      i cnat remember my dreams!

every time i go to sleep i get knocked out (sleeping pills) and i dont remember anything, i wake up and im like "damn....i didnt have any dreams....."
then when im like brushing my teeth, random images pop up in my head and im like... "wait....i saw him yesterday in my dream..."

what im saying is i dont recall a dream until i remember something/someone from it.

      any help?

Don't take sleeping pills, and start writing down everything you thought was part of a dream.

i didnt get any sleep till 5am, and same thing happened

didnt remember anything but later remembered a dream about rats.

someone notified that they had to throw away a rat they found.
i went into my kitchen where my mom said "guess where i found the rat"
and she picked up a blue cup from the sink, showed me inside the cup, and continued cleaning the cup.
(she found the rat in the cup)

yes the best thing would be to slowly try to get off the sleeping pills. Though, while you are doing that or choose not to, even if you don't remember what happened in the dream write what you think may have happened. Personally I sometimes get a feeling of what the dream may have been about. The best thing to do is just to write anything down even if you think its crap and may have not happened. From there, you will slowly be able to recall more and more things and eventually a whole complete dream.
