The Cusp

Been having the most amazingly interesting action packed dreams lately. Figure I better start recording them again.

Parasitic Snake Epidemic

I'm sitting in class in college, when I see the professor has an indentation in his solar plexus. It looks like somebody poked a finger deep into his flesh and left a little hole there. A small green snake pops out of that hole and bites my arm injecting me with venom. The venom was to rot my body and make a home for the little snake, who looks almost like a tadpole. I grab the squirmy little guy and wrestle him towards the guy sitting next to me. The snake burrows into his skin and disappears into the guy's body.

The snake's venom is quickly taking effect on me, turning patches of my skin a translucent green with what appears to be slime underneath. There are also large patches of puss filled blisters on the green skin. And it's spreading fast, not just on me, but to other people too. The snakes get into people, reproduce, then infect other people. Almost everyone I see is infected with patchy green bloated skin.

I see Andre, who is inspecting the infection spreading up his arm. He complains there is something wrong with his veins, and I tell they are dead. He begins to pull them out strings underneath his skin. We go outside and see our teacher Mr. Perrault, and he tells us he's working on a way to treat this outbreak. Just then I cough up what look to be a cluster of tiny eggs from my lungs, and I figure there is no way he's going to find a way to treat this in time.

Not wanting thousands of those snakes hatching inside of me, I decide I'm going to kill myself. As I'm preparing to do it, tying a rope into a noose, it occurs to me that the snake never entered my body! It went into someone else, and I'm only getting the effects of the venom. The realization that I'm much better off than everyone else because they all have snakes reproducing in them suddenly leaves me optimistic that I have a better chance of surviving this than anyone.

I get together with a group of friends who say they heard that northern latitudes help fight this infection. That doesn't make much sense to me since we're already in Canada, but I figure a colder climate might help combat this awful infliction. Right before we leave, I need to take a shit and sit down on the toilet. I unleash a torrent of what looks like green baby food from my ass. The thought of what this venom is doing to my insides is depressing.

We pile in a car and drive north, arriving at some cabin. Inside we encounter a blue Djinn of both sexes, servant to a powerful sorcerer. I think it's kind of hot until I notice it has a penis as well as breasts. After having sex with it's master, the Djinn stands before us in the main room and motions to a wooden altar in the middle of the room. It seems like it might be able to help us.

And that's where I wake up.
