Dragon's DILD Workbook
Hello!
I've been here for a while, and have created a workbook in the intro class. I've sort of been drifting around trying different methods every now and then, but I haven't focused on one. Anyways, I'd like to work on my DILD for a while, so here I am :D . I first learned about lucid dreaming a year and a few months ago when my science teacher first told us something similar about them. I didn't actually look it up until I saw it on another forums, and someone had posted a link there that lead me here! I was 13 when I started, 14 now.
I generally have a pretty solid sleep pattern. I get to bed around 8:30-9:30 most nights, and wake up at 6 am nearly every day. DEILD is one of the methods I'm working on, so I wake up naturally 1 or 2 times during the night, so I can turn those into WBTBs. I also do SSILD when I wake up like that at night. I have a decent recall too, however I think it's been suffering a bit lately because I've been getting to bed late because of procrastination and homework, which I'm working on getting over :cheeky: . Usually I remember 1 to 2 full or nearly full dreams a night, and maybe a fragment or too as well.
During the day, I do reality checks and awareness. Usually during school when I'm out of class and in the hallway transitioning to my next class, I do ADA (Except it's not all day ;) ) and do reality checks.
The only Lucid Dreams I've had so far are DILDs. The last one I had was about a month ago in December :? . I'm hoping that here we can see what I need to do so I can start getting DILDs again ;)
Thanks!

Welcome to DILD class!
It seems that you have pretty good understanding on what you need to do for a DILD.
Your sleep schedule is good. Recall is not bad. I see you are keeping a DJ. Try to write in it as much as you can, and even on days when you don't remember anything. Please check out this Collection of techniques for DILD article for more details about that.
Also, I found that RCs are more powerfull, when coupled with awareness question and emotions. (Also in above article).
It's normal to go a while without lucids, don't worry about that.
Read up and please post your question here. Happy dreams:alien:
