      Post Tekeydie's Workbook

Hello anyone and everyone, I am obviously Tekeydie, im 18 and i've been trying to lucid dream for quite some time now. I use to do reality checks every hour when my watch went off but i don't hear things while i dream so i quit doing that(if it doesn't help why do it?) so i'm trying to find another good way to remind myself to do them. Ive tried to WILD a few times unsuccessfully but i still give it a go every now and then. My recalls getting good now so i might start a dream journal on DV soon. i try to use the WBTB method most mornings(if the will is strong enough... lol) and meditate occasionally (mostly just to get to sleep though).

Well, i think thats it. looking forward to some good nights and chitchatting lol

      Hey,
I use to do reality checks every hour when my watch went off but i don't hear things while i dream so i quit doing that
I'm glad you realised that as systematic reality checks don't tend to work, RCing when something strange happens is much more effective.
Ive tried to WILD a few times unsuccessfully but i still give it a go every now and then.
No harm in that, failed attempts usually rub off as a WBTB MILD which can be really effective.
My recalls getting good now so i might start a dream journal on DV soon.
Dream journals help recall so you should start now
i try to use the WBTB method most mornings(if the will is strong enough... lol) and meditate occasionally (mostly just to get to sleep though).
Yeah, WBTB can be very effective, but I'd only bother to use it with a WILD or MILD attempt. Although it can be used as a way to remember dreams I find it both causes me to wake up in the night and interrupts an on going dream.

I've got a couple of tasks for yah:
      - Post/Write in a dream journal every day, this doesn't have to be in DV.
      - Try some awareness techniques out, find out one that works well for you
      - RC when something odd happens
      - Post your progressions here

      Thanks for creating your workbook

Hm, have you read about dream signs?
Apart from doing RCs when something weird/strange happens, you can do them when you see one of your dream signs.
A dream sign is something that appears often in your dreams, it may be a person or a place or even a tool.
Thats another reason to have a regular DJ, so you know what your dream signs are and can get the best of your RCs.
