for their benefit. Or, if they should kill me to prevent the other Witch using me first. She continues to size me up with her gaze. It makes me uncomfortable so I look away from her eyes, flattering her, telling her my own magic is nothing compared to hers.

I didn't get the sense she was evil, but I didn't get the sense she was good either. I guess it depended on whether or not she liked you!

I ask the Witch kindly, please take the curse off the apartment manager so I can be free. She doesn't say anything, still measuring me. Later on I would understand, it was the other Witch, the Evil Witch that possessed the apartment manager and tried to kill me.

The Witch has finished measuring me! She explains I don't have to fear her anymore. For now, she doesn't see me as a threat, and thinks I might be a potential student.
      For now.

I thank the Witch for her mercy, and she disappears. I go back inside and soon after my sister comes back. She starts blabbing on about superficial things, like clothing and jewelry and other things she wants to buy. Oh and, she's whining she forgot her nail clipper in the car.

With magic the Witch appears in the bedroom! She sits like a queen on the bed, and starts to talk about her own fashion tastes. Clearly she had been listening in (still watching me?). I'm nervous at first! But she doesn't have that scary I-want-to-destroy you aura. I ease up thinking that maybe now this powerful Witch will be my friend.

But then suddenly something strange happens.
I see myself next to the Witch. I shake my head from the sudden 3rd perspective confusion. The Witch sits up, alarmed "What did you see?"

"I saw me! Standing next to you on the bed. My point of view was coming from that corner over there" I point to the corner, and floating in the corner was a little doll with black sunken eyes. Voodoo? So the Evil Witch some how found a way to use me after all!

This looks bad. My friendship with this Witch is fragile. The last thing I need is her being afraid of me, and trying to kill me. I gotta do something! "Why don't me and my sister quickly run down stairs and get the nail clipper, then we can repaint your nails."

The Witch seemed okay with this agreement. I quickly hurry out the room with my sister. My sister leads the way. But instead of going downstairs to the parking lot she leads me astray. "Where are you going? Were going the wrong way!" "Because I wanted to go the long way!" "But we need to be quick! The Witch is waiting!"

I run ahead of my sister, run down a spiraling staircase, that leads to the foyer of the apartments office. I take an uneasy step into the vast room. It's quiet, obviously, its night so this place is closed. But the curse is still on the apartment manager, and she could be anywhere.

I woke up afterward. The weirdest thing as soon as I woke up I couldn't remember what the Witch looked like, or anything specific thing she told me.
    12. Slow Magic

by , 06-19-2010 at 03:49 PM (A World In My Head!!)
      April 10, 2010

Synopsis: First I dream of mutant rats attacking people, then I dream of a desert city. Where a greedy rich man has a chlorinated pool large enough to be a chlorinated lake. Then I dream of magic. A young witch with green hair discovers the true nature of her power

      Mutant Rats
The rats have mutated into something more like grimlims. I'm in an old house, trapped with several other families. It's very dark, maybe the mutant rats ate/cut through our power supply? Me and my sister barricade ourselves in a bedroom. The hallway is long and big, the living room is huge, and the kitchen has two entrances. Meaning, the rats could be coming at you from anywhere!

I don't know why, but mom insisted in staying in the living room! And my other sister was just loafing around in the bathroom, with the door open. We kept trying to tell them it wasn't safe! But they wouldn't listen, even though the rats had already attacked several people.

Now, the rats, they did eat people. But the real problem was they couldn't kill you instantly! The mutant rats were hunting as a pack, and it takes about 20 of them to take down a human. And it's a slow painful process filled with lots of bites . The other problem was it only took one bite from a rat for you to get some nasty plague.

Me and my sister liked holding up in the bedroom, because we could see the corners of the room easier. I watch desperate people trying to escape the property from the window. But there were more mutant rats running outside than in! I couldn't see the rats from the window, only the people screaming as something hidden from my view snatches them by their feet, and drags them away. There was also a large wall about ten feet high surrounding the entire property. I realized past this wall was freedom! I almost became lucid as I thought about jumping out the window.

