Xload's Workbook
Hello I am Xload, I am 14 and I am interested in starting a course here to learn how to DILD.
I learnt about Lucid Dreaming about 2 years ago and have on and off been attempting dream journals and such. I have had 1 lucid dream before but it was very brief and my view was in third person. I have not really continued noting down my dreams and such right now but my dreams are much more clear, clearer than they were before.
Also another thing and I cant really explain it and don't understand it, is what happens sometimes during a dream I will sort off Lucid Dream in a dream. Like I would the dream would be how it is, then I would say in the dream I am dreaming but I sorta lucid dream inside the dream, It's very hard to explain. Anyway thanks alot and I hope you can help me start to explore the world of lucid dreaming.
Thanks again,
Xload

Welcome to DEILD class.
I would suggest to continue with your dream journal. It will help you in many ways. Mainly, it will let your mind know, that you like dreams and remembering them. Then you mind will do it's best and help you with recall.
That sounds like a DILD, if I understand you correctly. So you are in a regular dream and you realize you are dreaming and get lucid?
So, for DILD, I recommend to mix up some reality checks, daytime awareness and mantras. You can read more about them here in Collection of techniques for DILD. Please let me know, if I can elaborate on some things.
Post your progress and I'll be happy to help your with your practice to get some more LDs. Happy dreams:alien:

D: I am having slight trouble I am trying to write dreams in the journal but I keep forgetting the dreams I had. I tried a mantra "My dream recall is perfect" and it still didnt work D: Also I think I was having a very slight lucid dream when I was in a sleep paralysis.

No recall is very easy to fix. Please check out the above linked Collection... article.
Even if you don't remember your dream, write everything else in your DJ as listed in the article. Also write down "My memory is great and recall is getting better every day". Write down any little thing you remember.
If everything else fails, drink some water before bed and every time it wakes you up for the restroom. There is a good chance it will wake you up after dream is over and that is the best time to write it down.
Think about your dreams often. Try to recall some cool older dream. Best time for this is as you falling asleep, or waking up. Pretty soon you will find, that old, long forgotten dreams will be popping up, together with memory of new ones getting better. It may take a few days, but people report huge improvement within a week or two of starting a DJ.
About SP - if you mean any sensations, those were just normal falling asleep sensations. SP is when you can't move no matter what. happy dreams:alien:
