Yes, stress is definitelly not helping:( Unfortunatelly, sometimes we can't avoid it. If you can, try to figure out what is stressing you out and think, if your stress is rational or not. In other words, can you change your situation or not? Like do you have an exam coming up - you can rationalize to yourself that you studied hard and have nothing to worry about. Sometimes it helps to figure out the source of stress and find a solution. :)