But my sister stops me, telling me there's no way we can make it to the wall without the rats attacking us. And even if we did make it too the wall, then what? Do you know how to scale a ten foot brick wall?

Suddenly a mutant rat jumps at me! I instinctively grab this piece of wood next to me, I think it was supposed to be a ruler, but it's all broken. Even though I'm terrified, without thinking, I kill the mutant rat. The wooden ruler is sticking out of it's throat. My sister changes her mind. If I can kill a mutant rat, then these rats aren't so tough. We need to somehow sneak past the kitchen to get to the front door. The kitchen is the most dangerous, because obviously, rats like kitchens.

We decide that on our way through the kitchen we can pick up some knives, in case we have to fight out way through before reaching the brick wall.

My dream fades away into a new one

      Dubai?
I'm flying over a city. But even though I'm flying over a city, it feels more like a 3rd perspective dream where I'm observing the dream rather than taking part of it. As I fly over the city, I compare it to the others next to it. In comparison, this city is disgusting! There isn't a single tree or anything green growing. Concrete, asphalt, steel, pavement, large boring colorless buildings. You could say this city feels cold and uninviting. But it wasn't just cold, it was boiling hot. The streets were sizzling underneath the blazing sun, like a Walmart parking lot.

Further north in the city lived the richest man, you might as well call his private house a PALACE. Mansion does it no justice, this place was HUGE. It was nice architecture, I'll give him that. But he only had three small children living with him, why does this place need to be so big? He had a pool.

I wouldn't describe it was a pool though, at 25ft deep, 50ft wide, and wrapping around the entire estates, it was a lake. It even had waves. The pool, in a venice style, was right up against the palace. Dragon water fountain spouts jut out from the palace's walls pouring into the pool. When I looked closer, the dragon spout itself was water! A magical enchantment? The pool was both beautiful and hideous. Hideous when you realized that all of this water, in this asphalt desert, was chlorinated and undrinkable to any living thing.

My dream fades away and I have a new one, which starts in a small pool

      Slooow Magic
The kids playing in the pool were young witches and wizards, all about the age of 12 (when kids are most viscous!). Some of them had no magic of their own, others were naturally gifted. One young girl not only self-proclaims to be the most powerful young witch of all, she also self-proclaims to be the most popular girl at school. Though, I'm not sure if everyone being afraid of you is popularity . There was no doubt however that she was powerful. Her powers were INSTANT. She didn't have to chant. She didn't have to cast spells or use a wand. They were like the crack of lightning, when she willed them, they happened!

She bullies another girl in her class, who looks a lot like Hermione from HP, except her hair is green. My young green-haired witch, got tired of being made fun of, and grabs her young male friend, and the two of them storm out of the pool party. The two of them have a crazy adventure (that I don't remember) in an old english city. Even though they kept running into trouble, their trouble would always transform into good fortune!

My green witch kept getting water dumped on her head! Maybe from someone dumping from a window, a car splashing, or what. But it just kept randomly happening. Like, water being dumped on her magically just because she opened a door. She gets annoyed and snaps at her friend "Stop tossing water at me!" He responds meekly "It wasn't me! I swear, I didn't do it! That door did it!"

It seems kind of silly to think that a door would splash water on you just because you were opening it. She looks at the door and there's a note attached. It reads something like "It's time to dip in the water and get wet! Sloooow Magic is the strongest!"

My green haired witch smiles slyly as she holds the paper. She understands now why she was born with green hair, she's a nature witch. The power of nature incarnate. She may not have flashy dazzling powers like the dark haired freak (the popular girl). But her slooow magic is strong. Like taking a slow deep breath - good fortune comes her way. My green witch sets off to find a lake to take a dip in - which I felt was some sort of rite of passage for her.

