Have begun researching the Eather in depth now. First night of attempted OBE resulted no felt vibration, attempted 8 times before succumbing to sleep. Second night resulted in felt vibration but no ejection. Believe root cause is duality of minds paradox and not being able to consciously release the double. Clinging to a single consciousness. Attempted again the 12th, no felt vibrations what so ever.

13-14FEB2011
attempted another cycle of OBE but did not reach vibration stage on the night of the 13th. Night of the 14th almost reached vibration stage. I was very aware, even able to move my physical body slightly- at least I think it was my physical body. Vibration stage did not give way to OBE however. Will attempt again tomorrow night.

Still no ejection and no felt vibrations (at least not as strongly as the first time). Still attempting at least biweekly since 14FEB2011. Will continue to research in addition to practice. Will look into the Isreali Regardi method.
