    1. Day One

      Day 1: Wednesday, January 19

      Pre-Sleep
-No special preparation, fell asleep directly after the 1st MILD lesson, which was excellent and very informative. While falling asleep I retained a positive outlook towards lucid dreaming and dreaming in general, and managed to sleep almost immediately.

      In-Sleep
-I am standing in my grandparent's house. It is quiet, and very dark. I walk around slowly, not wanting to disturb anyone who might be there. Upon turning a corner, I see a man sitting there in a rocking chair, absolutely silent. I can't see his body very well in the dim light, but his eyes are large and milky coloured, almost luminescent. He has no pupils. I am scared, and run. Every room I enter has another milky eyed person waiting with lifeless expressions. Some of them are people I know; some are strangers. I am finally overcome by fear or luck, and the dream fades.
    2. Across the globe

      Sleep Duration: ~8h
Vividness: 9/10 (Possibly my most vivid dream I can recall)
      Recall: 9/10
I find myself sitting on grassland, surrounded by acatia trees, parched grass and a beating sun. I stand up and walk, quickly finding myself at a large wooden table in the middle of the savannah. There appears to be a feast prepared, and at the head of the table sits a large man who I presume to be in control of the others. They are welcoming and gesture for me to sit and enjoy the meal. A gourd of a strange liquid is passed around the table, and I drink from it, quickly becoming happy and complacent, my vision blurred. A dark skinned young woman who appears to be the chief's daughter comes up to me and kisses me on the cheek. The dream fades to black.