My dream becomes some random nonsense dream about dogs who can't swim in pools, and then I wake up

    13. The Dream Pipes

by , 06-19-2010 at 06:25 AM (A World In My Head!!)
      March 20, 2010
Have you seen, the Dream Pipes?

Synopsis: I dream of a massive pipe-like construction connecting all of the dream worlds.

      The Dream Pipes

      I
don't remember the beginning of the dream. Only that eventually I walked into a room that looked like a forest. But after looking at this room some more, I realize it's fake and the walls are just painted to look like a sky. One of the walls was like a garage door. It opens up revealing this huge factory complex on the other side. A black man in a bright blue jumper was busy tinkering away with machinery on the other side. The door was closing, but I could see beyond the factory was a rich green forest! With REAL sunlight.

"Wait! I just want to cross through!"

He has a real happy voice and says "Okay! You can go through. Watch your step"

The place was cluttered with, I dunno, things, industrial things. If I knew anything about mechanics I could probably tell you what they were. Just imagine a giant airplane threw up all over the place. In fact, this place was more like a hanger. I'm outside! I can see the rich green forest just beyond this vast courtyard. . but then. . .the scene quickly morphs as I take a step closer. The forest was just an illusion to allure me to what this place really was, the Dream Pipes!

The Dream Pipes is this huge steel construction floating in space. Giant massive pipes, interconnected, and then funneling out in all directions towards the infinite horizon. I was facing the entrance way, gaping holes sitting along each other in a neat row on the courtyard. It was as busy as an airport. And like an airport a bus load of people would walk in and off the dream pipes. They all seemed to know where and what they were doing. I was the only tard who looked lost. Honestly, I was just taken back by the scene and the scale and scope of these Dream Pipes!

I was still several yards away from entering any of these steel tunnels leading off into space. Above each one was a digital sign signifying its destination. I tried to carefully read them, to make sure I would go to the right place. But reading was hard in the dream. That or the symbols were just alien to me.

I get a flashback of the last time I tried to ride the Dream Pipes. It didn't go well! First, you have to select your pipe wisely. There was no turning back, and if you choose the wrong destination, well its the same as getting on the wrong airplane, you're in it for the long ride. But after you choose a pipe, I just remember you are taken to a long glass corridor floating up in the sky. This was like a security check point where they examined you. I just remember I didn't like it, and found the whole process annoying, time consuming and confusing. I remember last time the employees were so useless they didn't even set me up with the right Dream Pipe and I was stuck in limbo.

And then, there is one Dream Pipe I am terrified of the most. You can think of this Dream Pipe as taking you into the astral. But you've got to fly on your own wings. What the pipe does is shoot you out into empty space towards your destination. There is no actual pipe to guide you. If you don't start flying on the path it sets you on, you can just fall into the dark abyss these Dream Pipes seemed to emerge from. Not to mention you have to fly at the same speed it spits you out in because that destination door isn't staying open forever! So if you can't fly as a speeding bullet, you aren't ready, turn back.

There was just something indescribable about these Dream Pipes, I felt like, they really do connect all dream worlds. At the time that frightened me!

When I woke up I didn't remember these Dream Pipes at all!! As far a I am concerned, this is the first time I've ever seen them! But in the dream I 'remembered' them. Oh and, riding the Dream Pipes is a total psychedelic vortex trip!................ZOOOOOOM!!

There is a Dream Pipe connecting our heads, did you know?
    14. I Am Half Krakin!

by , 06-18-2010 at 11:15 PM (A World In My Head!!)
      March 28, 2010

Snyopsis: It's a bleak future. Atomic bombs and mutants. I'm a cat mutant! And I find my home in the countryside.

Night Time Note: I recalled the entire day backwards, my little Dream Yoga practice. I fell asleep faster recalling my day!

