Yay! I finally remembered some of my dreams from the night before, I also figured out what issue with recall was. At least some of it. In the military you have to wake up and be ready for action immediately so there's no time to lay there and try to recall your dreams, I got into that habit like most.

Early this morning:
I remember a man in an odd suit wheeling a chiuaha around in a remote control car built for dogs. That lead into a pirate ship dream where I was investigating the use of dogs on ancient sailing ships, a pirate ship in this instance and found that I had been a party to the "scurvy dog" saying by telling the captain the poor pitiful looking dog had scurvy.
