      Welcome to DILD class!

I can help you with your DILDs, if you would like to concentrate on this technique. If yes, let me know what do you practice now - RCs, mantras... if anything at all. If you decide for DILD, here is Collection of techniques for DILD.

If you would like to refresh your WILD practice, here is an excellent WILD (sageous) tutorial and class.

Do you have any experience with DEILDing? I find it most effective when I WILD. Check out DEILD by dutchraptor and Reentering collapsed LD.

Start with one technique untill you get back into it, but it doesn't hurt to read it all, just in case it will come handy.

      Let me know

Ok, we can do that. Check out the Collection... article. You could add daytime awareness and mantras to your RCs. And emotions. Please ask if I can explain something better. Happy dreams