      I Am Half Krakin!
(say it out loud it's funny)

At first my dream starts off very random. I'm playing a game in the hallway! I have a dual perspective. On one hand I'm riding a black bird, the largest mount of the entire game, larger than even the dragons! And on the other hand, I'm just a kid holding this black bird toy, a very small and tiny thing, running back and forth through the hallway. I give a friend of mine a ride on my black bird mount! Well, more like my black bird swooped them up from mid fall! They were terrified! But I told them there was nothing to be afraid because this is the most awesome flying mount in this game.

At some point I stop playing and enter a busy room. My dream is becoming more stable and vivid. This room is large, with a several story tall ceiling, giant windows, and an open round center with spiraling stairs leading to the level below. It's definitely a public space, it was crowded with people.

I fly out the window and my dream morphs on me again. I get the impression this is the future, judging by the tall super 'futuristic' buildings. Maybe even a space ship or two. I'm in an inner city courtyard/park. The atmosphere is gloomy here, depressing really. I see two guys speaking Spanish and I tell them "I've been asleep since 2009! What year is this and what's happened?" With thick heavy accents they tell me it's been about a hundred years, and a lot has happened.

I get a bad feeling. . . Something bad happened to New York? I ask them about it and they say "Sorry, New York is gone. A bomb one hundred times-" And I finish their sentence "More powerful then Hiroshima" There is nothing left of New York! They tell me not to even bother going there, unless I want to become a mutant! (that sounds fun actually)

More refugees pour into this mega city, some of them aren't human. I don't think I'm human either! The sky is very gloomy. The aftershock of another bomb maybe?

I think about going home, away from this depressing city. Suddenly I find myself floating down the streets of an old city. Very old! The buildings in comparison looked ancient! Which I liked actually. Grass and wild flowers had overgrown the sidewalks. After each street name were two letters, CO. I figured that the CO stood for Colorado. But this Colorado was right next to the former New York state?

After flying through the city I fly through the countryside. I realized this was my home! All the houses were gnome like, possibly cob homes, with grass and wild plants growing all over their roofs. The grass was so perfectly green, I knew this had to be my home! It was a little slice of paradise in frightening future with war and suffering spreading.

I ran into a group of people who were just having a good time on the streets. I don't know any of them, but they seem to know who I am. One girl rubs my nose! What is she doing? But by rubbing my nose she made me realize the bridge of my nose wasn't normal, it was more cat like. She asks me if I'm half Krakin, and I say yes. Sure I am! I don't even know what that is but I guess they are cat people. Another girl sees me, and I guess she has a thing for nekos - she grabs me and hugs and squeezes me real tight as if I were her pet! I purr anyways.

My dream slowly becomes nonsense with a game of animal paper dolls, and an alien drawing I made that actually creeped me out......(why did I draw it??)
    15. Dream Wheel Day 6 - The Mystery is Consciousness

by , 06-18-2010 at 06:53 PM (A World In My Head!!)
      February 6, 2010

Synopsis: Lots of dreams! First an Akira dream. Then a hot shower. Then I run around in a building of bedrooms, I've been here before. In the last dream I'm at school, I pose a question and get an interesting answer. Consciousness. Bad guys come but I eventually become lucid. Lucid I enter a new dreamscape, and communicate with my subconscious. Dream Wheel dream.

Night Time Note: I forgot to do my MILD. But I did work on my dream journal just before going to sleep.

      Kaneda's Apartment
The first dream that I remember involved me driving home with mom. Eventually that scene completely changed, and I'm just good old Tetsuo riding a motorcycle. It was late at night, and instead of it being Tokyo, it was just out here on 410. Gang members were after me, but they can't get me if I levitate myself and my bike.

On the street I meet up with Kaneda, who tells me he has an apartment. Though he doesn't live there since he just crashes with Kei. We fly up to his apartment. It's clean and livable, kinda up scale actually. But it's also creepy and lonely. Being myself again, I decide I don't want to live here. And before flying out the window again into the dark streets, I quickly turn off the apartment lights. Only the time on the microwave is glowing.

