    1. Dream Challenge Day 11

by , 10-30-2010 at 04:48 AM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
A little more success this morning; I dreamt that I was watching the making of some 60 Minutes special interviewing 25 people who were involved in ... something in the 60's or I don't remember exactly. Mike Wallace was interviewing people, but he was also one of the people involved, so he was interviewed by a woman named "Silica". +1

    2. Dream Challenge Day 10

by , 10-29-2010 at 07:51 AM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
Half way through my first 20 day cycle and I'm not doing so well. Didn't remember any dreams this morning, although I felt like they were all lurking just out of reach. I did remember that my friend Aaron was in a dream at some point. +1

    3. Dream Challenge Day 9

by , 10-27-2010 at 08:54 PM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
What a set back! I traveled to visit my sister, and although I did have access to the internet there, I didn't post anything. I even remembered some dreams, but now they are only fragments.

I remember an image of hundreds of people riding a big whale. I don't know what kind of whale it was because there were so many people that it was just a group of people moving through the water forming a whale shape. I remember thinking about how whales were nearly extinct and had been reduced to a sort of amusement park ride. +1

My girlfriend and I were getting naked with a group of people in a camper. Our boss/friend came in and started telling us about a "dangerous toolshed" that we were going to be organizing.+1

I woke up this morning and remembered a dream but fell back asleep and now I can't remember anything about it. I got up to +4, but I have to subtract a whopping 6 points for missing two days so,

    4. Dream Challenge, Day 5

by , 10-22-2010 at 04:53 AM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
Well, I thought I was going to be able to write something when I woke up; but whatever it was, it wasn't interesting enough to remember long enough to write it down. I am popping over to the plus side though with this one point entry...

    5. Dream Challenge Day 4

by , 10-20-2010 at 06:22 PM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
I remember the tale end of a dream from this morning. I was following this young guy walking down the street. He was holding an open box and drinking those little bottles of alcohol. He was obviously really drunk. He projectile vomits into someone's yard. I then convince him to go with me back to his girlfriend, who is arguing with an older man about wanting to drive home drunk (I think). I have the impression that the older man was an associate of mine but I can't remember how we knew each other from the rest of the dream. +1

So, 0. Yea, back to square one. (square zero?)
    6. Dream Challenge Day 3

by , 10-19-2010 at 06:22 PM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
Well I remembered a small part of a dream this morning, but it was just about work and isn't even worth documenting.

+1 point for today, but -3 points for not getting to a computer yesterday so,

I've been waking up and feeling like I waited just a second too long and have barely forgotten all of my dreams but still have all the impressions from them. I'll probably remember actual scenes tonight, and at this rate I will be back to becoming lucid within the next 3 days or so.
    7. 20 Day Dream Journal Challenge

by , 10-17-2010 at 06:55 PM (Mindscape of Xaqaria)
Today, I am going to start a 20-day dream Journal challenge in order to motivate myself to write down my dreams, and therefore remember them more so I can start getting lucid more frequently. Every day I will try to write at least one entry in my journal, even if all I have to write is, "I can't remember my dreams".

+1 point for every Dream Journal Entry, even if all it is, is "I don't remember any dreams from last night"

-3 points if no entries are made on any day.

You can write as many entries as you want to build up points, but if you can't remember any dreams, you can only write just that one.

Very simple! And this is a game you can play solitaire; just compare this 20-day score with your last 20-day score.

      So, Day 1;
I can't remember any of my dreams from last night.
