Hey, glad to see you around these parts, |
Hi Guys! I am a 41 year old man in Boise, Id. I am a very odd person. I almost seem to live in a different version of reality than other people I know. My interests have always run deep into the mysterious side of life. I have a short list of good qualities, mainly things I've learned, or how I treat animals and so on. I have an education, but I still seem to mispell many things, go figure. I enjoy artistic cultural treasures; things like statues of Hindu deities, swords, fancy books, and so on. I also like natural art; things like polished wood or stone, sea shells, flowers, crystals and such. I used to be involved in martial arts. I studied mainly the types that teach energy awareness. |

Hey, glad to see you around these parts, |

Hi there sivason! You like animals? I do too, do your rats/cats get along? |
My cat got bit very very hard by a rat when it was young, so the cat gives the rats space. It was sitting on the cage when it got attacked and bit, so it stays away from them. I actually have weird dreams sometimes about trying to keep cats away from rats. Those dreams are about as close to bad dreams as I get. |

Oh no, well we can't be having that, I'm sure you already know what works well for you in terms of recall. |
Hi sivason! |
I know I had some fun and intense dreams last night, but I was in a hotel and did not have a note pad, plus the general stress of work made my brain race the second I woke up. Everything quickly became blurs. ;( |
Ok, reporting back. I have been working very hard at a busy job. However, a few times each day I have used the ideas Gab recently offered, and repeated a basic affrimation. I witnessed a large change over just a few days. In general, this month, I have had no luck at getting any LDs to stay lucid for more than a minute or two, and then I have not been bothering to try and remember them. |

Good thing your recall is improving, thats good. Too bad that you forgot those dreams though, did you try thinking of a keyword in case you were to forget? Sometimes its easier to remember a small significant part than journal or write down notes, and if you set the intent for it to give you back the dream like "When I hear/read/watch X will remember this dream" should help some. |