      A Hot Shower
Once back on the street my dream seems to fade. I'm back inside another apartment. It's not mine, it's families. I want to take a shower and I remember I have to choose the shower three shower stalls down. It was a weird merger of a private and public restroom. Getting the shower to actually work was even weirder. Not gross weird. It was just technically weird. But the water was actually hot! Which was refreshing. There's no shampoo or conditioner, so I reach outside the curtain and grab the first thing. But it was hair dye.

Titi Jeja was there, and she says hello. I guess this is her apartment. Later on in the kitchen, grandma presents to me a baby. Who I kiss on the forehead. I tried to kiss the baby closer to the lips, but he was too much of a slobier mess. I got the impression this baby was close family. Maybe even sis's child. I wake up soon after.

      A Building of Bedrooms
In my next dream I am exploring a park. The layout is familiar, I've seen it before in dreams. Very old tall trees and wide passage ways. Me and my sisters friend do something retarded! And the park security wasn't too far behind. Before we can get caught we quickly run into a building. Which, we are not supposed to be in either.

This building is a series of bedrooms strung together. It too was reminiscent. I knew the way out! This way, I told 'Cristy'.

They were doing construction in the last room, some sort of coming attraction. The employees are startled to see us, they thought we wanted a sneak peek. Christy shields her eyes as we run out the door I led us to. It was wide open for us and flooding in the sunlight. Outside, we come to a busy pedestrian friendly street. It reminds me of New York. We giggle at our silliness as we walk away at a calmer pace now.

      The Mystery is Consciousness
Later on, or in another dream, I'm not sure, I'm flying around a large school. Perhaps UTSA. The architecture is large and heavy, and students have their own areas to hang out in. After flying around a nerdy looking girl catches my attention. She's complaining about a parallel bar she bought at art supply store, she's asking me if she really needed it. I told her the bar cost $200, and none of the other students were willing to pay that much, might as well go back and return it.

Now before my dream descends into work meaninglessness, I shift my thoughts to the park I was at earlier. Then I think of something strange, how do creatures move? It seemed to me at the time that this was a complete mystery. Sure they had bones and muscles, but what moved them?

Lucky for me I remember passing a snooty physics group, inspired by a few dreamviews members . I fly back to the group who were hanging out in a massive exterior hallway. I interrupt them and pop the question "Does science really understand how animals move?". Most of them laughed because my question seemed so obvious. But one member elegantly rephrased my question to the group so they understand the mystery I was trying to get it. And then he answers my question "The answer is the mystery of consciousness"

I go back inside the largest building of the school, transforming my university into something more like a high school. I remember that we, the students, all knew that official type people were coming today. But no one was really bothered by it. After flying around a bit, I had made it to the third floor. From my vantage point I can see the first floor. And I could see that the officials were out to get us! I shout into the crowded hallways "they're coming to attack us!". And just like my previous dream, chaos ensues! All the students scream and shout as the cluster fuck tries to squeeze out one emergency door.

I'm thinking, I don't want to follow them! They're too obvious and loud! While the sheep run away, I fly up into the fourth level, which was literally on top of the third floor rooms. That is, there was no roof separating the two, they were just stacked on top. The fourth level was dark, all the rooms had their lights off. There was a teacher hiding in the same room I choose, and we can hear that the hallway below us was beginning to clear out. I ask the teacher if it was really safe up here. And she reminds me that there is really only one way in, and one way out. It could be safe or it could be a mouse trap!

I didn't like feeling boxed in, so I flew out the room, back to the third level. The center of this building was an open courtyard. All of the inner most walls of the building were actually large glass windows. So from this third level that I'm on, I can see down into the courtyard, and into the first floor. Which was why I can see that the bad guys were close. Not wanting to go the way of the students, I flew out into the courtyard instead. This could be a mistake, I'm surrounded by 'school'!

Officials who were out here who harassed me! I tried to stay out of their reach by landing on top of a tall drawer (yes a drawer in the courtyard). The black man who was put in charge of watching me acted threatening. The truth was he couldn't even reach my feet. But then someone walks into the courtyard and says "we need help outside....now!". The black man moves the entire drawer, I'm amazed I don't fall down - not really realizing yet I'm weightless because it's a dream. And he says, pointing his finger very sharply at me "You stay HERE! I'll be back!"

The courtyard is empty now. I'm all alone and the black man has conveniently put me in front of a large window leading outside of the school grounds. I want to quickly shift through the window before they return, but there isn't any clean or clear spot to do so. The window was so thick, and dirty. And it had bars on it, making shifting so hard. Instead I peel back the layers, to creating a fist sized hole in the window. The hole revealed a brilliant green pasture on the other side!!

I place my face closer to the hole hoping this works. Eventually the hole becomes my entire point of view and I fly outside! I land on the soft and wonderfully green grass - LUCID! I quickly remember to say "I now bring clarity and awareness into my dream!". But I think, how silly. What was the point of that. Everything is already so vivid, yet strangely surreal. I remember the dream wheel, but first I observe my environment.

There is a wall on my left hand side. A strange architectural structure to my right and possibly a field beyond it. In front of my grassy field was an ocean with perspective issues. And inside my ocean was a ruined Colosseum. Awake, I don't remember this scene at all. But in the dream, I knew that I've been here before!! If not, lots of times!!

Then a notice a male presence standing somewhere in my ocean. I get the impression I was now in direct communication with my subconscious. "Are you my subconscious?". His answer was sentient, conscious and frightening because of how real it was. I don't remember now the exact words he used. But his voice was deep and booming like the ocean. He greeted me and seemed to be expecting me.

He comes onto the shore, which was nice because now his voice was much friendlier here. Actually, he became friendlier as soon as I thought of him as frightening, as if he understood. I ask him "Then you know why I've come here?" And he regretably answers "Yes..I do.". I've come here for the Dream Wheel, to learn how to link properly with Captain Sleepalot. But my subconscious seemed disappointed. And I understood why, I had sooo many questions I wanted to ask, it was almost hard to keep my focus on the original task I gave myself!

I take another moment to absorb all of this in. "All of this here....is.......my subconscious.....me?". My subconscious jokingly kicks up some beach sand. I squint my eyes as if it'll burn, but then I realize the sand can't hurt me because I'm dreaming. "See?" He has a huge smile on his face now. I notice there is another male character inside the strange architecture. But I figure I don't have time to ask who he is.

I only consciously think about the Dream Wheel task now, I don't even say a word. My subconscious knows and says "Go on then! Dream share, let me see you try." He stood over me as if some sort of critical teacher. "Okay" I answered, but now that I'm here and consciously aware that I want to dream link with Captain, I had no idea what to do, or what's going to happen!

I close my eyes, take a deep breath. "I now ask my subconscious to.." He interrupts me. "No! No no! All wrong!" His hands were really animated. I realized how silly what I said was since my subconscious manifested in front of me. He continues and explains in a firm voice

      "Use your conscious -

And then I woke up. The word conscious had such an effect on me. It was like opening my eyes within the dream, so much I opened them in real life. I felt I was spat out of my dream, since I was still extremely sleepy. And I didn't feel he was done talking to me, I felt the ending of his sentence was intention.

Within moments I already forgot what he had originally said to me. I only remembered the impression of his voice and that it felt like I had heard it with my ears. And I couldn't remember this place at all. It was such a neat lucid experience! But at the same time I'm disappointed that I woke up.

After Thoughts: A consistent theme throughout this entire dream was that of familiarity. The scary apartment, the building of bedrooms, the park I've been in before, even the courtyard in the center of a large building, all dream places I remember. Another important note, was that I took a nice hot shower! And although a dream character tempted me to fall into a meaningless dream about work, I managed to stay just conscious enough to realize I'm not at work. . . . And what on earth made me think to ask that question? What makes creatures walk?
